Lil M Bubble Tea

The milk tea was watery, no taste at all, felt like I was drinking tap water with tapioca in it. Really disappointed.

The girl in the cashier was very rude. I am a regular customer and I don’t come when she is in the register. The drinks are good, need to improve customer service.

Service is always amazing. The bubble teas never disappoint. The shrimp rolls are delicious.

You get delicious bubble tea while supporting a small local family business. I love this place.

Excellent place for bubble tea, friendly staff, cool claw machines. One of the few places that actually has coffee jelly. I hope they never get rid of it. The yogurt carbonated drinks are a must try! I drive 20-25 mins just to get bubble tea here.

My favorite bubble tea on Staten Island! The owners and employees are the nicest and go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I’ve been here at least 10 times and have never had an issue! 1000/10 recommend:)

An excellent place for bubble tea and snacks. The cashier was very knowledgeable and offered me many options on milk alternatives or sweetness levels. She was very patient and made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it.

Staff is super sweet. I love visiting here when I can. Their boba is delicious and their food is great. I would avoid going around 3 as that is when school is dismissed and it tends to get crowded and super loud. There are claw machines inside with cute prizes too for anyone who wants to give it a go.

The owners are some of the friendliest people you’ll meet. I personally go for the fruit ice tea and they are so good. My favorite is rose. They have non dairy options for those who love milk tea. The claw machine are nice touch to the place and yes you can win prizes I did.

Delicious bubble tea every time we order! My favorites are the Mango and Strawberry Lover with fresh strawberries, strawberry heart jelly and popping boba. The tiramisu milk tea and the fruit master are also delicious too!

Literally the best bubble tea shop on Staten Island! I am from Jersey and order here on Ubereats at least once a week when I come to visit my boyfriend. Several times, they even provided a free metal boba straw in the bag for us! The inside of the store is adorable as well with claw machines to win cute stuffed prizes, to photo worthy neon signs. The employeee are super sweet in person, and I would recommend anyone to come here. The lychee green tea with lychee popping boba is amazing, and the Thai tea is some of the best I’ve ever had. I love Lil M’s!
