Facility is fine. I do not like that price increase then the canceling of one insurance to go to a higher cost insurance and we have no choice. Absolute B. S!

Extremely pricey my unit was 200+ can't wait to get out of it rent is constantly going up

It’s a storage unit but not much else, not the dirtiest but it would be nice to get a sweeper, in there once n a while and maybe spray at least around the lights near the units? The real down side is no breaks for staying over a year or no rewards/discounts unless of course you switch to a new unit. The staff has always been nice, helpful and polite.

Rented a storage unit on-line after visiting the site and inspecting the space. I have never done this before and the help I received from Anthony was outstanding. I was greeted by Anthony at the door and he was able to answer all of my questions. Anthony walked me to my unit, showed me how to open and install the lock that was provided. He also gave me several tips on how to store certain items. My experience so far has been very pleasant and completely hassle free. Thanks again Anthony!

Be careful at this place. If the office sees that you have a four-wheeler, they're going to accuse you of stealing it, ask for a titles and everything else. Very offended

The customer service is great just spoked to Anthony who add insurance to my storage and love his customer service.

I have to move next month and wanted to shop around for a storage facility. I went to Life Storage on Ridge Road first because it was the closest to me. I’m so glad I did. Anthony greeted me when I walked in. He is a real people person. Very up beat and knowledgeable. He explains everything to me in detail and even brought me outside to see the different space they offer and what the price range is. If I could I would give him more than 5 stars! If you are looking you need to stop by there. If he’s working he will take great care of you. You can just tell he loves what he does.
