My salesman Joseph was top notch as well as was the general manager John. I picked up the truck and it had a defect on the leather seat…they found a way to replace it right away…go see Joseph if you are in the market to buy a Toyota

Lia Toyota was the perfect place to buy our new car. The customer service was amazing. Each time we visited the locations, we were greeted with kindness and made sure to be taken care of. They were fast to get us a sales member to look at cars with and quick with paperwork. I would definitely recommend visiting this Toyota sight if you’re looking for a great car and a positive experience. Anna Collado is amazing as a sales person.

Joseph Constable was my Salesman in the purchase of my Tacoma. He was very informative and kept me updated on the delivery date. When the truck arrived he went over the entire vehicle and helped set up the the Bluetooth and paired the phone. Very positive experience with Joseph Constable and Lia Toyota of Rockland.

Lia Toyota does not stand behind their work. I have a 2019 Toyota Camry that they replaced a left front run channel on driver side window. That work was done on 8/11/20. Again we went back with the same issue on 10/6/23 and they tried to fix it with silicone. Now today on 12/6/23 we returned with the same exact issue and they say it’s not covered under the extended warranty and it will be over $300 to replace. Even if it’s not covered under the warranty why would a window run channel go bad twice. The representative said that it can be from not opening the window for a while. I have had several vehicles that we don’t open the windows for months at a time and this never happened once. I wouldn’t recommend LIA Toyota for anything. Glen Toyota in Fair Lawn is a far more reputable service center.

Terrible experience I was robbed, they told me I needed drive belt but could not show me the part and it was replaced a year or two ago, also said my battery was bad and it was not cause I had my battery tested elsewhere and it was good. In addition they said I needed motor Mount which they could not show me, 1400 dollars I paid. Not satisfied, never again. 1000 labor and 500 parts. And Eugene was not knowledgeable at all, should retire!

Out of the whole team, ANA COLLADO does her best to do what’s best for the company and her customers.she definitely deserves more than 5 stars. She strives her best to satisfy the customer and give extensive information about the car. She took her time to answer all of our questions, was on top of the whole process, and made sure at the end we would be comfortable with our purchase. Avoid this dealer. If i can give 0 star i would give them 0 star. Buying experience was terrible. After 3 month car left door paint is peeling off and also they got me a wheel and tire protection coverage without cosmetic damage (which is useless) i still remember my dad was also there and they said “it will cover your rim damage also with wheel and tire flat” and now they are telling me i dont have cosmetic damage & i cant add to my coverage. I asked for differences of tire and wheel coverage with cosmetic damage and he (Richard) said its about 20-300

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Went in to get a key fob. They quoted me a price over the phone. When I got there the price was more than $100 more. They said 45 minutes (I waited), Finally left after an hour and a half. They called me 4 hours later. When I got there the price was different again and the fob was missing the key ring part. They told me $40 more for the key ring and they would have to send it to a locksmith and charge for labor. I took my old key and left. Lia Toyota is dishonest and disrespectful.

Their internet sales service team blatantly lied about having inventory; drove an hour with a promise of a Sienna Limited in stock, only to arrive and learn no inventory at all. Total waste of time. Not only that, I was frustrated and wanted to understand why they would lie to me so I called back the internet sales team only to be hung up on multiple times with no answer and their onsite sales team also shrugging their shoulders only to say sorry.

I get that there are supply issues but cmon straight up lying and trying to lure customers in with false hope is worst customer experience. I wasted 2 hours driving back and forth and never felt as upset or angry in my life walking out of a dealership. Reading some other reviews, seems like this is not the first time. Truly terrible service and definitely will never look here for any type of purchase in the future.

I made an appointment to purchase a New Tundra. The sales person rattled off several models on the Lot that I would be interested in purchasing. I made an appointment to meet with the VIP manager and called back to reconfirm. When I asked about the Tundras they have on the lot, I was told by another sales person that they DO NOT have any Tundra on the lot. So, I would have traveled at least 2 hours from Staten Island to see no cars available. NOT NICE> Typical car salesperson.

Go to another Toyota Service center. Just paid over $1,000 for brake pads, resurfacing rotors and a oil change. I contacted another Toyota Service center and I would have paid significantly less.

Called Dealership service center twice to get and confirm the oil change price for synthetic oil for my car. I was told a price twice by a service center specialist. I took an appointment and went there and they suddenly changed the price. This different guy said management has strict order about oil change price. May be the management is not strict enough to educate all of their employees about prices, so let the customer get wrong promise.

I bought a new car from Lia Toyota of Rockland. CHRIS VIDAL assisted me in its purchase. He was very efficient and had all the know-how well
In hand, from acquiring insurance to pricing my trade-in, showing me the new car I wanted, explaining all its features and helping me set it up for how I might like to use it, etc. I drove it off the lot & home that very day. He made room in his schedule for me to return the next day for him to answer any questions that might have arisen; I did have more questions & he answered them superbly.

Sean Harris performed a thorough and timely inspection for purchasing my vehicle at lease-end and Wayne Linteris was great helping advise on best options but is no longer there. I made a good deal for purchasing my lease with Isaac R. (who did the beneficial financing arrangements) who threw in a maintenance agreement with my purchase, and this is a great benefit of doing business with Lia. I have found personalized customer service once again. Jonathan in customer service has helped a great deal, and Jim LaTassa is always ready to lend a hand.

Very disappointed! I tried for two days to get in touch with someone about purchasing a vehicle. I asked to speak to a sales manager and then they gave me someone named Fitz who said he was a manager. He was inpatient and was annoyed when I explained how I’ve been trying to speak to someone. He raised his voice and said “excuse me” and was offended. He refused to let me speak to someone else. I hope you record phone calls!

Don't waste your time here. They called me 4 times to schedule an appointment for a "VIP sale event", claiming that the car I wanted was available and I could test drive it. But when I arrived, the car turned out to be sold long ago. The lead time for another car was not available and they told me to come back in April. The person the appointment was scheduled with was not available. The "VIP sale event" with "employee pricing" turned out to be $5,000 above MSRP.

This was the 2nd place my wife and I came to shop for cars and also sucked. Can’t remember the salesman’s name but he looked like he just wanted to chill out for the day. Showed us 1 car and decided to tell us where the other cars we were interested were. Well, they weren’t where he said they were. My wife (who’s pregnant) had to walk a while before we finally found the car we wanted to see. Thanks to the salesman who walked us there and took the time to show us around.ur a star. We obviously left. 0 for 2 so far that day.
