Everything went absolutely perfect. First consultation with Marie where everything was perfectly explained,
then the work was done fast, followed by Mike showing me how to set some of the screen controls. Interior was also vacuumed and cleaned.

I couldn't ask for anything more.

The dealership I purchased my Lexus from is 3.8 miles from my home & Lexus of Queens is 7.9 miles away. I’ll travel double the distance anytime because Lisa makes me feel like I’m family & the other dealership makes me feel like a number.

The dealership is great very convenient for me because I live in Forest hill but the only a little problem is that from the beginning and want to walk into the showroom there just say OK go into the receptions I sit there the lady tell me to sit down I waited for 45 minutes then I ask him again what happened to the extra key I want then she want to speak to Sales rep then everything were taken care of it for 15 minute later I think that’s a problem they should clarify that whoever walked into reception, they should ask the customer first said, put them on the chair to sit down and wait my comment was the excellent dealership. That’s why I went back for the last 17 years.

Lexus of Queens provides high quality services to their customers and I’ve been satisfied with them since I purchased the car 10 years ago. Their service presentative Lisa Johnson is friendly, professional, and considerate. However, my only concern is the time. A regular inspection plus an oil change usually takes 2-3 hours and I feel the wait time is too long. I hope that they can improve it.

Brought our Lexus RX 350 in for a routine maintenance check, oil change, and tire rotation. Thanks to the oversight and help from Maria Morales, our service manager, the process went smoothly and quickly! Thank you Maria!

I went to Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Queens. By far in Queens Stacey and David gave me the best experience with the best price and customer service.

Again when schedule the 25K maintenance, asked them about changing the engine oil, they said yes, but final result they did perform the engine oil, better in Lexus of Brooklyn, will never get back there, and will file complaint

Malvin and David are the absolute best. If you’re already a customer or a potential customer, I highly recommend that you allow these two employees to take care of you. If I can give more than 5 stars, I would.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Malvin, who made our first Lexus transaction as smooth as it could be. He was patient and considerate of all our questions and concerns, and offered all the help he could to address them.

The dealership was very clean and offered lots of seating areas. I had to take a work call and was so glad there was a business center to set up my laptop and take my call. There are plenty of refreshments and some cookies around for their guests. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Malvin to friends who would be interested in a Lexus.

The place's setup is professional. All of the customer sitting areas are completely and constantly senitized and clean. Staffs are effecient and polite. Service Advisors show customers are their first concern. I was serviced by Janney in service department, who is one of the bests.

My vehicle problem is not resolved, some useless maintenance has been done to me, I have paid over a thousand dollars and the problem is still there. Don't say you have any questions to discuss with you. They don't help the guest solve their problem, they just think about how to put money in the guest's pocket, so don't go here, watch your wallet！

Check my car problem, I waited 3 days to get my car, the problem is not solved, it cost me over a thousand dollars

Sooooo where should I start. I’ll just jump right in. Mr. Willie was the agent that took care of me after 4 other dealers ran my credit lying saying that my credit won’t be affectedand that’s where Mr. Willie came in. I explained my entire situation and he said he got me. I told him what I was looking for, he didn’t lie to me, he was with me from the beginning. When I wanted to give up he wouldn’t let me. At that point I was able to tell that he loves his job and he loves to help people. After all the searching that Mr. Willie did, I was able to drive off the lot in my BIG Jeep Grand Cherokee. Even though Mr. Willie told me to relax, I was still panicking in the inside. I was just so used to being lied too. When I was done, I felt like part the Lexus family ️. I definitely will and have recommended this dealership and Mr. Willie to others. Mr. Willie and his boss (I’m so bad with names but he was handsome) took good care of me and sitting in the dealership from 10am-5pm didn’t bother me one bit. All of the staff is very friendly and they make your experience a good one. When it’s time for a second car, I will definitely be going back. Love ️ you guys? ……. Side bar…. Even the bathroom looks nice and kept clean…. Kudos to the staff

This was an absolutely stress-free and fast car buying experience for me. I couldn't see the car due to distance but Raul was a fantastic and honest sales rep. He sent additional videos and pictures using his personal phone highlighting any potential defects.
We made a deal over the phone, I confirmed details at the dealership, all paperwork was in order and ready for us to sign. No additional fees or shady gimmicks and the actual price was actually lower than what we initially discussed.
I'll definitely shop there again.

The service reps are nice but I find that they are the typical dealership with the typical dealership prices. They actually quoted me $600+ to change the headlamp bulbs on my car.just change the bulbs not to replace the ballast or anything major, just change the bulbs.

Amazing experience! Raul made the process of buying my 2021 Audi Q7 as smooth as possible. Saturday morning I called and Saturday night Raul personally delivered my new car to my home! I really appreciate him for that and highly recommend Lexus of Queens and Raul to anyone looking for a new car!

Been wanting to see this 2010 honda accord for a wk. Went and saw it and fell in love. Took it around for a test drive and was great. Stacy is awesome! Told him I was taking it as I was getting out the car. Took me about 3 hrs (if I didn't have to go get my son) and everything was pleasant. The manager Dave even threw in front and rear cameras and a extra $200 off for the car. I was so excited. Everyone is courteous and the atmosphere was very warm. Thank you for my new edition to my family. My boys love it. If you need a car, this is the place to go

I always come here and have excellent service! They have great coffee and teas while you wait. I’m usually in and out within 2 to 3 hours and everyone makes sure to help as much as they can. Ertan is a great manager and is able to answer any and all questions. Bought my car here and will not service it any where else!

Do not go to this dealership. They treat their employees like garbage and treat their customers even worse. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere, I recommend rallye lexus or Ray catena in New Jersey.

I came to Lexus of Queens to repair my rear bumper and spare tire after an accident I was involved in. My bumper was in really bad shape, and thanks to Lexus of Queens my car looks 10 years younger. Lisa was very kind and patient with me because I sometimes was very rude and eager to receive my car as soon as possible. Thankfully everything came out better than expected. I appreciate Earton and the staff for making my car feel brand new again. I highly recommend anybody with a Lexus model to check out Lexus of Queens for any repairs.

Andy was amazing! I had been to several other dealerships before and my experience here was awesome. I spoke to him on the phone and texted and emailed a few times. I never met him in person until the day I walked in to pick up my truck. I knew what I wanted. I told him. He got it exactly right. He was professional, and up front through the process. As a busy woman shopping for a car for myself during a pandemic I could not be more satisfied. When I went in to pick it up Melvin patiently showed me all the functions of my new truck although it was almost time to close. He knew his stuff! Anthony made the paperwork seamless, expeditious and he answered all my questions before I got there and during. He was also patient very patient. Additionally on the day I picked up, I met the general manager who was pleasant and took time to say hello and congratulate me on my choice. Was amazing, I stopped by to buy a different car but Oscar help me out and I got the better deal, I got a special edition of lexus 2022. I'm in love with my car.

First of all, I must say that I had an amazing experience. My salesperson was great. Mr. Rashawn Champ was helpful, VERY patient, professional, and overall provided me with one of the best customer service I have ever received. He was attentive and made sure all of my questions were answered. I thought I was going in for the RX but after test driving the NX, I knew that was the one! The managers were also great. I had a big hesitation bringing my car in for service, but she was more than helpful in answering all my questions and made me feel comfortable about getting my car serviced here. She kept me abreast in regards to my repair and timeline as I needed my car for work.

I leased a brand new UX 250h 2020, in less than two years the battery had died twice. The first time I was without my car for almost a week and the service department didn’t even care. I asked for a replacement car while they were fixing mine and I was told they didn’t have any available, like really? 4 months later my car’s battery died again and once again service department don’t care, never pick up their phone. My car was taken yesterday Thursday 16 2021 to the dealer, today is Friday 17 2021 almost 2 o’clock in the afternoon and they haven’t even check my car. Who knows when is going to be ready. I’m paying for a whole month not 25 or 28 days.
Stay away from these hybrids and Lexus of Queens.

Great experience working with Raul. Car had several scratches on the bumper and the rims had curb scratches. Raul was willing to get the scratches fixed and without telling me he even got the rims refinished as well! Definitely would recommend Lexus of Queens

The relationship with my service agent started very rocky but Ertan Jusuf, the service director without a doubt turned my frustration around. Dealerships are always tough to deal with as you're just handing your keys to someone whose goal is to try to upsell to you. I came for a recall repair and wasn't pushed to go into any services that wasn't unnecessary. They have a nice waiting room to hang out until the work is done. They do get busy though.

Everyone seemed legit, went in for maintenance. Still seeing error messages on dash. Will go back and see what they say will update depending

I had a very good experience at Lexus of Queens, the place was super clean and the staff was very nice especially my Salesperson Raul Castro. Raul was very nice and went far and beyond my expectations on how he would treat me. My car shopping had some hiccups but Raul along with his manager help get me the best solution.
