Lexus of Manhattan

I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle at Lexus of Manhattan and it was a great experience. Raymond Liang is a great sales rep and made sure we got a great price for the vehicle. He communicated very well, even after I purchased the vehicle to ensure I was satisfied with it. I would highly recommend visiting Lexus of Manhattan and working with Raymond Liang.

I really did not want to write this review, since I have had a relationship with this dealership since 2018. All my past interactions with this dealership were amazing because of Danny leach. He is a very professional guy and honest. I got a offer on October 17th on a lexus premium. In which, I decided to decline because I wanted a rx f sport or premium plus. I explained to Sherwin that the price was great but it was hard for me to give up my current f sport Rx. I never heard anything from the dealership about December to remember sale. I was tossed to a salesmen name dominique Smith. Every phone call started with him telling of Sherwin's promotion. I do not know what that had to do with me. I would not recommend dominique Smith to sell a box of school supplies. He is sarcastic and has attitude for the most simplest questions. He says your giving very little down, but I asked him what if I give bigger down payment from money I will get later on. He tells me
it wouldn't make a difference and to save money. Today was just the final straw of his attitude. I started talking to lexus of larchmont and it's night and day. This dealership was not like this in the past. This sucks because Danny leach is a good guy and never treated me like this. I really wanted to to continue my relationship with them.

This is by far the worst of worst experience of my life.
I picked a car at their dealership, I went in all the way from NJ, test drove it, negotiated and made a deal with them, did all the paper work signed everything, I gave them the down payment on the spot and left the car their for detailing and pre delivery preparations i.e. Waxing detailing etc.
After 5 days (Including weekend) they called me and said the car was already sold on the internet price the day I came for the test drive.
The manager there for the pre-owned cars and another one (No Names) both are terrible at customer relationships, rude, arrogant, un yielding, un friendly and coarse mannered.
I have never heard of such a thing happening at such big dealerships/businesses, I believe someone agreed on the internet price and they gave them the car to make a bunch of extra hundred bucks, which is as cheap as it can get.
They couldn't keep their word. Worst experience ever!

Everyone at the dealership was so kind and so helpful! They worked extra hard on getting me the exact car with exact exterior color, interior color, and features that i wanted. Very thankful and appreciative of everyone there!

If you black don't gooo.the service people got no one in their chair.bur they busy. I bought 4 cars from there.from sales not from service.you will see or already seen.

Buying a car at Lexus of manhattan was a great experience! The dealership provided a state of the art experience and the team was friendly and professional. Raymond was responsive and we were able to discuss via text which was helpful during working hours. He was very kind and personable, allowing the experience to be enjoyable. Everything was black and white. There were no hidden fees or last minute add ons. Definitely recommend!

Mr. Emerson made the buying process pleasant. A straight foward salesman and easy to talk to. We negotiate the trade price, very fair. Would recommend him any time. Thank you Manhattan lexus for getting me my TX 350.

Had a great experience with our rental from the Lexus Reserve program. Kevin at the dealership was amazing.

Such a horrible experience. We found the vehicle, called, and spoke to a sales agent. Loved it, super nice and helpful, sent us photos and videos since we were out of state. Super responsive. Wired the money the next day then after that it was a complete 180 from the sales agent. Would not get back to us, and WE had to be the ones to initiate the contact.said we would receive our vehicle delivered a week or two after we sent the payment and it took about a MONTH to receive it. Every time we called for an update he was short and rude. Our vehicle was not detailed, we had to pay to get it detailed here in Michigan, it was missing the mat for the driver's seat. It has been almost two months and we still don't have our license plate. It took them a week or longer (AFTER the vehicle was delivered) to say they were "missing" some type of document from us and that is why it's taking longer. We sent over the document that same day and a few days later we got a call from someone else in their "financial department" asking for the SAME document! I had to pay extra days on the rental car since the delivery was delayed, had to pay to get it detailed and now I'm afraid we are probably going to have to pay to do the plate and registration here (AGAIN) AND take time off work since they still do not have any real answers for us! Love the car BUT this whole experience has been HORRIBLE- If you are out of state, I would not feel good about dealing with them! Not sure if it was just our luck with this one agent or what but man, this has been a nightmare!

We had an amazing experience at Lexus of Manhattan. The entire staff is welcoming and helpful BUT our salesman Kostas and Freddy (finance person) were one of a kind. Kostas helped us find the car we were looking for, answered all of our questions, and gave us advice on everything we asked.
They were very professional, respectful, and helpful throughout the entire process of us looking at what car we wanted.
If you visit Lexus ask for Kostas as your salesman and Freddy as your Finance person.

I was looking for information on a Lexus and made the mistake of giving them my information to send it to me. In one week I have received over 30+ messages, text, and calls.
These guys obsessively have sent me an unbelievable amount of messages to the point of harassment. Even after I have recorded calls and emails requesting to opt out.
