Pushy, poor communication, figured it was fine to have me drive all the way down without telling me a car I was interested was no longer available, despite still being listed on their site days later. Not the expected Lexus experience.

At 42, one of the best experiences buying a car at a dealership that I've ever had. New Country Lexus has their pre-owned vehicles priced to sell. The 2017 Prius Prime I purchased was on average listed $3,000 less than other local dealerships. Christine Breunig was a fantastic sales consultant and couldn't have made the process easier! Kyle West made the final purchase seamless and very relaxed, and a shout out to Kyle the delivery specialist (whose last name I don't know). While I was waiting for the car to get registered, Kyle (younger) kept me company, answering my questions about various Lexus models and keeping my laughing with all the good jokes. Highly recommend buying new or pre-owned vehicle here.

Great experience buying our Lexus NX 350h. Dinh and Kyle were fantastic to work with - very responsive. We shopped around a lot but these guys were above and beyond with their customer service, before, during, and after the sale. No doubt that we will stay with them for our future purchases!

I came here after being less than happy with BMW service.everyone here is great, couldn't be happier with the customer service at New Country Lexus of Latham, in both the sales and service departments.:)

The sales department seems capable/friendly and the service department might as well not exist. It's impossible to get someone on the phone, calls go directly to voicemail, and there's zero enthusiasm for the customer.

It was great, got my dream car and it was a smooth and easy process with frequent updates from Dinh on everything, filled in on every step until I left with the car!

Their investory is subpar, used cars are overpriced. They also need training on customer service.

Then to top it all off they won't even diagnose your issue without paying a service fee of $215.

Then when I called to speak to management, I was left on hold then my calls weren't answered.

Classless dealership.

Here is a VERY honest review and I won't name drop.
I purchased a 2015 Lexus IS 250 Fsport in CT. Genuinely love the car. Been in Lexus of Latham dealer a few times, just scouting prices and checking inventory.
1. Walked around the lot for aprox 20 mins. No service no question no one noticed me so I left.
2. Same situation, swcond time around, but this time I went to parts department talked to the most helpful guy probably in the building, if I remembered his name I would drop it but I forgot (sorry to him) but thank you for your help.when I got my key fob covers.
3. I do believe their used inventory is marketed higher then needed.
4. Terrible phone behavior, following the prompts it's contatant voice-mail, transfers, excessive long holds and yes hangups/disconnections, no follow ups or call backs.
5. Here is the major issue that made me write this review. My car got water in the trunk where the Amp is located to the right side. I know this is the problem from all the research. I tried to check for a recall and there are none. I called support they convinced me by alluding to there goodwill policy. However, you need a diagnosis for them to look into it. I take the car in explain in great detail the issue, they are understanding and explain the fee is 215 + tax. They did provide a loaner, but 2hrs later they call and confirm the issue that I already knew. The problem to me is the misleading and deceptiveness to accept the diagnosis few that does not go towards the repair in any way. Also the goodwill ideology should be clear that they don't care about your old vehicle and they have no intentions of fixing it. I would have preferred them to be honest and state that because the vehicle is not from them nor have we done business they have no intentions of doing a repair and I could have saved that money for my kids back to school shopping. Even though I know a few people that have done business with Latham Lexus, they all have said the same thing, poor customer service and usually return to do business with the one good experience they have had. Very long review, but with no anger in the matter, just very disappointed in how I and several others are treated whom are alike myself. Understanding but prefer honesty integrity. 6 total trips over the years and none have been truly rewarding or good experiences. Should have stuck to ACURA.

Beware if you purchase a used vehicle and they “add” brand new tires. I brought my car in for its 1st annual inspection and my tires were completely bald. I put 24,000 miles on those tires. When I took it to have it looked at I was told those brand new tires they put on at purchase were the cheapest tire option there is with NO tread warranty. Called and spoke with 3 different people and their response was “ I don’t know what your expect me to say”. I asked to speak with management, had to leave messages and no call back. One year in and spending over $1000 on new tires. Extremely disappointed! Do better New Country Lexus.

Bought one used Lexus and a used infinity around the end of 2022. Recently I asked for a trade in value for both of them and they just took of so much, if I leased a brand new Lexus It would have been more profitable for me. They’re too expensive when it comes to sell used and too cheap for a trade in.
Don’t recommend them at all…

Absolutely the worst customer service ever.
After being hung up in multiple times for no reason and told that I would be called back and never was. They have my license plate that needs to be turned into DMV and they seem to not care. Awful customer service. 10/10 recommend going somewhere else.

Sean Rodney Brendan and Ahsan made this deal happen. At the end of the day we got a Certified GS350 at a competitive price, had all of our needs acknowledged, and feel good about our purchase 3 months removed. The Lexus product sells itself and the service did not get in the way of that occurring. In the current market conditions I believe everyone won in this deal. Thank you all again for the transparency and ease of doing business 3 plus hours from each other.

Went to get the used car I just bought looked at
They were excellent, quick and weren't pushy at all. If you want honest work done in your Lexus I couldn't recommend anywhere more.

Buyer beware. Bought a extended warranty that the credit agent told me would cover everything. So far I've needed a purge valve (wasn't covered) and now I need a O2 sensor and cat converter also not covered.

I was really impressed with my last service appointment here. Raynette and her team took great care of me and my car! I received numerous updates throughout the process and my technician even sent me a video of what was going on. They truly went above and beyond. I’ve been to many Lexus dealerships and this service appointment truly stood out. Thank you!

5 stars for the sales rep in niceness Moe was amazing. 5 stars for the management for handling any little issues after the fact. Had a couple misunderstandings on my part and they fixed the matter even taking a loss on thier part just to make sure I was happy. I just can not ask for more from a dealership. Over and beyond does not explain the service I received. Thank you Moe, Jared, and Crieg for not just a Luxury car but Luxury service as well.
