Also found that, they do repair jeans $50 for patches, which is same as new jeans, so I ended up buying new jeans instead.

First time shopping here and for the quality the items are reasonably priced! Great selection for the winter if you don’t want to wear bulky items. The staff are great and very helpful!

a rather large location for Manhattan — selling a variety of denim fits here from slim to relaxed jeans as well as other Levi’s branded items.pretty airy not cramped at all.the lighting in the store is great—gives a true feel and visual of the jean’s look.jeans shouldn’t just be comfortable but look great.don’t dress like a slouch or look like a denim couch—come here for help.

I visited this location a week ago…. On a Thursday not that busy and needed help with a size and why seamed like the entire staff was in a meeting on the sales floor talking about not going home early and how things need to be standing there waiting to be helped a conversation I could have did without hearing while shopping. I finally found a pair thanks to a young man I. The dressing room that was very helpful, and proceeded to check out and had a question about the price which no one had the answer for and no one seamed to answer these 2 way radio's that this girl keep calling on. So I just went to go look at the price myself to check if it was on sale. The woman charged my card but it didn’t show up on their register but it did on my account. So they said they would void it and had to charge my card again, ridiculous. I called my bank today both charges were processed they never voided the other had to dispute with my bank…. Terrible service!

Service here is top notch compared to most retail stores in NYC. Shout out to Jose for going truly above and beyond. Quality, classic brand clothes too.

I left the store without my phone earlier today while shopping. Coming back to the store in a panic, Nadia on the sales floor approached me to tell me she had held my phone for me and ensured it wasn’t stolen. Nadia, I can’t thank you enough for your kind help today! The world is a better place with people like you:)

Would give 0 star if I could. Staff outside the waiting room are really nice but the guy in the fitting room is so rude that it ruins it. He literally told my friend she couldn’t get in while admitting another girl’s boyfriend. I was trying on their pant with a new pair of boots to see if they go together so I couldn’t walk too far risking not being able to potentially returning the boots. So I asked if he can get my friend to see my look. He asked me to go get her even after I explained my situation. Literally ruined my impression of this lovely shop.

Helpful employees and great selection of clothing. Their custom tailoring is fantastic and a super easy experience.

A shout out to a staff who works at the custom made counter, I believe his name is Penn but I could be mistaken. He is very patient thru out the whole process, and he went extra mile to help us out which gave us a very good experience. With his help, we made a one of a kind Minion Levi’s tees in less than 15 min wait time.

For me it is the store that keep invention itself. I wear them for many years, and hope to continue to get their items.

I've brought several pairs of non-Levi's jeans here to be hemmed because they do chainstitch. Perfect hem, always match the thread color, and cheapest price for chainstitch I've seen in Manhattan. And they mail several pairs of jeans back to me for $7. Can't ask for more!

Worst customer experience ever I ordered a customised jacket and they completely messed up my order. They didn't know if they lost my jacket or if someone else picked it up by mistake and btw I had called previous day to confirm that my jacket was ready to pick up. Worst thing about all this was that a.nobody knew what happened and b.the manager seemed to not care at all and just told me to get a refund. The girl working at the customised counter tried her best but unfortunately it was a terrible experience/service from the store management. I like Levi's but after this I am too irritated to buy something from Levi's again. They could've at least provided a discount or a gift out of straight courtesy.

Total disappointment! I was charged twice for my purchase on March 26 2022 and did not get the money back. The mistake was made by the cashier, who wasn‘t able to print the receipt. So he started the payment procedure again and asured me that the first payment was canceled and I will not be charged. In the end I was charged twice as proofen on my bank account. I thought this will not be a big deal because the mistake is very clear, I can proof with screenshots of my bank account and I had the trust and believe, that Levi‘s is a brand that is not pulling off their clients. However after three weeks of calling the customer service, the store Manager, my bank and handing in all my documents couple of times I did not get my money back. Levi‘s says my bank should solve the problem. My bank says Levi’s has to solve the problem, they made the mistake. Nothing happened. I‘m super disappointed in Levi’s and I wish I would have never entered the store in Soho. In the end I paid double plus all the inconvenience of trying to get my money back without and success. My trust and believe in Levi‘s has been totally destroyed.
