They had tons of bikes but could not be bothered serving anyone as many people stood hoping to get a bike.

Love this place! The facility is clean, the staff is helpful and friendly and the location is beautiful.

We came to rent a paddle boat on the lake. They require you to leave your ID as a deposit in order to take a boat so you dont steal the boat. They will only accept a physical ID, not a photo.

This is a great place to skate. Every time I come here they have good music and the necessities. A lot of kids come here. Call and/or check the schedule for skate sessions. Locker system is a little janky but for the most part this place is a good spot to come and skate. Its accessible and they have a concession stand with several activities in this beautiful park. I would recommend this place.

There is no more beautiful spring, summer, fall or winter, each season more beautiful than the other, I love it.

Great place to skate in the winter, managed to get discounts several times with the Prospect Park Gazette. I love that the outdoor skating rink is transformed into a water playground for children in the summer!

They need to update their website, the skating is timed (90 min or less depending on when zamboni re-ices the rink) and not unlimited (not stated anywhere that it was supposed to be timed). Tickets were $14 on weekday instead of $9.50? Few years back they used to open up the middle bridge between outdoor & indoor rink but they closed it off to only allow indoor only or outdoor only rinks. Just unorganized but if these dont bother you too much then it shouldn't be too much of a big deal for you. Its just the inaccuracies from website and in-person that caused issues with our visit.

Family-friendly environment. The cafe had a good selection of food and beverage selections. Fun time had by all!

2.5 hour wait in two separate lines which is was just messy. And they gave me two right shoes which gave me blisters. Waste of $23

My favorite local spot for my casual skating. Two rinks, outside rink and enclosed rink. Great employees.

The ice-skating center was terrible, we were waiting in line for 3hrs while the people with tickets kept on passing us. My son was crying.

Locker rental wasn't working and was told to buy another luckily a worker was nice enough to hold it for me because why should I pay for another locker when I only paid for one and it didn't work? Another thing is I've never been to an ice rink that charges per session. I was only there for 30 minutes for 8 dollars. That is a total scam and they never explicitly said this would be charged only for a single session.

A good place to spend time with family and friends. You can have a party near the rink there are tables and a cafe. Covered and open-air rink - which is a huuge plus

It sets up two lines for the guests but only the line who pays more can get in. I was in another line and I waited for almost two hours and watching people crossing me（in the expensive line）to get in the tickets center. It‘s so unfair and they just want people pay more.

Skating is done in sessions, so it’s not just a walk up and skate anytime activity. Can bring your own skates, but still have to pay for access to the rink at half the ticket price.

Went skating and it was very nice. Quiet with lockers to buy. Just no walkers to help support fellow skaters. Nice animal life to interact with.

A great spot to skate if you're in need of a rink. There are lockers on site and you can rent gear as well. Tickets are reasonably priced and I suggest getting them in advance.

Don’t go for the splash pad. It’s a giant concrete court with a few spouts of water on the sides and the floor is wet. Not fun at all and not one ounce of shade. So basically baking in a reflective pool or water. Awful

Used to be amazing. They've let it fall into disrepair. Most sprayers on splash pad are broken and stone tiles have cracked or fallen off. Food is good but overpriced and took almost 30 minutes to be ready.

Always a great time coming here no matter the season. The park is open to all, we frequent here in the summer so the kids can cool off by the splash pad and we lay blanket under the trees. We always bring food but the restaurant have to offer, pricey but to snack on something, it's available. Music is always jamming. Icees, water toys, snow cones vendors are close by. Just know there's an inflation of EVERYTHING! Overall, kiddos was cooled off frm the scorching sun and mama got a lil 5min nap.

Staffed an event here, really friendly staff and overall I like that there were places to sit, even when it was crowded. Easily a BK staple.

We had a good experience. We brought our school (around 25 students) for skating. However there were around 3/4 other schools already there (& we had booked in advance) it was very full. Additionally, when we made reservations- we were told we had the rink till 12: 15pm. However at 12 pm their workers told us we must get off the rink immediately. Although I told them we had it till 12: 15 they refused to listen and insisted we vacate the premises immediately.

We took ice skating class this winter season. The staffs and instructors were very nice and skillful. There are two rinks. The covered rink is the size of hockey rink. The open rink is even bigger. Each open skating session is 1.5 hours and a 30-minute break is for redoing the surface. If you join the group class, ice skates rental are included. There is also a cafe onsite serving hot drinks and snacks. Private room is available for party.

I went on a Saturday at 5pm, which is my bad. I’ll try again on a weekday. Ice was in rough shape, staff at the front were rude and in need of supervision, and there should probably be someone on the ice or at least around the ice to keep some semblance of order. 75% of people were going in one direction, but the rest were going the other direction including kids just zigzagging everywhere with no adult anywhere close. Wasn’t super crowded, so that was nice.

Rental skates are so uncomfortable you would be better off fillin a sock with rocks like my feet hurt so bad the next day.

Love this skating facility but this year they have separated the rinks which adds complexity and has created long lines even with prepaid tickets and skates. They should have two lines as rentals is different. Also they should sell less tickets per slot as it was quite crowded. Please streamline back to what it was as this place is a jewel for kids and adults.

Kids had a great time. Prices were decent for the amount of time you have to skate. It's great that there's two rink options to prevent overcrowding.

Bring your own ice skates! The rentals we got were awful, in absolutely terrible shape. The rink itself is nice but we only skated for 15 minutes because the rental skates were so bad that it was no fun.

The manager and stuff are rude. We were given the wrong color wrist bands and they made us go back and forth, wasting our session time instead of giving the right color bands. People were made waiting outside, no one was in any hurry to process the tickets and rentals. Really disappointing experience.

We came here a lot in winter 2020-2021 and it was great. This year, we had prepaid tickets plus our own skates and we had to wait 45 mins to get in! Not even to sign a waiver, just to get the bracelet. So we only got one hour of skating instead of the 1,5 hours you pay for. No one cared, no one apologized, no one came out to inform the huge line, nothing.
They should have a separate line for those with their own skates. Would make things quicker for everyone.

Strongly suggest pre-ordered tickets.the walk in line was long.i was a little late for my session so walking straight in helped alot.not overcrowded.chocolatey hot chocolate.good cocktails for the adults.it was an overall great time

This was one of my best places to skate in the city. Now I give it a 2 star rating because the service has become of a lower caliber, everybody is rude, and the value for money is low.

Such a fun way to get out of the house, get fresh air and move about with family and friends. You have the option to skate indoors our on the outside rink. There’s also a nearby cafe to grab a warm drink, a light snack, or burger.

Had a very bad experience today. My partner and I have been skating here since the start of the season without reservations. It was un heard of until now, not even on the website. Fine, things have changed. The asian woman at the counter was rude and dismissive. Said despite there being space to join the current session that just started she will make us wait 80 minutes for the next 90 minute session. We were told to adjust the masks on our face but they were on correctly. Others on the rink were not wearing a mask. We felt targeted presumably because of our race.the woman refused to get a manager. We did not spend our money here.

This is my first time going out to ice skate and I was wondering if I should have got tickets before hand or I could just buy when I get there.
