Great experience, I was trying to get a Honda CRV for a while, I got in touch Eddie Garcia from sales and he made me a great offer compare to other dealers in my area, good enough for me to travel 4 hours on a bus to get there, it all worked out because I drove back in my new car and they had a lot of consideration for my time because they had all the paperwork ready by the time I got there.

Just leased a new CRV through LeadCar Honda and had an excellent experience in the process. I’ve got to start out by saying that I’ve been through this process numerous times and have specifically purchased or leased with Carbone Honda, and Lithia/Carbone, but this time around has been the most stress-free and pressure-free experience. I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Carlos Paulino who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and upfront with the costs and answers to my questions. Dealing with the manager, Rob was also a stress free experience and went above and beyond to get me the most for my trade! I went in to test drive a pilot knowing I’d need to move to a third row SUV in the near future. I loved the car but we decided to wait until spring rather than get a new one right before winter. AJ and Joe both reached out multiple times to work up a deal I’d feel comfortable with now, and we couldn’t be happier. We also were able to have it detailed and picked up the same day we made the decision

LeadCar Honda will rip you off!

My car had a rough idle and was misfiring and I made the mistake of bringing it here for service. The engine code it had was a crank shaft position sensor error. They said the issue was the spark plugs and that I needed a valve adjustment and that fixing those two things would correct the issue with my car. They also wanted to do my brakes but I declined. Why would they even look at the brakes when I brought it in for an engine issue? Other than to find things to charge me exorbitant sums for I guess (they wanted another $1k or so to replace a front caliper if I remember right).

$1k later, they did the work that they said would fix things and the issue was not resolved. It ran exactly the same as before. They charged $400 for doing the spark plugs. Labor here is $180/hr. The part was $50. In what universe does it take 2 hours to change a set of spark plugs?
The guy said something to the effect that replacing the plugs was a significant effort. Right.

Bring your car anywhere else for service - especially if you do not know anything about cars. LeadCar will take advantage of you and do work that your vehicle does not need.

Great overall experience. AJ Aquino and his sales staff were extremely helpful. Joe Harrison was great to work with and got me and out within an hour with my new vehicle.

I went to get some information about hybrid vehicles. Test drove a 2024 CR-V Hybrid. It was very nice to drive. The salesman Joe was very nice and full of information. I had spent the day going between different dealerships before I ended up here. Ended up leaving with that car.:)

Aj and Mark are absolutely wonderful! I test drove a car on Saturday, and was able to pick up by Monday. Mark was super accommodating and knowledgeable. He even put my bags in my trunk when he changed my plates over for me. Such a great atmosphere with over and above service.

My now 80 y/o mother bought her first Honda from what was then Carbone Honda in 2009. She bought her 2nd and 3rd Honda's from them, too. Today, she went to what is now Lead Honda because her low tire pressure light was still on despite my having filled her tires the other day. It never went off. Today she just wanted a check of her tire pressure. For 14 years someone has always checked her tire pressure and added air if needed. The guys who used to sit at the front desk would often do it, they wouldn't even bother the technicians. Today, for the first time, she was told that there weren't any technicians available and could she leave the car with them.instead of just checking her tire pressure. Mind you, she was already parked in their bay right next to the air compressor, and just wanted a pressure check. Had her tires still been low, obviously that would have been a different story.but apparently they need a technician just to do a pressure check.
