This is my first online testimonial and it is with Great Pleasure I’m doing so. Sobo & Sobo and I have been through Quite the physical and Very Emotionally challenging journey. It was in 2018 that I’d had an extremely unfortunate accident due to such complete negligence and or utter care for the safety and well being of and for any human beings while being a patron on this property.

I was struggling through my pain and it took a few moments in time for myself to finally realize I needed Help as I could barely get out of bed and or function at all Physically, mentally and emotionally. I was @ this point in excruciating pain neck, back and right knee. It was then I made the decision and retained Sobo & Sobo.

Throughout Surgery and COVID-19 I’d thought this Rollercoaster is never going to end However I’ll give you two words Justin OSBORNE! He means, does and says EXACTLY what he is saying, doing and meaning to do for you the CLIENT! In any and every way shape or form. This man became the Very Glue holding Myself and this Entire case together. He was @ times not just a paralegal / lawyer person to me no no but sometimes a therapist a mentor and always the CALM and compassionate totally understanding most considerate human being not only professionally speaking but just in general that is who he is.

So I’m writing this rather long review because he DESERVES stars ️ believe, me, you believe you, me for being the glue that HELD EVERYTHING & Myself together and to let people know and understand that in this firm Justin Osborne will go above and beyond to make sure you’re ok you’re safe and that Above all you have A VOICE and a Voice that is Heard! Also that you get the money you deserve for your real pain & suffering.

In closing I’d like to say “yes Justin you are my ambassador of Quan” lol
but seriously folks it completely comes straight from the heart when I say I could Not have made it through all goings on from my accident, the surgery the many changes we were All dealing with sliding right into COVID-19 after my surgery and all the anxieties of my LIFE & life in general throughout COVID-19 as well as my trying to heal from the trauma of this accident without this man who’s been a real person and friend to me as well as he’d always stayed close and checking in on me, calling me and always the CALM before my Storm.

I additionally want to greatly thank so very much from earlier on an also very smart bright caring young lady Miss Chelsea Honhorst, Patty Perez for doing the best she could & Richard as well for walking me through a serious time and last but not least yes although I’ve never met you Juliana O’Grady you sealed the case and are an ambassador as well.
