I had a personal injury case that didn’t end well for me at mediation settlement due to the improper handling by my attorney on an ERISA Lien. As a result, I was ultimately forced to seek possible representation from a new attorney. I spoke to several before I was referred to Michael Dreishpoon (from another attorney) who highly recommended him. He said – if anyone knows anything about ERISA Liens it’s Michael and he’s really smart, to the point and very honest and straightforward. I can attest to all of that and more! When I first contacted Michael on the phone, immediately I felt as ease with him. He has such a great speaking voice and he was so patient and understanding right from the start. He asked me numerous questions about my case and what the issues were and even agreed to help me by his willingness to review documents. I sent him 9 or more documents to review. We then exchanged emails and calls.
