The lawyer is a good person, it hurts the staff when you call them with a question about your case they don't give i and they answer well, disgusting but when it comes to asking for money they are very friendly

Original review: Current case on immigration pending, extremely perturbed about the poor communication. I definitely think they use the typical dilatory tactics to address their clients cases. I have voiced my concerns several times but nothing has changed. Will update as the case moves along but so far, I am not satisfied with how they are handling our case and the lack of communication and information.update: 07-06-19, guess what, the case has not moved along at all with them. We actually had to contact an outside source to help us and get the case re-addressed, something this lawyer could not do for 4 years. All these people told us was that wait time of years was normal. Yet, speaking to other friends, lawyers, and govt officials, this was totally wrong. They charge higher fees than other lawyers but you end up doing a lot of the work. The below reviewer is correct, once they get your money, you're nothing to them. They do not care about your case, have no sympathy over how the experience affects your life emotionally and economically. Find a lawyer elsewhere, save time, money, and your sanity. Another update 2024: If you notice the good reviews recently, notice how many reviews they have written before. Since the terrible experiences in the past, they had hired someone named Stephanie to help w the negativity of this place. I would still be wary, always try to meet multiple lawyers, ask what are all the fees, if the application fees are included (they weren’t- they were additional -_-), ask about timing and what if timing was not met, etc etc

Very bad experience in that office, they charged me the money with such demands and told me that when I gathered all the documents, they treated me so badly that they did not even want to receive the documents and they used the pretext of the pandemic and they say that they are honest because they do not return the documents to me. 2500 that they charged me if they did not do any work or start anything then where is the honesty that they say

I went to the attorney for a work permit but he told me I could try to apply for my green card because I have a child with autism. The attorney is honest and told me time frame and procedure. The paralegals were very helpful and my attorney Karla was great in court. I saw another review that Mr. Friedman is never in the office and hides from his client. Every time I went to office he was there and always spoke to me. I’m very happy I chose this attorney. My paralegal Stephanie was very professional and helpful. I recommend this office to friends and they are very happy. I would give this lawyer a chance!

The law office of Andrew L, Friedman came highly recommend by relatives and friends who have all used his office in the past and all have had exceptional experiences and success. He is currently handling my case and thus far I love his dedicate and knowledgeable staff. The receptionists are always polite, the paralegals are experienced and caring, the office manager is very professional and easy to talk to and all the attorneys at the firm are exceptional! Not to mention that the office is super elegant and clean. I recommend Mr. Friedman and his staff to anyone looking for legal representation in immigration, criminal matters and divorce!

I used to think he was a good attorney but I agree with the other reviews. His paralegals are the worst especially Reina, if you call and they never call you back. The office manager Stephanie is no help either when I asked to speak with Mr. Andrew she said he was busy and that she had reviewed my case. They stiffed me out of $2500 and then when I asked for my money back Stephanie said that the money I paid was for the work they did which was fill out a form because they did nothing else. When I informed her that it was insane to charge $2500 for a form she informed me that Mr. Andrew charges “$500” per hour and that’s where my money went.needless to say I will never be referring them to anyone ever again. Look for another law firm because this one has run its course and they are no good anymore!

This is the worst experience I Ever had with his law firm they just take your money and they will never do anything for you they won’t even call you back they are nasty when you call them I will never recommend them because they are the worst lawyer in the city that will never work for you. Don’t waste your money!

My Friedman services are excellent and he helped me get a visa for the United States, his paralegals were very good and they told me to go to mr. Friedman. During court Mr. Friedman provides proof that I am eligible to be a citizen of the United States and Mr. Friedman win the case, without going to the law office I would never get my citizenship.
