I have now went to lashes and the city 4 times now and I think I can give a pretty decent review. They are in a great location very easy to get to from the trains. They are very inviting and easy to communicate with. Now for the service I have gotten my lashes done 4 times now and I have to say I am happy with the services I have received. Swim is my technician and they are very accommodating and understanding is of what you want. I have even come in and pointed out things I didn’t like from the previous fill and they corrected it into the perfect set. I am very happy with my sets so far and will continue to be a faithful client.

I got here at 10am on the dot and I was told I did not have an appointment which is a complete lie because whomever I texted directly from the website number told me I was all set. Then I was told I had the option of waiting until 11: 35 am as if I don’t have a life a
or other appointments. I am basically traveling from Westchester County, this is unprofessional service to not take my time frame into consideration and the fact that I have other appointments booked. I have never gone through this with any other beauty service, but this type of self-entitled attitude makes you loose clients.

Have had the best experiences at this place! My brows and lashes have never looked better. My favorite process is the brow tint and lamination. I leave glowing and feel amazing! Repeat customer.

Love this place. They are so professional and attentive to their clients needs. Swim and Tatyanna are my go to technician and I LOVE how I look and feel at the end of my service. Did I mention they offer great sweets and reads while you wait. The receptionist is friendly and great with answering questions. Definitely recommend this spot

I got my pmu on my eyebrows done there and they did a terrible job! My eyebrows are uneven and still have gaps after the retouch was done they are soo expensive and they do a terrible job! I would. NOT recommend this place sorry not sorry

I got a lash lift and brow lamination with Sarah and she did a beautiful job. It was my first time ever doing either of these services and I was worried about it not looking natural. Got a bit anxious while the lash lift was being done, because I had a hard time keeping my eyes closed at first. She reassured me that a few of her other clients experience the same thing which put me at ease. My brows are wiry and thick and I wanted a bit less time and effort spent doing them in the morning, while still looking natural and full. The lashes are also amazing and natural looking. She gave me a little bag to take home with lash/brow oil, combo gel pan and a cute little chocolate. Over a week later and they still look perfect! Definitely will be back!

Anisha did a fantastic job on my eyelashes I couldn’t stop getting constant compliments. My eyelashes looked amazing. I would completely recommend this place. I only gave it 4 stars, because it was very loud other then that- great service. My eyelash lift lasted a very long time.

Will need refund. I thought all lash technicians were professional especially in a high need place like this. The person seemed like he was working more on my right eye than left. I could tell being there for 2 long hours. The lashes did not come out nice. And I usually get it done for cheaper and they look nice. Today I wanted to try this place based on reviews. I am dissapointed bc the lashes are not holding up. The sides are falling down are not glued properly.

I’ve been going to Lashes & the City since 2021 when I responded to a promo for Classic lash extensions via Instagram. Since then I’ve tried: brow lamination, lash lift, and powder brows (going for my touch up next week!). Taty, the owner, and her team are incredibly professional and take the time to make sure you’re comfortable and satisfied with your service. They are also very responsive to questions via IG message or text. Sarah does an amazing and careful job with both lash extensions and lash lift (even being very patient when I’d accidentally drank coffee that morning so my eyelids were fluttering!). Both their old and new salon space is also very clean and well kept. After each service they gave me a little care kit (from lash/brow brushes to tattoo healing cream). I highly recommend giving them a try—you will look and feel fabulous afterwards!

My favorite eyebrow spot in the city ️. My brow lamination literally last me about 2 months and the technician will always made sure you get your desired shape. For my very first time getting lamination loved it! I wasn’t disappointed Taty did my brows and wow! BEAUTIFUL! Professional. Definitely recommend! !

Expert technicians & excellent customer service! Second time to this spot and I’m happy with my new lash queens! The owner is very hands on and from the welcoming receptionist to the little bag of lash brushes and chocolate on the way out - the experience is great!

I loved my first experience with brow lamination at lashes and the city and I’ll keep coming for sure. My brows look amazing and I don’t have to worry about that step when I’m getting ready. They are super nice and it feels like they care about you. Would recommend 100%. 10/10.

I’ve been here a few times and have seen multiple brow and lash artists. They are all hands down the best. The lash lift usually lasts more than 8 weeks and the brow lamination for 6. I saw Sarah most recently and she was amazing. She listened to my concerns and wishes and gave me exactly what I wanted. I’ll definitely keep coming back.

Today was my second appointment with Taty. Just like the first time, I'm thoroughly pleased, from the time I walk in, until my appointment is finished. The atmosphere is warm, calm, and inviting, and you are greeted at the receptionist desk with friendliness and a smile.

For my first appointment, Taty took the time to listen to my concerns and help me determine exactly what kind of lash look I wanted. Notes were added to my account, to keep a record of the type and lengths of lashes I received. At the end of my appointment, I had the exact lash look that I wanted. I had the same result for my appointment today.

Again, after paying for my service, I received a cute little mesh bag with lash brushes, business card, and a sweet treat.

I was relaxed and at ease during my appointment, and I will definitely be a returning customer.

First time here and I was so amazed. Amazing service. I got my first ever lash lift from Nihan. She’s so so sweet, explained all the steps and her work is beautiful. Natalia at the front desk is so sweet. I really had an amazing experience. Sweetest souls, great prices, and beautiful lashes of course.

I decided to try a brow tint for the first time after discovering the account on Instagram and seeing all the positive reviews. I’m disappointed to say that my appointment with Nina did not go as I had hoped. My appointment took over an hour and she redid my eyebrows a number of times until finally she decided to blame me and the way my eyebrows grew in. I could tell that she was new because she was consulting with the other woman working who was clearly senior/experienced and I got a very bad feeling after that. I was so embarrassed to even go out in public and almost cried on my at out the door.

I’ve been going to Taty at Lashes and the City since the restrictions have ended in NYC. I can’t recommend the technique, care, quality offered here. It is cleanly (very important!) and top tier service. Also, she is always super accommodating when it comes to scheduling last minute fill ins!

My absolute favorite lash/brow spot in the city! My brow lamination will literally last me about 2 months and the technician will always check in and make sure you get your desired shape. Ive had my brows done in a couple different places, and had them burned or slightly bleached from the product being left on too long, not here tho! Brows are always on point! Professional, clean environment. I usually fall asleep in the process. Definitely recommend!

Just got my lash extensions done here for the second time, and I’m even more obsessed this time around my lashes are so voluminous and full, Rachel is the absolute best! 100% gonna be coming back?

I had an amazing experience! Sarah is so talented with the eyelash lift and tint. She also was super friendly and gentle. She frequently checked on me and walked me through the process so I was comfortable. Usually when I get my lashes lifted I feel like it takes forever but this felt so fast because Sarah kept me entertained while she was doing it by letting me have a lovely conversation with her. They give you a free serum and a cute little pouch with a candy inside and spoolie as a parting gift. The location was easy to find and the office was clean and beautiful. Can’t wait to come back!

I had eyebrow lamination with tint and eyelash lift with tint… No instructions shared before procedure. I asked multiple time for not dark eyebrows BUT upon consultation with the senior person they decided to go dark anyway (I prefer a medium or light down so I can darken it when I want) … brow on left was way over plucked and now they look completely different. No cutting of my (very long) eyebrow hairs so I did it at home to make them even/ normal… for lashes one eye was done better than the other so it looks like I’m wearing extensions on one ye only now… I’m going to move on.

WOW! I was a little nervous getting a lash lift as I have very delicate lashes, but to my surprise i was blown away by the results. I'm currently taking a break from lash extensions so this was a perfect way to give my eyes a more open look without damaging my lashes. 10/10 recommend!

They were able to squeeze me in right before my sisters wedding and did such a fabulous job! My brows looked amazing and I got so many compliments even almost 2 months after the lamination and tint. They really personalized the brows to me and what I wanted - I felt so taken care of!

I am the type of person that is very particular on where I get my eyebrows and lashes done. AND WOW. I can honestly say I am amazed by the work Lash And The City provided. I have gotten both my Lashes and Eyebrows done here. Eyebrows (I tried Powder Brows Permanent makeup & a Brow Lamination -By Tatyanna AND LOVED IT!) and (LASH Lift-By Sarah!) Both these Ladies are extremely professional, creative, AND ENJOY WHAT THEY DO AND YOU CAN SEE IT. I get so many compliments at work and from people because they are really good at making you look good, and making you feel beautiful. I feel so confident now because of them and the CARE they put into their services and taking their time. FOREVER a client here!
