I am so appreciative to this guy! He got my car fixed day of! Almost 300 cheaper than Mavis and he was really helpful! I work at the urgent care and need my car for transportation to work and he fixed it during my shift and i picked it up after! Awesome service! Recommend highly

This is the only place you should take your car. The owner is extremely thorough when it comes to diagnostics and is very respectful. Does a great job communicating the issues and how he resolved them so you know exactly what you paid for. Genuinely loves what he does.so you won't have to deal with a miserable knob like you do at Walmart or with self proclaimed backyard mechanics.

Didn't have time to do the work myself, first time using laser automotive. Honest and friendly mechanic who was able to squeeze my truck in on fairly short notice and complete the necessary repairs for a fair price. No games, oh you need this and you should have "this" done cause it not safe the way it is. I am knowable in automotive mechanics and already knew what needed to be replaced, his diagnosis was spot on no games. Highly recommend

I had my 2010 Dodge Avenger towed to Lashers in hopes of getting it diagnosed but all I got was a hassle.it sat there in the same spot for 13 days from (5/7/2020-5/20/2020) and after calling everyday for some kind of update we’d drive by it everyday to see if it had moved at all. Nothing.day after day excuse after excuse.so we had to call them and tell them to leave our key in the car and we had to have it towed once again to a better and more efficient mechanic (Mac Kenzie's Automotive) they’re lazy and a waste of time do yourself a favor and stay away from here and save yourself the headache.

I had a 9am appointment, the mechanic was late and my vehicle still was not finished 4 hours later at 1pm. When I asked the guy how much longer, he replied, "Another hour, hour and a half". He said he had other cars he was working on, however I was the first appointment of the day.
