Even when they were short staffed, they accommodated my family and had smiles on their faces. Thanks for making a memorable time for the kids.

Lasertron is a fun and stress free place to host a birthday party. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everyone had fun and everything went smoothly. I cannot say enough about how great our whole experience was.

I had my son’s birthday party here and everything went perfect. The manager Joe and our server Charlotte were extremely polite and helpful. They were so attentive, they not once made me feel like I was bothering them. They were very nice. The kids had a ball. The food was hot and fresh. They even have a bar for the grown folk. I would go back.

My son had a bunch of friends here for a hang and it was fantastic. The guys were amazing! Will be back again!

I was able to attend a birthday party at laser Tron and I was extremely impressed with all the activities there ax throwing actually these are trying they had a track at mini golf lots of games the pizza was amazing. The customer service was phenomenal. The kids all had a great time and the adults cannot wait to go back.

Had a birthday party there. Staff was awesome! Especially Zandyr. They took care of everything, they were prompt, very attentive. I highly recommend your next party, get together, or just a fun night out. I especially liked the axe throwing.

A fun way to burn a bunch of calories while still playing laser tag. It was a pretty good time and the employees seemed like they actually liked their jobs.

We had a great time at Lasertron for my son's 10th birthday! Zach and Joe were friendly and very helpful throughout the party! We will definitely return. Thank you!

Lasertron was a fantastic place for my sons 8th birthday. The kids had a BLAST. The staff was very patient and accommodating. Nothing but smiles from everyone. Shout out to Joe and Caterina for making his day super special. She set up pizza, served all the crazy kiddos with a smile on her face, came back to help cut and serve cake and made sure we made it to our second round of laser tag in time. Cleanup was a breeze and they handled everything. Will recommend Lasertron to anyone looking to throw a party!

Lasertron is a blast. Axe throwing (18+), Mini Golf, Bumper Cars, Arcade, and of course laser tag. Every one of them is fun in their own way but the best bang for your buck is the axe throw and laser tag. Be dressed and prepared to sweat! Axe throwing is a bit expensive but you get a full hour of throwing time so you get what you pay for. Excellent place for the family or a really active date!

We went for mini golf, and had a package to play some arcade games as well. The course was beautiful. We all had a great time!

Was at Lasertron this past Saturday for axe throwing and Zack was fantastic!
He gave everyone a tutorial on what to do and what not to do, kept the games moving and was happy to step in and give final verdict on the score. He also offered to grab pictures of the group when we were finished. Will absolutely return thanks to the service provided.

The best birthday party experience EVER! We will definitely be coming back! Jazzy & Joe were super helpful during the entire party. Very quick & on point with we everything. Every employee was very nice. One thing i wish that was allowed was to give tips to employees. They did not accept a penny. Thank you so very much!

Had my son's birthday party here. Excellent staff, pizza and wings were great, lots of free coupons for other activities and the kids had a great time playing lasertron. Will definitely go again.

It was fun overall. The cyber sport system crashed and we sat around for an a bit waiting for a fix.
The Lasertag game was also okay, but I’m not a fan of the new HQ game. I miss the old school team vs team matches.

Staff was very sweet though and our refs were chill.
I’d tweak a few things, but I’m sure Brad knows what’s up.

It was a really fun experience for the kids and adults. The only bad thing that I can say is that you can't tip your hosts or servers. If that's the worst I can say, I would highly recommend it.

I want with my daughter for a daddy daughter night. I'm 42 my daughter is 7 I thought it might be to much for her.she had a blast. It definitely gave me a nice cardio work out trying to keep up with the young kids. But we are definitely heading back soon. It was definitely more exciting for her and myself then I thought it would be.

Hesitant on the new “battle Royal” version of laser tag. I didn’t hate it. Yeah I still prefer the old fashioned team vs teams, but I guess it was still fun. Staff here are inconsistent when it comes to friendliness unfortunately

Fun for all ages! Played headquarters which was a good time. Then went on to play some cyber sport which is a hilarious game to play with a group of friends. Had a great time!

If I could give 0 stars I would, place is cheap, there so called deals are a sham, they'll try to figure out ways to get out of there deals. I will not pay another dollar at this place.

We had a few Hockey team building events hosted there over the past few months. Brad has been an amazing help with planning each event between food, drink, backroom planning, ect. He took the time to give me a few calls between each event to smooth out the details so that when we all arrived, the event went smooth. 10/10 will be having future events here as the staff and owner have been nothing but amazing to us. Thank you all!

We were the only people playing in our group of lasertron. It was really nice. But I didn't like the fact that we all still had to wear our masks even though it was only our family in the arena. We could barely breathe. That didn't make sense. But everything was very clean. They were very fast and efficient. Our food was ready by the time our session was over. Overall, it was a nice experience.

Don't recommend if you have a child with diabetes or special needs. Personnel refused to serve food (even after explaining child needed food due to diabetes). Music was loud and clearly cashier misunderstood and was having a bad day. Manager did fix this, but this is a clear ADA violation. I understand someone may have a bad day sometimes, but refusing a diabetic child food is illegal and cruel. Other personnel were nice and kids have fun, so that's why its 2 stars and not 1. Disappointed.

Always a great place to have fun, Never a bad experience, would highly recommend to anyone in the area to try at least once.

Good times with friends an family. Haven't been there in years. I miss the old lasertron rules though. Food and beer were a little stale though. Definitely reccomend going for dinner and drinks before hand.

Not worth the cost they charge. Attended a b-day party. For the large amount of people in attendance 1 slice of pizza and drink was absurd. To have to buy more food that's expensive & no cake included was ridiculous. Even though we saw the party after us bring in their cake! $500+ for 1.5 hrs? NO way.

Lasertron is one of the best places I've gone to have fun. The staff, especially Brad, have gone above and beyond to help make sure my experience was outstanding. Lasertron is now a daily routine. The staff is like a second family there. They always respect not only their guests, but also each other. I still cannot find another work place where the bond between employees is quite this strong. My brother, who is autistic and legally blind, can go there and not be judged by the way he acts; additionally, I've seen the same respect with other persons with special needs. The staff are always friendly to him and he looks forward to coming to Lasertron. When he gets home, all he will talk about is the amazing time he's had at this establishment. He will also tell his teachers at school. We have been struggling for years to find a public place (which has an arcade/games for him to play - ei, Lasertron) and we've found the place! In the past, his anxiety would act up when he had to leave the house - his anxiety decreases when he walks into Lasertron. It truly warms my family and I the measures taken by the staff to ensure everyone has an outstanding time.

I would personally like to thank the staff for making this my brother and I's favorite place to go to! You all are wonderful and if you're reading this, I cannot express the gratitude I expel upon you all.

Would ABSOLUTELY recommend if you are a parent with special needs children!

Honestly the best experience ever. My future brother-in-law is almost 100% blind but absolutely loves going and the employees love watching us and him come in. They recently changed the way they run the place, so he wasnt able to go as often as he would have liked, and the employees there made it possible for him to play as often as they are open.
I am absolutely floored by their generosity and and the way they have stepped up and made it possible for us to continue playing.
Brad, if you see this, thank you for all the time and effort you have put in to making this the best experience possible for my family and me. I cant even begin to express how thankful we are for you and the team and how much Anthony and I look forward to coming and hanging out for an hour.

Checked to see if a friend and I were unbanned after an employee told us it would only be a year ban. Mind you that we did not cause the issue and it was our first time there with the ones that did cause the issue. Our friends that we went with did not tell us about how they acted at lastertron and that they were on their second strike. We loved going to lasertron but this has really impacted my friend and I’s view of the place. Wish we could go back

This establishment is amazing! The manager Brad and all the staff are so amazing and helpful! One of my sons is legally blind as well as autistic and everyone here is so kind, helpful and outgoing for my son it’s a blessing! I highly recommend any and all to have a great time at this location and I commend the manager Brad and staff at doing such a fine job and going out of the way to make sure everyone is happy and having a great time! We need more people (like the staff at Lasertron) in this world!

An excellent place to have fun. They are always working to make every experience enjoyable. Their main attractions, laser tag and Cyber Sport, are both a lot of fun. They also have a very good mini golf course.

I love lasertron.the wings are great.drink prices are not crazy.they have put put.and of course the 2 story laser tag arena.awesome time every time my friends and I go.

Not the kid friendly place I remember from my youth. Wish they had smaller rooms so they could sort the teams by ages a little better, my son enjoyed it for the most part but was put out by the older crowd getting upset that they were stuck with a 7yr old when they're competitive players.

Lasertron is well oiled machine. That has a surprisingly young well spoken mild mannered staff. The staff is attentive the establishment is very clean. Best of all it's a hit with kids of all ages from the 6 year old to 66 years old. I cant say enough about how, wonderful the whole operation is managed and run.

Good fun exercise. Also very reasonably priced for a membership. Sometimes as a 44 year old adult I have to motivate my son to go. Lol

It is a fun place to go & they do a great job with birthday parties but when it comes to the game room, it's a let down of the lack of tickets on quite a few games & the ticket exchange is ridiculous! These poor kids have 25-50 tickets & they are lucky to get a piece of candy. This is disappointing to them & they don't understand. Be a bit more reasonable?

I took my fifteen-year-old and his friends here for his birthday. While the place wasn’t entirely lame, it could improve tremendously.
The concept of having a bar adjacent to a child’s arcade/fun area is awkward. Hopefully, the kids won’t get their hopes up for arcade prizes because their selection is quarter machine quality. This place is way too overpriced for the return-not worth it. We’ll drive the extra few minutes to D&B.

The lasertag arena is jam packed with too many obstacles so it’s difficult to maneuver around. They cram way too many people into such a small space.

I have no desire to ever return. The website hypes it up, but aside form the cybertron, the rest of the place leaves a lot to be desired.

Very friendly staff, and everything there is fun and worth the price. The perfect place to go if you're into competitive games.

A pretty basic Dave and Busters type of place, WAY smaller and bar style food only. Was only here once and probably won’t return, not impressed. Photos I took were at 8PM on a Saturday night and the place is d-e-a-d.

Liked them better back in the day. But its still a fun time to be had with friends or family. Great place to bring your kids.

Lasertron is tremendous fun we're all ages. If multiple different activities to do whether it be the laser tag game, cybersport, big wheels, mini golf and even arcade. I tend to think the value was tremendous, I have went there with adults, and they were shocked with how much fun they had. I also recently took my nephew's, the and we went back three times before they left town. The employees are always friendly, there to help and make sure everyone has a good time. If you're looking for something to do, I would highly recommend it is it is well run, a great value and fun.
