Beyond angry! I visited this establishment go get Botox treatment. What I was giving wasn’t Botox, so you know that Botox is clear, not yellowish color. I was preparing for my trip overseas and I had no time to debate on what I was giving. I’m looking at my forehead now 4 weeks later and it look HORRIBLE! This establishment 100% FRAUD

Lynda! The nurse is very patient caring what actually I want to get done listening with! She is amazing as Gabriella who helped me out with everything so I could get to do, She’s wonderful, amazing! Overall, Laser away is the best place I was looking for!

Paid over $1000 for a treatment they didn't proceed with due to an allergy to one of the components in the fillers they use. I've been waiting for my refund for over 3 weeks, and no one in this company has gotten in contact with me. You have to pay over the phone with them within the first consultation, but they don't want to give you your money back. This is a scam.

I had a treatment done with Madison today. She is amazing, Very well experienced wi5h her work. She is lovely, listern to one's needs and delivers great results.

I went in for cool sculpting treatment and it was a great experience. The front desk was extremely nice and welcoming from the start. Had a nice conversation before I began treatment. The treatment process went smooth, friendly nurse and very assisting. The room was very clean and they have great service with water and tv shows to help pass the time during the treatment. Very comfortable setting.

This was my first ever laser removal appointment and I was super nervous. My nurse Sharissa made sure I was comfortable and was very welcoming. I'm so looking forward to my next appointment!

Prior to becoming a client, I’ve researched a number of laser hair removal establishments that specializes in my skin color as an African American female. Even though I live in New Jersey, I decided to travel to NYC to become a Laser Away client due to the great reviews from other clients in which they definitely did not disappoint!

The building was clean, spotless, and hygienic conscious! The staff was friendly, professional, and provided excellent customer service!

My nurse, Lady R was AMAZING! She thoroughly explained and walked me through the process, answered all my questions and made me feel relaxed and extremely comfortable!

I always have a great experience at LaserAway! Anita is very nice and professional! I feel very comfortable with her and I feel she covers all the area thoroughly, which I love that! Thank you so much Anita!

A month ago I came to the UES location to get botox in my forehead. Asked to be frozen and got 30 units. My forehead does not look frozen at all and the eyebrows look weird. I called to come for a check up. Talked to Vanessa. After that she called me couple of times about my appointment.
My appointment was at 6: 30pm I was late 3 mins and when I came the front desk person told me to wait until she finishes her call. She was on the phone. Waited untill 6: 37pm then she told me I’m late 7 mins and that I just lost my appointment cuz of that. I was shocked and I told her I was late only 3 mins and other 4 mins I was waiting for her to end up the phone call that she was on. She said I have to come back in 3 weeks when is the next available appointment, but different location! What? !? !? She also said I was booked for consultation only which gave me 5 mins frame time! Weird cuz I was clear telling Vanessa on the phone that I need a check up and she knew it!
Next to her was sitting other front desk girl, her name was Vanessa so she was the one who booked the apt for me and knew the whole situation. She didn’t say a word. When I asked her: Vanessa can you explain your coworker why im coming for, she told me she can’t say anything because she just clocked out and waiting for her uber! What!? !? !? ! I told them I am managing a business myself and this is not professional at all. She obviously doesn’t care about her job at all! So I traveled almost an hour just to be told come back in 3 weeks to a different location because you are late 3 mins!
And that girl Vanessa doesn’t deserve that job, very unprofessional!
That was such an unpleasant experience and I’m definitely not coming back there!

Came in at March 23 in the morning for my appointment and I had a lovely conversation with the receptionist named Nikki.she made me feel at ease with the whole thing which is awesome.she also let me know about other options that I can add onto my package.she deserve a raise

Going to Laser Away’s Upper East Side Location was an amazing experience and I can’t wait to go again for another treatment area. This time I focused on my underarms, and it took me about one year to complete my treatments. LaserAway made it simple to reschedule my appointment if needed, and you are greeted with respect every time you walk in the door. Each employee is knowledgeable on each treatment so you didn’t feel like you had to look elsewhere for deeper insight. Loved it, and I highly recommend!

Nikki was a guardian angel. She was extremely knowledgeable about the services I wanted. She made me feel comfortable asking her questions. I was able to have a quick session with the nurse and set up my next appointment in less than 15 mins. Thank you Nikki and thank you Laseraway UES. I definitely will recommend to my friends.

Everyone was very nice and welcoming. Liana did the procedure and she explained everything pretty well since it was my first time getting laser hair removal. Liana was very friendly and patient during the procedure.

RN Tiffany was kind, gentle, knowledgeable, and patient. She provided excellent care and attention. While there was some discomfort, she checked to see how I was doing and made the painful experience still a pleasant one. Definitely will be back for my sessions with her

Everyone is friendly and laid back so no need to feel awkward, they’re generous with the prep materials (like numbing cream), realistic with short term and long term expectations, and every area is super clean. Plus they have later hours so I can go after work. Very happy I found LaserAway!

Black girl’s experience: 10/10!

Laser hair removal has interested me for an incrediblyyy long time. However, as an African American with deeper caramel-brown skin, I have come across some wild misinformation that warned me that this treatment is damaging for darker skin tones. Because I am prone to ingrown hairs in embarrassing places that I HAD to get fixed, I dove a bit deeper and found the truth!

LaserAway uses the exact laser that my dermatologist informed me would be the safest and most effective for my brown skin.

My first appointment with Sharissa was truly above and beyond what I imagined! For one, Sharissa is also black- which surprised and instantly comforted me. She also has hair removal treatments regularly herself (so I trusted her). I was at ease as she lasered the hair on my legs, happy trail and even my Brazilian area! I experienced a tiny bit of an awkward tweezing sensation in some areas, but absolutely zero pain.

Sharissa is extremely caring, thorough and informative, and I enjoyed chatting with her! I can’t wait to come back for my next appointment.

I had my first session for clear and brilliant facial and I had an amazing experience.they did an amazing job I feel like i see results already! I went to the upper east side location.highly recommend! Expensive but worth it.quick check in facial was approx 45 minutes. 30 minutes for numbing of the face before facial.

I went here and got my lips done they did an amazing job and showed my lip tech what I wanted and she did it exactly the way I showed her now I’m addicted and the staff are all nice and very clean! I recommend them to everyone

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR AN INQUIRY! You will be harassed multiple times a day by email, text and phone call. Was interested in the one in Flatiron and I was getting multiple calls and texts from out of state and from personal cell phones. Extremely unprofessional from the get-go

THIS PLACE IS LITERALLY A WASTE OF MONEY. I went there to get laser hair removal and the first treatment was literally ineffective. It was so quick and rushed and it was a waste of my time. After the first treatment I knew I didn’t want to continue with them so I canceled and asked for a refund. The customer service is terrible and they are not giving me my full refund. This place only cares about the money and not the clients. I would give zero starts if I could. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY. Just read the reviews the customers are not lying. DO NOT COME!

The service was okay before the pandemic but since reopening the new front desk staff are rather rude. They don't want customers to stay in the room after treatment, not one minute longer. Staff will knock on the door and ask you to leave immediately despite the fact that the after treatment mask needs 5-10mins to soak in and cool down your skin.
They also lack of basic etiquette. No greeting whatsoever and after the treatments I said "Thank you and have a good day". The front desk didn't even look up and just said "Left Door, push hard". I hope they would improve their standard, until then I would not go back.

WORSR CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED. So unprofessional- beware before agreeing to any of the sales- aggression. Someone from this location called me pushing a very expensive laser hair removal package and never once mentioned over the phone that it was non refundable. A day later I tried to cancel and was met with absolute zero customer assistance of flexibility, refusing to budge on refunding my thousands of dollars. What is worse - I showed up this morning for my first appointment and had to reschedule bc the sales person failed to give me pre-care instructions. Never once offered anything aside from excuses! My nurse was very sweet and apologetic, unfortunately this is only worsening my experience with this place.

They took my card information and never called me back- such a scam. I called to consult with someone post payment and then spoke to Hayley who was incredibly rude and never actually assisted me. This is a scam and I still want my money back. This was for a cool sculpting. Do not go to LaserAway.

Please don't go to this place go to a real doctor. I had termage and eye opener and Botex. Every nothing took. They were not honest. I gave them a review already about the work I had done. I spoke to the top manager Brian he was a nasty guy. He said he would help me and never did. But my lawyer will take care of them. Even the girl who did the termage said she see no difference. I was paying every month. I never asked for a refund just fix it. Brian Said stop calling thier. I was trying to get in touch with him. This place is a scam if they care about you they would sayan don't see what we can do.please go to a real doctor. Maybe they are good for removing hair. Have so.so many places. I don't want my money back just some respect. Don't trust them. I never write reviews but after speaking to the top manager Brian I had to. By law they must give you the medical documents. This is not over. My doctor ND lawyer agree.
