Parts and service are very good. Matt at parts counter was a very big help to my 590 utv issue

VERY DISSAPOINTED TO PUT IT NICE BUT HONESTLY THEY SCREWED ME OVER CHARGED ME OVER 1000 DOLLARS TO COME OUT AND REPLACE 1 HOSE SAID IT TOOK MECHANIC OVER 2AND A HALF HOURS TO MAKE A HOSE I AM WILLING TO GIVE SOME BENEFIT TO TIME BUT WHEN MECHANIC EVEN ADMITS HE WOULD GET PULLED IN THREE DIRECTIONS BECOUSE THE OTHER EMPLOYED PERSONEL DONT HAVE A CLUE YA I HAVE AN ISSUE i WILL BE LETTING EVERYONE KNOW WHAT A RIP OFF THIS IS.

Supply chain issues have hit the entire industry, but Deere has a pretty good track record. Not the cheapest but they have served me well. Don't even think of buying Deere's mass market box store machines they are no better than MTD.

I want to share a resent experience I had with the LandPro folks. I bought a new 770 compact tractor from the Falconer location many years ago. This had been one of the best investments I've ever made. With that being said, I noticed a oil leak coming from the left front inside wheel hub. I figured it was a seal so I took the tractor in to the Clymer location to have the seal replaced and the bearing if needed. It needed both. I took it home and after only 9 hours of mowing the left front wheel came off hub and all. It happened on a Saturday afternoon so everything was closed. The tractor now is laying on it's axle in the middle of the yard. Needless to say I was not happy. I called Brian the service manager at Clymer and Tracy one of the owners telling my story. Both responded without hesitation that they would take 100% responsibility and correct the problem immediately. Several hours later Mike showed up to assess the problem. Early the next morning Mike came back ready to jack up the tractor and disassemble the hub and axle so he could take it back to the shop and repair it. A few hours later he was back and everything was ready to be reassembled. They had all the parts in stock that was needed to correct the problem. By 2: 00 it was up and running and ready to go. I was shocked and pleased how fast they responded and corrected the issue. This was a perfect model of how a reputable businesses should be run. They took on the responsibility of their actions and corrected it without question or delay. I have done business with both of these locations for many years, and now this relationship has been fortified forever. Good job Mike, and thank you for your help and support Tracy and Brian.

My dad has been having problems with his lawnmower and he has taken it to Lanpro Equipment three times this month. Each time it comes back, it seems like it had more problems than it did when he brought it there and they are charging him a ridiculous amount of money for pickup and delivery, as well as what they charge to “fix” it. My dad had a stroke a couple of years ago and is not in the same mental capacity that he was before and I feel that the workers at this company are taking advantage of that. That is absolutely absurd.
