Update: I had my Defender in for routine maintenance. Jessica and her team handled every detail and kept me updated as they worked on my vehicle. While I waited, I enjoyed the great coffee and relaxed in their living room-style waiting area. I ended up chatting with several employees about kinds of things and before I knew it, my Defender was ready. Great team and excellent service!
I can't say enough about how great my experience was purchasing a Defender from Land Rover Buffalo. Garrett Brodie, my sales specialist, quickly answered all of my (many many) questions via email and phone calls. He made himself available when I showed up unannounced at the dealership while having routine maintenance performed on my old vehicle. Garrett's no pressure style and his attention to detail were a welcome change from past experiences at other dealerships. I never felt like we were playing games only to eventually arrive at the right number. If you are considering a Land Rover, I would highly recommend Garrett and the team at Land Rover Buffalo!
