Lady Jane's Haircuts for Men (Sheridan Drive)

Good for quick haircut but staff is very moody. You either get a wonderful person to cut your hair or a person who is consecutively having bad days.

Everyone is super nice and deserves a great tip. They're also amazing at their job and neck shaves and wash are included!

My son had got a haircut here and it looks like a bowl was put on his head and cut around it.

Was there today on 1/20 about 1: 30-2pm never got hairstylist her name but she did an amazing job cutting my hair. Will definitely will be a repeat customer

"Kelles" was my stylist. Not only was she friendly, but she spent time making sure my cut was just right. I plan to see her again at Lady Jane's.

Sooo mad. I wanted a perm and called around to multiple salons looking for someone that could do it. I spoke with Alexandria from this Lady Janes and she told me she has done plenty of them. We do the consultation via photos of my head and she ensures she can give me a rockin perm like the ones I sent pics of emulating. After a few reschedules on her part she does the perm. It takes three hours but whatever it’s my first time idk what to suspect. Literally get home and didn’t use shampoo or anything in the shower. She told me I could but there was so much chemical in my hair and she said I needed it to last so o didn’t. Next day at night I do use shampoo and now my perms gone. I have straight hair again. I called her and she says ya that’s why I didn’t charge you full price. Like I shouldn’t have been charged at all, I didnt get a perm I got a hair cut and what’s worse is I can’t try again because of the chemicals.

I have been going to Lady Jane's hair cutters for years. I always get a great haircut and I am in and out in no time at all. You never need an apointment. And the hair stylists are always supper friendly. And they know what they are doing. I have visited the Williamsville store and the Tonawanda store and always have been pleased with the professional service I have received.

Love the 1st time experience jenna was very professional and precise and catered to what I was expecting.very satisfied with the cut, however the website doesnt hv the package available @ the salon!

Took me in without an appointment just a few minutes before close. Kind of inconsiderate on my part, but I did tip big.

Rude stylist and very bad haircut! Most Lady Jane’s do ok, but this was easily the most rushed and inconsistent haircut ever. Don’t go here

Courtney will take care of your hair needs! She finishes with an excellent cut every time! You’ll want to get a king’s treatment from her! You’ll leave feeling like a whole new you!

Went in for a second visit because the first was so good. Saw Melissa, I was ready for a hairstyle chang-up but had no idea what to get. She helped out like a champ. Also if you have the time, get the scalp massage. Very relaxing.

I've known Erica for more years than I care to admit! She does my eyebrows and every time I feel much more human and put together. She's professional, friendly, and very talented. She's also accommodating of my strange and erratic schedule, which I really appreciate! Having well groomed eyebrows is a detail that makes such a big difference in your overall appearance!

I would highly recommend this location! Erica is fantastic and always knows how to style crazy curly hair. She is very professional and is always willing to get you in when you need a cut.

Haile brown cut my hair and left me bald spots all over my head I would never go back there and get my haircut and not to mention they don’t have the insurance they’re supposed to have for cutting hair who knows if they’re really even licensed

Melissa at Lady Jane's does amazing work every time. I switched from a local barbershop and have never looked back. Friendly and quick service and always look great after. When you look good, you feel good, and I never feel better then after leaving this place with a fresh cut. Highly recommend!

Very bad customer service. The lady do not know how to trim the hair. She did the hair cut do know how to blow hair. Do not care about it. Just left all hair on body. And said you are set. Do not give priority to customer. Look for customer service not only mine.

Chalice has been doing my hair for several years and has always, always done a great job. She listens to what I'm looking for and each time it's on point. When you find a great stylist, don't let them go!

Korrie has been cutting my hair for months, always great conversation and she tends to my indecision and my ability to take forever on what cut I want to go with or how short I want to go. Sometimes i get the facial and the shoulder/neck massage which always feels incredible. She is very knowledgeable and patient while giving great suggestions to what style I want to go with. 10/10 would recommend

I tried Lady Jane's for the first time recently after my previous place went really down hill. Korrie did a fantastic job making me look and feel like royalty. I'd definitely recommend splurging a little for the scalp massage, it was great and wasn't rushed at all. I'll definitely be going back for my next haircut!
