Saleperson Kamal went above and beyond (it was raining all the time) to ensure I choose the perfect car that met all my requirements (no sunroof, low miles). Transparency and dedication to customer satisfaction made the process to buy the most beautiful Mazda CX 5 stress free.

Part Number: 00008LN11 is only $199.95 and the installation is gioing to cost $360. The installation cost more than the crossbar! What a RIP OFF!

Where do I start! I came in to trade off my 2018 mazda 6 signature and wanted to get an idea of how the process was Chris, shireat and stephanie were more than Amazing! They helped me out so much as far as numbers, feelings comfortable in what was my next step and just overall making the experience amazing, they were patient with me and answered every single question I had. Overall it was an amazing experience deff love this dealership and the people that work there.

Ordered a car from them and waited two months but never arrived. I suspect they may have resold the car to someone else instead. Full story below:

Sat down with the Manager Ben and Sales Rep Dibeen on April and placed a deposit for a mazda 3 preferred. Both manager and sale rep quoted and estimated 1-2 months for the cars arrive. Fast forward a month later, I hear nothing from them, not even a chirp. I reached out to the sales rep for an update and he texted back May 4th as an arrival date. Everything went great until the day before pick up. There was no communication whatsover such as when to come pick it up, what's needed, etc. I'm glad I checked in the day before because when the manager asks you to call it means sht went down. Long story short, they have no idea where my car is, or when it'd arrive. The manager Ben said he had no idea why the time frame was quoted but the dude was there at the table too when I signed for the car and also quoted 1-2 months.

The manager had the audacity to offer me a hatchback for 1200$ more. Not even the same price but wanted me to pay more? For a car I didn't even want? Is this a bait and switch? For 2 months they played this game and wasted another month of my time to return my deposit. I had to make multiple calls and threaten to report them before my deposit was returned. Absolute miserable of a dealer. Not sure why they treated me like this when I was so patient and was ready to buy the car. I can only assume they received a higher bidder and didn't want me as a client anymore. Shady fking dealer BEWARNED!

Made an appointment with Koeppel Mazda for a used car after about 3 months of shopping around and dealing with horrible dealerships and salespeople. I spoke to Chris from the used car dealership, which works jointly with the new car Koeppel Mazda dealership but across the street. He was really nice over the phone and when I went in for a test drive, he answered all my questions and explained everything in detail - and whatever he couldn’t answer, he asked his finance manager (who also was amazing but sadly I can’t remember her name) and she would then explain things to me. This was my first time buying a car and I made sure I bought from a reputable place - I was able to get a similar loan and APR from the dealership as I was from my credit union, so I went with the dealership and drove the car off the lot that same day. The final purchase price was very close to the number i received on the phone, and the difference was only about $53 dollars. Only fees that were charged were taxes which are 8% for NY and registration fees for the DMV. The whole process took about 3 hours but very well worth the outcome. I had a great experience and even the salespeople who were not directly making a deal with me helped me out when I was figuring things out for the car and everyone was very personable and relatable. 100% would recommend this dealership based on my experience, and I hope everything goes smoothly when I have to take the car to get serviced.

The service department forgot to order the part that was needed for my car. And the man who did the check-in didn't seem to be especially sorry about it. More like could have cared less.

To make things worse, he was unaware of the problem until I came back from walking around the neighborhood.

A much better choice would be Riley Mazda in Stamford CT. The drive from Manhattan is only a bit longer, and well worth it!

Would not recommend this dealership. They would not tell us the price of the car after asking numerous times. It became so frustrating we eventually had to leave. After getting a pre-approved deal online through their website, we went back the next day to put down a security deposit. We showed them the deal we were offered but they would not confirm it. Finally when I insisted they confirm we are agreeing to the deal offered online (and now after we have already paid the deposit of course) they tell us no, that there is a “glitch” in the website and they will not honor the deal. Come on. They have been shady since the beginning. I just don’t believe them about the “glitch”. Sounds completely made up. Even if it’s not, they should have honored it. Very disappointed.

Super late post. I was looking for a car back in June 2021. I was somewhat interested in the CX3 but wasn’t set on it. I went to check the car out and was greeted by Manny who basically sold me the car. He is transparent with pricing, very patient, and answered all my questions. You won’t feel cheated or looked down upon when you work with him. I always believe a salesman can make or break your car buying experience. My family and I have always been a Toyota fan, but because of Manny I’m now a Mazda fan!

It was my first time at the Mazda service center and it was the best experience I've ever had at any dealer service center. The people that work there were really informative, very helpful, very friendly, and the best part was that they worked on my vehicle very fast. I waited for my vehicle and I was out in about an hour and a half, which to me was a great time compared to 10 hour wait time at other dealers like paragon Honda. And to top it off the service center/ showroom and restroom were really clean. Thank you koeppel Mazda for the special treatment you guys are great!

My GF just purchased her first car and we had a great experience dealing with Kamal Pokhrel and the Koeppel Mazda team! As we are new to the Mazda brand, we went in just for some information and Kamal introduced us to several models. They didn't have the right spec at the right price point on the first visit but over the course of a few weeks Kamal kept in touch with details of new inventory at a price point which worked for us, he was very patient, wasn't pushy and we happily took delivery of a CX5 Touring!

We just leased our first Mazda from Koeppel Mazda on Northern Boulevard.

What an amazing experience from start to finish! Everyone is so friendly, curteous and professional. The receptionist, our salesperson Sagar, the finance manager and the GSM Saiful - each made sure that all of our questions were answered and our needs were met.

This was more than a sales transaction, we felt like they actually cared, and they wanted us to leave happy. Great job everyone, we will definitely be back and recommend this place to our friends and family!

After my Mustang's brakes gave out on me on the highway I knew it was time for me to get a new car. I set my mind on something reliable and packed with safety features, not to mention would provide me with better mpg than the ol' stang. I felt that the Mazda CX-30 was, in my opinion, a great mix between safety and practicality but I had never purchased a new vehicle before.
Zia Din at Koeppel Mazda made me feel very welcomed, comfortable and taken care of from the moment I entered until I pulled off with my CX-30. Although it was a big purchase he made me feel no pressure. It never felt as though he was trying to upsell me or get over on me. Not like I was simply a sale to be made. He was knowledgable and helpful and is a very interesting man on a personal level. I felt as though he was looking out for my best interest. My mother was so pleased with the level of customer service and the overall process of shopping with Koeppel Mazda that she intends to comeback for a new ride of her own in the coming months.
Definitely one of the best buying experiences Ive had in a while and would certainly recommend to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

I received professional and efficient service in the service department. My advisor was Donna who was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I liked the video from the mechanic who was evaluating my car. I feel as though I can trust these people with the care and maintenance of my car.

Service department reps do not listen and will not answer questions and become rude when you point out their unprofessional behavior. I will explain to them what I need but they will not give me any feedback after the service is done. The whole bunch think that they are doing me a favor for existing. SMH. This has happened before and I will not purchase another Mazda again because of not being able to have a good experience at their service department.

I had an appointment scheduled for this 8AM this morning since last week to bring the car for electrical diagnostics. It was in the location where I purchased the car and that was the second car and leased car twice with this location. The issues I listed to person that took the appointment down were following: rear view camera malfunctioning, infotainment, USB, Bluetooth not working. When I was scheduling an appointment I was told it’s electrical issue and diagnostic will be 15 min while-I- wait process. This morning upon dropping off the car I was told I have to leave the car, diagnostics will take much longer. So I left my car and spend $20 on cab back home. At 2 PM I he ent heard back from Miguel who took the car in, so I texted him for status update. He called me few minutes later saying car will not be serviced today and I have an option to keep it there till tomorrow or pick it up. When I confronted Miguel he said he has explains all that to me that morning- which he did not. I asked for manager. He stated service take a long time, not every technician is capable and tomorrow around 2 PM they “should” have some news on the car if I leave it. I explain to him the incurred costs of taxi rides and impact to my work schedule-I drive to work-he was indifferent. That is not the service I expected. Very disappointed and honestly after the issues that I’m experiencing with the car and service quality on top of that (service due to issue that’s not caused by me/user) I will reconsider purchasing, leasing and recommending Mazda

Very Rude service advisors. Cassandra and Todd doesn’t know how to talk or deal with customers.they will cut you off, they can hung up the phone while you are talking to them.dealership will rip you off asking for lot of $$$ over nothing. Service advisor manager is even worse. Certainly big no and I don’t recommend for any one. Now I know the value of my dealership in naperville Illinois, Customer service over there is hundred time better ;)

They are very professional and courteous. I have been in the mazda family for 4 years now and I'm currently with my second lease. I was welcomed by Raul Jiminian, an excellent sales consultant that tells it like it is. He is very professional and quick to respond if there are any issues or questions I've had. The service department is also helpful and willing to accommodate me if there are any emergencies. I have no complaints and I'm happy with their professionalism.
