Was here for the X-men release this week. Got to the store early line was organized and security was very organized and handed out wrist bands for everyone. When the store opened line moved fast. When I got in a was greeted by a personal shopping assistant named Day. Day was super friendly and extremely helpful. She helped me get everything I wanted in a timely fashion and made my experience extremely pleasant. Will definitely be shopping at this location more often.

Many pros and cons to store but seems though cons outweigh. Questionable integrity by the store manager Kevin. At time items are backdoored; meaning prior notice is given to his associates he has a rapport with and they’re able to secure items before the public is aware they’re on the floor. Multiple times I’ve come into the store at 11am opening and they inform me sizes are sold out yet I’m 4-5th person walking in the store.

The X-men drop was mayhem, they informed you only 3 total top items including outerwear yet people were leaving with 4-5 tee shirts and a jacket. I also know someone who received 5-6 pairs of Kith marvel in 1 order yet we were informed it’s 1 per order.

The FCFS policy stated online on their website also doesn’t mean FCFS, security suggest we reach out to them to see if they’re giving our wristbands prior to any drop which is an inconvenience because if that security guard isn’t there you won’t know. So you must be there at 6-8am to get a wristband then wait until 10: 30 to get in line.

The assistant managers, cashiers & sales associates are very professional and respectable and uphold to the integrity of the company including back of house operations & I value them each time I walk into the establishment. Kith Treats always is polite and great transparency on how their merch differs from Kith drops.

Been to both locations this one is the best though bought some Kith adidas superstars the staff was cool and helpful will continue to buy more pieces Kith is super dope

Had an excellent shopping experience at this store! My sales associate was Day and she was super helpful and attentive. I VERY indecisive on what i wanted to get but she was honest, patient and super chill throughout my entire time. I think its important for stores to hire people that genuinely care for you to be happy with what you purchase and not just try to make a sale off of you. Wanda was also super nice and helpful. Will continue to be shopping at this location, as staff are way more friendlier than in the city.

. I want to share with you the experience of buying in your store. Bought new balance 1906 sneakers. I dreamed of being in your store.but the service was an order of magnitude worse than in the same network uniqlo or zara. I was served by a girl in a red sweater.with all her appearance, she showed that she was not satisfied with either her work or my request to bring the right sneaker. I waited for her 15 minutes. For 15 minutes she carried me the right shoe.brought a box on the table and left.no more help, service, advice.of the buyers in the store was only me and another guy.there was no crowd.your employees completely spoiled the expectations from your store.and last. I bought the sneakers at full price, there were no discounts or sales on them.and the seller at the checkout said that they are not subject to return and exchange.explain this policy.and a few words personally to the girl who works in your store. “If you don't like your job, don't work for it.otherwise you just spoil people's mood. ”

I took my son here to shop for his birthday. It was a horrible experience. The cashier was lazy and rude. The salesman gave me dirty clothes. Thankfully I checked my shopping bag before leaving the store. What a disgusting experience.

I think this is the worst store that i ever visited. Got picked up in a raffle and the e-mail said that i've to pick up the sneakers between 10-11 am. I gave a little buffer and arrived at 10: 20 am and the store was still not opened

The KITH Brooklyn store has a resounding ability to make anyone feel like they’re the most important shopper in the room. Kevin and staff always go above and beyond to ensure that options are communicated and retrieved for anyone. Best KITH in the city. Highly recommend

The store is super clean and never too crowded because they always have a great doorman monitoring capacity. There are a ton of shoes and clothing available at any given time and always an employee waiting to help out. They don't always have the specific size I'm looking for but what can you expect from such a hype store that gets all the hype releases. Shoutout to Kevin who helped me find and purchase the shoes I was looking all over for.

And don't forget about the ice cream shop they have built into the store which serves my favorite milkshakes in the city.
