I had a major problem with my front end. (QX 60) I spoke with Mr. Mat and he is a man of integrity. I’m so happy with his excellent customer service that I gave him a tip which I never do. A Worse reception lady who sounds with attitude and put us on hold when we desperately need her help. We are infinity customer and visited NYC from out of state. Can you believe that she only has an appointment available 3 weeks later. They need to close store if this is true!

Our family purchased a new 2022 QX60 from Kings Infiniti. I don't think there can be a better experience with a dealer than this place. From browsing for a new vehicle to agreeing to a deal to financing to delivery to follow-up, everything was smooth and flawless. We felt very relaxed and comfortable with Roman the manager and the rest of the crew. This is a place you can trust!

Picked up My 2019 Infiniti on Wed 2/24 after work was needed in the service dept and Body shop. I was so disappointed of the condition of the inside of the car, it was dusty and dirty.the new part they replaced has a scratch on it.ugh.they texted me that I picked up the car and told them what I thought, they said they were sorry and to go back.by that time I was home already. I sent two more messages to them and No reply. I will have it detailed on my own! Not cool!

Leased my 2022 QX60 and was very happy with the service. Michael Jacovino went above and beyond to make sure I was treated right. Even after I had the car Michael emailed me to see I had any questions or concerns. I emailed him a couple of questions and he got back to me quickly. So far I am very happy with the service I received.

I have always had a great experience having my vehicle serviced at Kings Infiniti. My service advisor John Russo has always been professional and worked with me to keep my vehicle running properly, helping to ensure it's longevity. However it is time for the management to replace the seating in the waiting area the cushions have no support.

Not All Are Welcome Here! I went to this dealership prepared to purchase a car and was greeted by a receptionist who asked me what I was there for. She then had a Salesman come out who seemed uninterested in selling me a car and apparently due to COVID test drives are not available here. I would need to be approved for a car first then I could go for a test drive. My guess is that he didn't think I could afford it. Sad thing is that I was ready to make a purchase. Don't waste your time here!

Leased my q50 signature from Mike. He was beyond professional and accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect before leaving the dealership. The facility is immaculate and the entire staff is extremely professional and welcoming. If you need a car this is the only place to go. 5 stars isn’t even high enough.

I bought a car from Mike in May and I have had problems ever since then. All he cares about is the sale and not the needs of his clients. I bought a 45K truck from him and called him a few months later to ask a few questions and he was so nasty. He didn't care about my needs or even what I had to say. He literally told me on the phone, he got off work 20min ago and I would need to call him another time. The nerve of him, after I spent so much money at this company and put commission in his pocket from car sale.
Customer service does not stop once the sale is complete. Either you care genuinely about your clients, keeping them happy and satisfied or you just Don't care. As a person who works in service I was Appalled by his response and his lack of attention to one of his personal clients. DONT EVER BUy A CAR FROM HIM. HE SHOULD NOT EVEN HAVE THIS JOB. TERRIBLE! I will never buy a car again from this location.

After finally getting my recalls completed after 3x cancelation day before appts due to back order. Took longer then expected. After getting my car back I noticed some damage to interior leather and 1 missing little cover piece to my shift cover! Dealer basically ignored my concern so I reported this to infiniti corporate. Always something! Here are pictures to show what is missing and damaged

From the very start to post-delivery follow-up, the sales process was totally transparent, ethical, professional and satisfactory. I have been doing business at dealerships for 40 years, and Roman and the team were the most professional, able, honest and pleasant ever worked with. I would travel a distance if you havebto in order to deal with aromas Zeltser and Kings Infiniti.

I went in to with my cousin to help her lease her first car and we were approached by Roman. We told him the down and monthly and he gave us a better deal then we we initially asked for. Roman was extremely easy to work with especially compared to the experience we had at Infiniti of Lynbrook. It’s a night and day difference. If I do ever plan on purchasing/leasing a Infiniti or if anyone else is planning on purchasing/leasing a Infiniti I highly recommend speaking with Roman.

Nelson was so accommodating to me. My brand new Qx55 was leaking air and needed a new tire. The streets of NY are vicious. So I drove to the nearest Infiniti dealer with no appointment or sales relationship. My vehicle was purchased in Connecticut, Nelson was my hero. Got me in ASAP as a priority because of the stature of my 2022 vehicle. He had me in and out in a matter of 2 hours. I had a full day planned that included a bday celebration for my fur baby. And I was able to keep all my appointments because of the five star service Nelson gave me. Megan processed my payment and was so nice.to tell you the truth I wasn’t expecting this level of service from a NY dealership because most times my interactions with New Yorkers have been hostile and unprofessional (no shade) this dealership changed my perspective and it was refreshing to a small town girl like me.
