NEVER GO HERE BIGGEST RIP OFF THEY TELL YOU THE PRICE THEN DONT KNOW HOW TO FIX IT THEY A TELL YOU KEEP COMING BACK AND NEVER FIX THE PROBLEM PAID 500 to fix a light that still on

My cousin had a bad experience with this business. I would not recommend going there for major work. Had her vehicle for nearly 3 months! And still not fixed right.

This place did not have my tires but went out of there way to tell me where to go. Gave me a number to get a free cab in the town and they didn't have to. I ended up getting my new tires for cheap and a free ride through the cab service they gave me the number to. I felt so blessed because I would have missed my doctor's appointment because my tires on my car were so bad but the ride share took me np. Thanks guys

Bought 4 all season tires from here and they were supposed to be new but they were anything but new.they were 4years expired and dry rotted and to top it off I called my friends at tread city tire and they informed me that those tires are very dangerous to be driving on. I will "NEVER" shop here again nor do I recommend this shop to anyone!

These guys are great. I was from out of town trying to get a couple tires put on and everyone was backed up a day or two. I walked in and they squeezed me in between jobs. Thanks guys!

Bought tires from them. Nothing but problems. Tires had bubbling on the side after 10000 miles.had to junk them. This place only deals in cash so if yu want a receipt they will scribble it on a little piece of paper.

Cannot thank these folks enough. Half way from Detroit to Connecticut and the front brakes went on the Focus. Saturday afternoon as well. They fixed the brakes and got us on our way. Great job and thanks again.

I recently came here because of my thermostat. Frank was very nice and helpful. He helped me with issue I was having. The problem was corrected and I am very happy with the service I received.

My husband and I tried this business this summer of 2021 to install tire sensors on aftermarket 26" rims for a 2021 Tahoe. After having us bring the vehicle back and forth 4 times for "defective sensors" it turned out they didn't order the parts with the right frequency, somethingyou would ASSUME a "tire shop" wouldknow. My husband wanted to give them another chance and took a rim back to them that was cracked and needed to be WELDED. They had the rim for a MONTH! We get the rim back and it looked worse than it did when it was dropped off. We immediately took it to another repair shop who took the tire off of the rim and showed us how they used a STICKER and GLUE to hold the rim together, it was never welded! WE ARE WARNING THE COMMUNITY if you can't physically check the work these people do your better off going to a company that will take accountability for the service they provide. These are the owners of the company doing this substandard work! So your only resolution is reporting them and or small claims court. TERRIBLE!

They were excellent! They gave me the cheapest option to fix my car. Then, when I got there, the cost was more cheaper than their original quote! And they fixed my tire for free. My car is running great!

This place deserves more than 5 stars. Ive been in the area for about a year. These are genuine workable people at kendzia. Maintaining a car is expensive and they get that were not always prepared for major repares. So as long as you follow through these people will whole heartedly work with you. Frank and his crew run an amazing business. This place should be the staple for the auto repair industry

Hands down the best place around, I’ve been going here for a few years and have never had a problem with them, they always make sure I’m satisfied with the work before I pay and their prices are super reasonable. If you need somewhere to go and you’re iffy about going somewhere, don’t hesitate to come here they will always get the job done!

They did a great job fixing a tire that I thought was losing air due to a rim leak. They determined it was a sensor problem and fixed the sensor, re-balanced the tire and I was on my way. They checked to make sure everything was fine before I left. Nice guys, honest and straightforward. I will be back when I need additional services.

Went in to get my tires swapped for winter. Ended up with an issue on one the winter tires so the guys gave me good choices to pick from and got me fixed right up! Process are good and all the staff is super friendly. They have a great selection of new and used tires.

Love these guys. They have the best service for tires and fixing what is needed without over charing. I brought in 4 rotors that were fairly new but had rusted from the car sitting. They ground them down and now they are so smooth that they feel like they are better than they were when they were new. Thanks for the years of great service

I just left with my silverado with it untouched, I had made an appointment on monday to leave over night Friday to have work started Saturday morning, I called two times throughout the day for updates with one phone call and message not responded to and the other with we haven't touched it, and mind you this is now two hours before close, and wont be able to get to it said they will (try) but being in the same automotive industry I knew time constraints would apply to the work agreed to be done. I was told they had too many walk ins which is why I thought the point of making an appointment was to guarantee a spot. I obviously made arrangements at my expense for rides to and from, honestly I am super disappointed I have used them for the past five years and they definitely have come through for me but the rudeness and lack of empathy for my inconvenience in the situation is intolerable I am so put off, that is why am making this review, this is my first one ever that's how put off I am.

Absolutely disgusted with this place, owner and employees. I purchased 6 sets of tires and a set of wheels from them over the past 5 years and Cliff still had to try and screw me over on defective wheels. That was the second time he tried to make money off my misfortune.

Long story short, Cliff, the owner told me the manufacturer would only replace 1 and I'd have to buy the other three. I called the manufacturer and he told me, "I just got off the phone with Cliff, I told him to give you 4 new wheels". Well luckily I called. He was trying to order off the other 3 wheels that were being replaced for free.

Please call me out if your reading this Cliff. I have text messages, recordings, paperwork and video of all the bs you guys put me through over the past month.

Even since the beginning I was treated as if me spending thousands in their shop was taking up to much of their time. Employees telling me their personal issues being the cause of not returning phone calls.

I wouldn't even let this place put air in my tires if I had a flat right in front of the shop. I'm not the only one who has parted ways with them. Multiple local shops have done the same. Stay away!

Horrible horrible experience. My original cost was about 3 and a half years ago, but I’ve had ongoing problems since that one and only visit. I had a 3.25 inch lift put in my Jeep. They kept my Jeep for 2 weeks with no answer for an expected finish date when they were asked. Called countless times asking about it and they either weren’t working on it or couldn’t actually give an answer. Once I got it back I made it 30 seconds down the road before I experienced what I now know as the death wobble. Drove right back and they were like “oh yeah you need a new steering stabilizer when you get lifts. Yours is shot we can do it for $160. ” My dad did it for the $45 the part cost. About a year later I needed part of my exhaust fixed because when they put the lift in they bent part of the exhaust and then butted part of the lift up against it, causing it to rub and eventually put a hole in my exhaust. I’ve just recently found out after having a shock from my lift break off that they broke the bolts holding the original shocks and instead of fixing it correctly they drilled new holes and a different angle and put the new shocks in. I drove around for who knows how long with a busted shock before it started beating against my floor board and almost ripped some wires out. It had been broken for a while because the broken end was rusted over. I’ve had the same shock replaced 3 times now in the last 4 months. It’s broken again and now the other side is breaking. It’s just come to our notice today about the new holes having been drilled. So kendzia failed to tell us that they broke the pervious bolts taking the old shocks off and then made their own holes to put the new ones on. I never really felt that enough had been done to leave a bad review, but this was my final straw because now it’s going to cost me a lot more money to have this new problem fixed. I will never go to kendzia again. Even if I didn’t have all the problems from a simple lift kit, they’re customer service was atrocious.
