I was traveling from PA to Utica, NY and my alternator went. I was towed to Keenes. I had to wait 3 hours for my ride and the staff was amazing! Offered me food and beverages. NICEST group of people I ever met. Great place!

Worst place ever to take your vehicle for anything. I took my vehicle there for a fuel pump, not only did the fuel pump not last the summer, but my vehicle came back without the gas gauge working, he wouldn't fix it and when I tried to call him numerous times on his cell; he never returned my call. I had to have my fuel pump replaced at another shop. At the same time, I took another vehicle there to be checked over; no work. He tried to charge me $400.00 for no work. It shouldn't have been much more than an inspection. Poor service, price gouging and poor mechanics! Customers Beware. Less than one star!
And yes I am reviewing on the correct shop.

Keene Automative is fantastic! En route from Virginia to Rochester, our transmission gave out near Dansville. Bob and his team were professional, super competent, and had our car back on the road in short order once a replacement part arrived. Communication was excellent too. If I lived closer, I would be sure to use them again and again. Highly recommended!

Bob and his team (tonya and john) are one of the best i have ever seen there all careing and treat there customer's with compassion and respect ive been going there now for several months my girlfriend and her mom took me there with my 2002 jeep liberty and im no mechanic but the hole teem walks me through everything so i understand i want to thank you all so much you all are truly the best business on earth

Incredible service. No nonsense. Car was stranded and Keene Auto helped sort everything out, I truly could not expect this level of service anywhere. Front desk manager was so helpful as was the lead mechanic. Cannot thank them enough! If you're in the area go to Keene, best car service experience I've had hands down.

I had my car broken on the highway for Niagara Falls with my family. I was terrified by the engine failure (I've never experienced it before), so I had to call my insurance company and ask them to tow it to the nearest repair shop. Fortunately, I met Bob Keene, the owner of the shop. He was more than kind and professional. There was no cab and a rental car shop in the town, so he arranged them all for us. We were so touched by his hospitality. As a result, we believed to have a good experience meeting a good human, even though we were out of luck.

Bob and his team are just awesome, we accidentally put diesel in petrol car. He helped us out fixing the car like god send him to help us. He’s a gem of a person!
