From the moment we walked into the East Northport location, Frank immediately put my husband at ease with his sense of humor and expertise. We had visited another tuxedo rental store before going to Karako. My husband walked out because they couldn't show him what the tuxedo would look like and he didn't trust the person to even measure him properly. Once we met Frank my husband knew he was in good hands. Everything was explained to him throughly.all options were shown. He was fitted and within 2 weeks, the tuxedo came in for a fitting. A few changes were necessary and we were out the door with a beautiful tuxedo at a great price. Thank you Frank for working with my sometimes difficult husband and making it a pleasant experience. We will be back!

I highly recommend this establishment for anyone looking for a nice suit or a dashing tux. Frank was stellar and very professional in helping me through the stages of picking out the perfect tux (along with my groomsmen’s) and the fitting. He even gave me tips on how to enhance my look (like picking out the right socks or getting slim-fit pants). Each trip there was quick and easy — 10-15 minutes tops. Thanks, Frank!

Great deal! I came here 15 years ago and thought the inventory was dated. (Pleated pants instead of flat front). Came today and they’ve clearly updated all the inventory to a mix of modern and timeless.

First off, Bob was extremely helpful. Recently went through a rough time and needed a whole new set of suits. He was so accommodating and helpful. Really took his time to help me find all the items I needed. 10/10 would recommend this location and Bobs help. He really knew his stuff and was a pleasure to work with!
