I had lipo360 +BBL just 5 days ago under local anesthesia, and my experience was great! I have many consultations in NYC and New Jersey trying to find a perfect doctor to perform my 360 Lipo.
But when I meet with Dr. Kalsow and his team, I knew it was match made in heaven.
It was no sales pitch, no pushing for anything, very professional and personal in the same time consultation. From my first appointment to my last post op appointment, doctor and his assistant Sophia guided me every step of the way. I love my results, and I’m only 3 weeks post op, I’m 53 years old and I got my 30 year old body back. I’m highly recommend Dr Sergei. He is definitely the best doctor in the east coast for sure!
His assistant Sophia took her time to answer my pre and post op millions of questions. She never rushed me, she was completely dedicated to me, without her I would be lost.

My surgery day was very stressful for me because I was doing awakened Lipo 360.
But Natasha (another doctors assistant) was very comforting and helpful with my anxiety.

Dr. Kalsow and his team are absolutely amazing. From the preop, intraop to post operatively the team and Dr. K we’re so professional so comforting. I’m very happy with my results my lipo scars are tiny and he sculpted my legs so beautifully. Dr. K is extremely talented and I highly recommend him.

I went with my mom to him for my double chin removal & he offered me a reasonable price to do this procedure, but he makes a big mistake when he suggests for my mom to do chemical peel which is TCA 20% medium peel to remove deep wrinkles to woman’s aged 77 years old he says this peel will remove these wrinkles with 2 syringes in mom’s forehead that done by his assistant Ariana! They charged me one thousand and forty dollars! The results was very bad my mom can’t open her eye! Ariana caused mom damage eye and more worst wrinkles! Dr Kalsow knows that this procedure is not for my mom age! He deceived me to take my money actually this doctor isn’t honest & not trusted, because he takes advantage of me because I don’t have enough knowledge or experience about cosmetic procedures!
Can anyone believe that TCA 20% peel can remove deepest wrinkles? And you can buy it from Amazon it cost $40 or 60 not a thousand dollars! STAY AWAY FROM THIS Dr

His coordinator Sophia is very uncoordinated. I tried to remain patient but I found myself calling and repeating things I told her, which let me know she wasn’t listening. That’s a red flag to me. Which sucks because I really wanted to come to Dr. Kalsow.

Update: I called twice and was told she would call me back. She did not. Jokes

First class experience, Dr. Kaslow is an excellent dr & the staff in this office are not only friendly and knowledgeable, but they go above and beyond to make you feel cared for and comfortable, which is very uncommon these days. Nicolette in the front is the sweetest girl you will ever meet, Sophia & Natasha are awesome too, from initial consultation to aftercare this is a 5 star experience.

Amazing! Dr. K is the best and has amazing hands. Really love my results for BBL and Lipo 360. He is talented and such a nice person. Very reasonable prices and his staff is great, when you walk in you feel so much positivity. Sophia who booked my appointment is super professional and just a delightful person to speak with. She is very attentive and super warm. Cierra assisted during the surgery and did my lymphatic drainage massages post-op, she is awesome and such a sweet talented young lady!

Great experience. The coordinator (Sophia) and Dr. Kalsow were amazing! Sophia was so helpful through the whole process! Dr. Kalsow went beyond expectations from his bedside manner to his work! I am 2wpo and so happy with my results (lipo360 only). The day of the surgery, I was so nervous but after talking to coordinator (Natasha) and Dr. Kalsow, I felt comfortable and knew I was in good hands. Dr. Kalsow’s talent/work is undeniable. I have no complaints.

Lipo 360 + BBL——-Gave me some hips (happy about that) BBL not much difference there. Lower back and side still bulgy. Charged me an extra 500 to take a little bulge of fat on my right lower thigh and he did not even touched it. Paid him 9,000. Spent over 2,800 on post op massages and even tried the cold sculpting on the right thigh (another $300)

I am a 48 year old woman. I had a breast reduction with a lift, arm lift and lipo 360. My experience from start to finish was 5 stars all the way. I absolutely love how everything looks so far and it’s only 6 weeks. I can not wait to see the final results! I CAN NOT WAIT!

Dr. Kalsow is a true artist. I can already see my scars are going to heal beautifully. I know nothing is perfect but for ME my breasts before compared to my breasts after are perfect. I couldn’t be any happier.

All of Dr. Kalsow’s staff goes above and wayyyy beyond. I booked my case with Sophia and I can not say enough nice things about her. I had an issue and she was helping me at all hours of the day/night. Julia and Eddie were my nurses the day of my surgery they helped me stay calm and comfortable throughout the whole time. Julia was a sweetheart. She knew I was very nervous and talked me through it.

My breast reduction is something I had wanted to do my whole life. Dr. Kalsow came highly recommended to me by a Doctor friend. I went for a consult I told him what I wanted. I asked a few questions. He gave me his opinion/advise and the next thing you know I’m here writing this review!

My arms had some loose skin from gaining and loosing weight my whole life so I decided while I’m under anesthesia let’s do it all! I got a mini arm lift - the incision is under my arm you can barely see it. I’m still swollen but it seems once the swelling goes down the incisions will be in the crease of my arm- Unnoticed

Lipo 360 because why not! Everything seems to be healing good. The post op lymphatic massages with Alleina are super important for this procedure as she makes sure your skin has no flaws and that there are no lumps or bumps. She is a miracle worker.

You only live once, so do you! The cost was very very reasonable for all I had done.

I had the best experience EVER with Dreams Plastic Surgery. The coordinators Sophia & Natasha actually both worked with me during EVERYTHING from start to finish. They answered all of my questions questions no matter how many times I asked the same thing or even if it was something that didn’t make sense they still tried their best to inform me. I love them so much for making my journey a stress free one. The day before my surgery Sophia made sure she called to get me prepped on what was to come and had the most sweetest voice, she also checked on me the day AFTER which I really appreciated. The day of my surgery was amazing, I was greeted by Natasha’s wonderful smile and the atmosphere in the building made me so calm and relaxed (they knew I was nervous but it stopped immediately once I spoke to Natasha). Dr Kalsow is a man with magic fingers because the way he snapped on my BBL was outstanding. I was swollen after and my stomach was STILL flat. Even during the numbing process he told me every single thing he was doing before he actually did it (I went under local anesthesia). I can go on and on but this team is absolutely WONDERFUL and they deserve any and everything that will come to them in the future as far as elevation. I want to thank all of the staff at Dreams plastic surgery for treating me like a human and not just a dollar.

I never leave reviews, EVER. So for me to leave one, it means something. Where do I begin? From start to finish, until now- the entire staff has just been nothing short of amazing. Dr. Kalsow is a brilliant man and unlike many others in the industry- is very transparent, upfront, and honest about what you can expect your results to be. I’m just over a week post op and although I’m still very swollen, my results are already amazing and I’m so excited.

Sophia, the office coordinator, is just outstanding. She has been so patient and understanding with me along the way, no matter what curve balls were thrown at her. She is really the sweetest and goes above and beyond for her patients. She’s so personable, constantly checking up on me to see how I’m feeling. She has made this entire process so easy.

Dr. Kalsow’s entire staff, from the scrub tech, to the nurses and the anesthesiologist; everyone is kind, patient, and extremely attentive to your needs.

P. S. - I had brachioplasty, abdominoplasty, as well as liposuction with a fat transfer to the breasts. I had a short arm lift and abdominoplasty done poorly years ago and came to Dr. K in hopes he could “fix” it. I am already absolutely unbelievably satisfied, way beyond my expectations!

I saw Dr. Kalsow for Lipo 360 (no BBL) and I am two and half weeks post-op and I must say I love my results and can’t wait to see the final outcome. I never write reviews but I have to say he is magic! And if you want to feel safe and comfortable, this is your doctor. I have never done a procedure like this before and I wanted to find the right doctor, a Doctor that would make me feel like I was making the right decision for me and my body. This was honestly the place, I was so happy with the entire process. Sophia and Dr. Kalsow are there around the clock to answer any questions. I had my surgery on December 22nd and I was called multiples times by Sophia (who is amazing) just to check in on me during my recovery process. I called Sophia with questions before my surgery multiple times and she was there to support me throughout the whole process. The day I left my consult Dr. Kalsow told me I can come in and see him whenever I needed. The bedside manner is on point, this is something so many places are lacking. The nurse in the OR was also amazing & supportive throughout the whole surgery. Dr. Kalsow and his staff did not make me feel this was a business, they truly made me feel like they care about their patients.

Dr. Kalsow is an amazing doctor for me. As far as his knowledge, professionalism and overall ability to communicate and deliver. I am above satisfied with the procedure I had done a lipo 360 BBL by Dr. Kalsow. The staff/nurses in his facility are also very professional and knowledgeable as well and also go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and relaxed prior to surgery.

Dr kaslow, if u are reading this i want you know, I think you are a good Doctor, but that lady Sofia is bad for your business, that’s why I gave 1 star.she does not follow up at all. I wanted surgery and it been a week that she hasn’t returned my call.my cousin had surgery and she didn’t even call to say there was medication waiting at the pharmacy for her, and she did not even call to give her pre surgery instructions.she seems to be very forgetful and unprofessional and disconnected.she is making your business look bad. Due to her lack of unprofessionalism I decided I don’t want surgery because I’m totally turned off by her and don’t even to hear her voice.she does not return calls or follow.

I came to Dr. Kalsow because of raving reviews. So I am paying it forward by providing a review, now that I have had few procedures performed by the good doctor.
* Bedside Manner - Dr. Kalsow has a calm and down-to-earth bedside manner. Never push any procedures on patients. Never peddle any unrealistic expectation of end results.
* Surgical skills - Everything is done in an efficient and effective manner.
* Appointment availability - I wanted to have everything done within a compact number of days, and Dr. Kalsow accommodated my schedule.
I am happy to have found a surgeon whom I feel confident and comfortable with.

Very attentive doctor and staff in general.

Well what can I say Dr. Kalsow, he is truly amazing. I 1,000,000 % recommend him. I’ll love him forever. I had the lipo 360 and a BBL done. I was planning on going to Santo Domingo for my surgery but changed my mind because what I was looking for was NOT something exaggerated. I wanted a beautiful silhouette and something natural. I feel amazing and I look amazing. I’m only 20 days into my surgery and wow, I look fabulous. He is very caring and really listens to what you want. He is a beautiful person inside and out. His team also very caring and attentive. Anyone looking for surgery should definitely book a consultation with him. I’m also doing the Yelp review and posting a picture there of me now at 20 days. I just had an amazing experience with Dr. Kalsow and his sweet coordinator Sofia. The dr is really great, and delivers excellent results. Sofia the patient coordinator was very sweet and accommodating and she really takes the time to listen to the patients, and is very caring and friendly. I’m very pleased and plan on returning to the practice again in the near future. I would definitely recommend this practice!:) :)

I had a Lipo 360 done March 9th 2020 with Dr. Kalsow and Im glad I chose him. He made me feel extremely comfortable the entire time. So, I’ll rate his bedside manners a 10 out of 10!

I went for my consultation appointment on Wednesday July 8, The Doctor has a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable and the wait was for sure 2 mins. My appointment was for 3: 30 and I got out of his office my 3: 55 pm. Amazing to see how quick it was and it was both my sister and I that saw him.

What a dr! I came to Dr. Sergei Kalsow for the first time in June of 2019. He performed my breast augmentation as well as lip enhancement. I had an incredible experience. From the moment I came in for my consultation to figure the size I was most comfortable with and the result I was looking for, to the procedure on the morning itself, everything went seamlessly and I couldn’t have been happier. I wanted a bigger bra size but for it to still look natural. I just wanted my strapless dresses to not fall on account of my bra size. Dr. Kalsow is professional, knowledgeable, and has an excellent bedside manner. This procedure can be nerve racking before deciding to go through with it, however, he has a way with his patients that makes you feel comfortable and takes the worry away. I would absolutely recommend him to any of my close relatives or friends. The lips also came out great. I didn’t want to look like a duck, the way some end up looking, and the result was a fuller lip without coming across looking as if I had them done. Thank you to Dr. Kalsow and his staff! I thought I’d leave this review after coming back to get a follow up lip enhancement. I appreciate all the work you do.

Dr. Kalsow did an amazing job with my under eye filler. I explained to him where I believed the problem area was and he made sure to address this area. I look so much more refreshed and less tired now. He saw me right away and was very kind! I have gotten so many compliments from friends since getting the filler. It looks very natural. I had Lipo 360 with out the BBL on Saturday, two days ago. I feel great, and see so much of a difference in little time.swelling and all I can still see the difference. Dr.kalsow is very professional and made me feel comfortable from start to finish! I will keep you updated and time goes by.last but not least, his assistant Sophia is very sweet and has a lot of patients! I even called her during her off hours and she took the time to answer my million questions. So far it’s been a great experience, i highly recommend.

Spectacular performance on my breast: the anesthesia was very smooth - woke up like nothing happened and next day even went to college; the recovery period is also went great - I was in my routine (just took off from gym but was able to do everything I had to), and doctor Kalsaw was cheching on me all the time and gave advice about everything; and the most important that I am very happy with a result I have. Highly recommend!

This Doctor is an absolute Godsend! He performed blepharoplasty and also filled the under eye areas. I am amazed with the results. I heard that he is good, but he performed some miracle. Before my my under eye bags were so bad, I couldn’t hide them, now they are completely gone and my face looks 10 years younger. I was afraid that I will be recovering for a long time, after the surgery but the bruises were gone in a week.
My sister was so impressed, that she decided to do the surgery as well, which come out amazingly as well.
