I came to see Dr. O’Brien after months of dealing with lower back and hip pain. After completing a comprehensive exam and X-rays, Dr. O’Brien was able to identify the cause of my pain and create a customized treatment plan. I began feeling better after my first visit. She is very professional and you can tell she cares about her patients. Her office staff is also very kind an professional. Dr. Tara is an amazing chiropractor. Came in with severe neck pain and scoliosis. With the adjustment and chiropractic treatment Dr. Tara helped to relieve all discomfort! She listens to all of your concerns and the office has such a relaxing vibe. Would definitely recommend!

Went to Dr. Tara for lower back pain and tightness. Within 2 weeks I was almost back to normal and within a month I felt amazing and myself again. She is one of the most kind and caring Doctors I have had and would definitely recommend to anyone in need!

First appt couldn’t even remember my sons name- kept getting it wrong. Second appt my husband is dropping me off in parking lot- we’re on the right side of the road. The doctor proceeds to come into the parking lot, unblocked by where my car was parked, nastily gestures to us that she can’t get by, which she could- then when my husband didn’t back up soon enough continued to drive onto the sidewalk to get to the other side of the parking lot. Still not realizing it was her I got out to get my 5 month old (her patient) and she proceeded to grill my husband and myself the entire walk past our car. Once I got into the office and saw it was her I walked right back out. Peoples true colors come out when they’re not pretending to be your amazing doctor whilst getting your money. Beware.

Also if you need good physeoterapy they have the Best Physiotherapist
He does very good massage and stretching and give you right exercises that you will heal very fast

A month ago, I was in severe, 24-hour pain due to scar tissue within my reconstructed left knee (added to the aftereffects of polio on my right leg). I could not even sleep due to the pain. I had been sheltering in place at home due to COVID-19, but when I could stand the pain no longer, I came to Kaizen Wellness Center. Immediately, I was relieved of my fears of exposure to the virus due to the incessant sanitizing taking place throughout Kaizen's office. It has been a remarkable month. Due to the professional, knowledgeable, diligent and compassionate care of Kaizen's physical therapist, Tom Mathew, and the exercise routine he prescribed for me, I am now completely pain free. I cannot adequately express the sense of relief that brings. I know I have a long way to go to fully strengthen my legs, but I know just where to go to have that happen. I can add on the basis of observation that the entire Kaizen staff is quite affable and dedicated to the health of their patients. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Great bedside manners, the place is very clean, and the staff are all very friendly. I go for back pain relief due to my scoliosis and they have helped immensely in the few months I have been going.

I am a long time client of Kaizen Centre. Dr. O'Brian has worked with my family since my youngest was 2, now he is almost 15.
I recently went in because I was having lower and upper back pain from starting an exercise routine. I was gaining too much weight.
