Terrible service. Couldn’t help me with a 2 min job that I don’t have the tools for smh even asked him to rent his tools the 2 wrenches that I need but still pushed me out the door. STAY AWAY!

I’m very thankful I was taking as a walk in. I explained my delivery and pickup schedule for the day but was not informed the work was finish. I looked at the time and walked the 100 ft to the office to find out out they had finished the bill was paid and missed not only my last delivery by 15minutes as they close at 2p but also my pick ups in Wyandache, Brooklyn and Kearny.
All the personnel have great attitudes.
The backside protocol has to be much more precise and informative. Why would you not inform me, knock on door or call, when the work was done like I was told you would?

Absolutely flavorful, excellent service vibe is always Vibing. My favorite spot to eat. Never disappoint

Price wise.they are reasonable but they don't have a lot of knowledge in electrical or even properly diagnosis of a truck.

The first bad taste is the customer service, I left my truck there for 1 week; completely communicated the time in which I needed the truck back.

Got the ok on the part that I was told was there and I was set to pick it up in the morning.

Got there at 7: 30am on a Friday, my truck wasn't ready and instead of them being honest about them not doing the work on the truck, they made excuses on why it wasn't ready.

I stayed there for 6 hours because the truth was they never fixed the truck though they knew I was coming to get it in the morning.

They told me it was ok to come in the morning and that the truck would be ready but I waiting 6 hours and my truck still wasn't fixed.

So the manager or front desk rep felt bad about the lie he told and discounted (supposedly) the price.

Then! When they fixed one part of the truck, another problem arose they weren't able to fix, in which I was told I could purchase the part they thought was the issue and have it programed to the truck and all they would do is put it in.

Once the part was ordered and programed they put it in but they told me it wasn't programed correctly. They truth was they just didn't know how to regenerate the key to the truck.

So I paid them for the work they did do on the truck, but my truck was still in limp mode.

So I took it to a mechanic who didnt even specialize in diesel trucks who DID THE WORK RIGHT!

So I wasted 1 month being off the road because of K&M trucking. They really don't know what they are doing or atleast on pickup trucks.

A half fix is not a proper fix, lying about the competence of the mechanics knowledge on a truck just wanted a person time!

So I took the truck to another mechanic and he fixed the truck. Come to find out that the part i purchase that K&M told me i needed to get programed wasnt the issue and it was something that cost less that $50.

So i took the part K&M told me to get back but I wasted time and money paying two different mechanics.

Don't use these guys for pickup trucks fixtures. There the most reasonably price guys I've seen and I only thing they were reasonable because they didn't know what they were doing and felt bad.

But buyer beware, especially if your on a time crunch!

I gave them a month because of waiting on a part they told me I needed which turns out wasn't the issue at all.

This place is awesome! They got me in right away and fixed the tires on my kayak trailer. The entire staff was kind and courteous. I would highly recommend!

This is my first time doing a review. The staff is really friendly and what they keep their word. I was looking for a great shop and I will do all my work here. If you visit them 1 time you will always come here.

This is the one of the best truck repair shop in Long Island NY I had best experience with them.they took care of my trucks like its their own trucks

I don’t usually write reviews, however I’m very satisfied with the service provided here. My check engine light on my Semi-truck came on during a delivery. I wasn’t sure where to bring my truck. I brought it here and everything was fixed on the same day.

To all who are reading this. My name is Jonathan Rella, owner of Rella Coal. For years I have used K and M Truck Repair for all my service needs on my trucks. Out of all these years the crew has always never shied away from showing me how to fix, replace or even teach me things about my vehicles. Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. These people go above and beyond to help you fix the problem. We had several issues with our truck (electrical, brakes, airleak). The owner, Peter, checked out the truck and fixed it quickly! He and his staff are extremely helpful and friendly. These people treat you right and know their stuff!

Took care of all my trucks, staff is nice and funny. They do heavy, medium, and light vehicles. One of the top mechanic shops in Long Island hands down!

Air compressor went out on my 2007 Peterbilt. Peter showed up within an hour and had me rolling again by noon next day good, honest mechanic is priceless these days I highly recommend

Didn't have a local mechanic. Always in a rush being a OTR Trucker. They squeezed me in for a oil change & PM. Very nice guys there and will definitely be using K&M as my guys when I come home for any repairs or issues. Highly recommend! Much appreciated!

Pete is the owner and the number one mechanic knew what was wrong before he looked at it. Had it in 2 other shops couldn't find the issue. Quality work done right.
