Can't even review the shop. But here's a fair review of My experience when I called.

Some miserable man picked up their phone. I chose that word bc he Was being all short and weird like they don't want business. All I asked was one simple question bout getting probably a 2 thousand dollar job done. Then I tried to ask for a ballpark figure or tell me how much it would typically be if charged by book hours and was told they need to see the vehicle. Then there was an awkward silence as he didnt explain if this meant diagnostic fees, how much etc. Didnt tellcme when i could come in. Like i said not too inviting of business Lol unreal what's going on nowadays. I just said ok thanks and hung up. Waste of time. Can't imagine what the actual shop / service would have been like. Dodged a bullet IMHO

Tried calling to make an appointment to get my BMW serviced/ diagnosed to figure out the issue I’m having. Whichever clown answered the phone tells me to a Go to a Bmw dealership as if they don’t even care to take in a new customer. They “specialize” in foreign made vehicles yet turn down customers asking to make an appointment for service. Terrible customer service. I said I wanted to get my car diagnosed he replies “ your car is dying? “. These guys are an absolute joke
