Terrible. So disappointed. Complete waste of my day and two weeks waiting for this appointment. I called and scheduled this appointment, having told them that I had check engine lights and had already been diagnosed by two other mechanics and needed two front axles and other items. They literally had my car all day, did not call me until 3pm only to tell me all the diagnostics that I ALREADY KNEW, and then said they had to order parts and did not do literally ANY work to fix my car. Then I was charged the $150 or so for their “diagnostics” that I had already gotten by two other mechanics who said to go to the dealer for parts. I CANNOT believe I wasted an entire day without my car not being fixed. They should have ordered the parts when I called and had everything ready to go. And the audacity to charge me for what I already knew was the problem. Besides tnr fact when I arrived the only person who greeted me was the shuttle driver, a lovely man, and I counted seven other employees in service milling about and didn’t even acknowledge my presence. Horrible. This is exactly why I give my business to mom and pop shops and small businesses.
