Tried calling for 2 weeks to speak with someone about having our building HVAC units replaced. Always got a voicemail and no one ever called back.

I work for the wnyddso. Recently a gentleman by the name of Matt came to our facility for some yearly maintenance on our furnace and hot water tanks. Mat was very thorough in his work and unbelievably friendly and courteous and professional with our staff and our individuals. It was a real pleasure to have him in our group home. I wish more vendors were as friendly as Matt. Thank you Matt for making our day.
