After spending the day looking for a place to do an inspection, I decided to come here. The first red flag is they told me my engine has no oil. As most people with a brain cell know when your car is at operating temperature the majority of the oil is at the top where the lifters are circulating. The next red flag is when they wanted to change my license plate bulbs and tried to charge me $30 when the bulbs cost $5 for 2. I decided to change them myself. The third red flag was when I got my car back my crankcase ventilation hose was unhooked. Which had nothing to do with the inspection resulting in a check engine light and a "bank one too lean" code. I’m never bringing a vehicle back to this place.

I went on a Friday afternoon for a NY state inspection, They completed the inspection, and I was done in less than 30 minutes.

5 stars. Have never waited more than 25 minutes. Always happy with the service. 3 yrs in a row basic maintenance & inspection. Try them out.

Quick, cheap, hassle free inspections. I failed it the first time because my windshield was cracked but went back after I got it fixed and passed. I got a discount the second time since I already passed the emissions part the first time I went.

. This is the second time I've been to this shop for an oil change and air was let out my tire. Brand new tires just purchased two months ago no previous problems. One time is a mistake second time IS COMPLETE NEGLIGENCE. As soon as my car is serviced I leave with more problems. I am all the way upstate stranded and stuck after my car was just serviced less than 24 hours ON THEIR LIFT. SECOND TIME I GOT AN OIL CHANGE AND SECOND TIME AIR HAS BEEN TAKEN OUT OF BRAND NEW TIRES WHILE BEING SERVICED ON THEIR LIFT. THEIR mistakes are costly and DANGEROUS TO YOUR LIFE. They are crooks at this shop. MY CAR WAS ALSO LEAKING OIL ON ONE Occasion because the filters weren't tight enough after the oil change.
ALMOST LOST MY ENGINE. DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE

Came for a last minute oil change, lady in front desk was nice the mechanic as well! First time I go for an oil change somewhere and they’re not telling me 1000 thing I should get done! I live close by so will keep coming here for all other car issues

They were professional and attentive to us and other clients. They did great work and were able to accommodate at short notice.

I am too conscious about my car and had been finding it troublesome to find a good mechanic to do any work on the car. Later I found JMR and Ryan is very welcoming and non of the people there has ever spoken to me rudely. I have made them the spot for any car maintenance/repair job. I'd say they are well beyond good professionals with very well and clear communication. Extreme peace of mind.

The service was excellent, price was about average cost of the services + labour. It was fast. Only down side is the area has heavy traffic and limited parking. 9/10 will be coming here again

Very pleasant, friendly experience and customer service is admirable. Drove from Connecticut to visit family in Queens Village. Needed my brakes done day after Xmas and they were the ones that were open. Will bring back my company car for all future inspections/repairs.

THIS PLACE IS BY FAR ONE OF THE MOST IMPRESSIVE PLACES I HAVE BEEN TO. NOT ONLY ARE THEY VERY HELPFUL AND KNOW WHAT THERE DOING. ESPECIALLY WHEN IT COMES TO PRICING. THEY ARE VERY CONSIDERATE OF THERE CUSTOMERS AND DONT LOOK AT THERE CUSTOMERS AS DOLLAR SIGNS. I WENT TO TWO OTHER PLACES FOR PRICING AND THEY SAW A WAY TO RIP ME OFF FOR BEING A WOMEN. FIRST PLACE TOLD ME $1000.00 THE SECOND PLACE TOLD ME $700.00 AND I CAME HERE AND THEY TOLD ME $300.00. THIRD PLACE WAS A CHARM AND ALL THE GUYS ARE SUPER NICEEEEEEE. WILL BE SEEING THEM AGAIN VERY SOON.
