Jiffy Lube

Over two hours waiting for an inspection and three people that came after me left before me. Normally this location is friendly and quick, “first come first served”. I understand it’s the end of the month but when clients are told an hour wait but then there’s *zero* urgency to get anyone out, over two hours later it made me think about going elsewhere for services in the future.

I have been a customer of Jiffy Lube for over 20 years! I purchased a brand new vehicle with 0 miles. I only visit this location for oil changes. My check engine light came on because they failed to put antifreeze in my car but all of paperwork states "yes" they checked it! When I called and spoke to Manager Chris, he didn't care nor did he offer to remedy the situation. He could of at least told me to bring my vehicle to add fluid but NO. He was rude on the phone and said, "Well, Thanks for letting me know. " This egregious error could have had a great impact on my vehicle as well as financially. They are supposed to notify customers what is needed even if there is a fee!

CHECK YOUR CAR BEFORE YOU LEAVE THIS LOCATION! I will add that I spoke to the Owner, who was very understanding, empathetic, and he helped remedy the situation. I'm reluctant to return to this location but I will think about it since speaking to the Owner!

Had my wife's car NYS inspection performed on 11/29. Seemed efficient. Done in about 15 to 20 minutes from arrival. Paid, left and No One reviewed that it Failed due to P/S sway bar broken! Would Highly recommend AGAINST having any other work done there

They worked quickly and efficiently on a very busy Saturday morning. I was the fifth customer in for the day and out in under an hour for an oil change and tire rotation.

Great service. Was literally there for 15 mins for my inspection. Can’t ask for more than that. Thanks guys!

Fast service they explain the additional services needed. They keep the records of when last serviced so I can keep my car in good shape! Plus a car wash & inspection. They don’t pressure u into work not needed or if I cannot afford it. Thank you Thank you

Experience on the whole was slightly satisfactory and I usually never give reviews, however it appears that my washer fluid was not topped off. While this is minor and insignificant in the grand scheme of life, it’s just one of those little perks to have done while shelling out close to $90 bucks for an oil change. Oversight perhaps, but disappointing. It’s cheaper to go fill it myself than rather drive back to the East Greenbush location.

Absolutely terrible, the worst experience possible. Waited there for almost three hours just to try and get an oil change and inspection done. They scammed me for $100 for a “brake fluid flush” and then said I needed new brakes to pass inspection. I brought the car to AAA car care and the professionals there told me Jiffy Lube was lying to me and my brakes are fine. Stay far away from this Jiffy Lube! I will never return in the future and will tell everyone I know to stay away from them.

They told me my oil was still very clean and to wait another 2 or 3000 miles. Had tires rotated but unable recalibrate my tire pressure gauge system in my Lexus RX350.
That certainly was disappointing.

I was not happy with experience this time. They spilled oil all over engine and didn't clean up. Keeps dripping oil where ever I park. Had to cleanup the valve cover area. Checked filter and oil plug and everything was tight. Also wad there for 1 hour. Employees were out arguing with each other in bays. Didn't appreciate it because there were using bad language and I had my son with me. Will probably not go back.

So, before I left on a short road trip, I thought I'd get an oil change and inspection since they were both due. I failed inspection due to a bubble in my front passenger tire.

According to tire guy, I was one pothole away from a blow out. I have never had a tire blow out in my life. As a rule, I try to avoid blow outs. They're not good.

Once again, God saved my life through the use of a message from a Jiffy Lube mechanic. God bless you, Jiffy Lube.

Wait time was longer than usual, but not bad considering there were only two people working.

Staff professional and very helpful. I will be back. You should pay them more if they work the holiday.

Chris was a great guy and helped me out when i didnt want to go back to my other jiffy location, i will come here and try them out instead of not doing business with any jiffy lube.

Great friendly staff, However they did not do all the things they marked as done, a big one is I need new brakes they said theyju checked and are fine. Not true didn't check tire pressure or any of the little things they marked as checked and ok

I have gone to the Rensselaer/East Greenbush Jiffy Lube for years, but I think it is time to go somewhere else. I had to complain to the manager today after I saw the technician drive my car far too fast into the bay. And apparently there is no interior vacuuming or filling of tires anymore? Definitely not enough service for the price.

Thus is very bad store they even give me air filter and take full amount money I don't recommend go there I never go this store in my life

They first failed my 2018 toyota tundra for E- Brake and told me I had 30 days to come back with it fixed, so I paid the 22$ and went out to my truck and E-Brake worked fine so I went and got someone and he said put e-brake on and give it 1.5 rpm and of course it didn't move truck started moving at around almost 3 thousand rpms. So he said ok it's good and told me to pull it over in line I was 4 vehicles deep on getting my sticker ugh another hour but got it done.

Came in for a inspection and was done by Christopher and was done in and out in 20 minutes.
