Jiffy Lube

Took 1 hour and 40 minutes to get a recheck of the e-brake to pass inspection, a 5 minute at most service. Very, very slow service with a lot of people in the waiting room. No system to move cars through quickly and efficiently. Every employee moved slower than a sloth, often standing around chatting with each other, oblivious to the backup of cars waiting. Nothing like the old Hoffman's Jiffy lube. They need to figure out how to prioritize and streamline the service bays and get their employees to at least appear to be working. A very negative experience and I won't be going back.

The garage technicians were very informative and honest. The prices were reasonable. There was an unusually long line on a Saturday after, for customers getting their vehicle serviced.

It was very busy. 4 hours. The man called out the make and model twice he said but i did not hear him. Nor did the receptionist.
But the car was inspected and we will continue to use the company as they do good work. Sunday seems to be a very busy day for them. Thank you have a great day.
