Jae's approach and methods are incredible. Every session is tailored not only to my individual body, but to my current emotional and mental state. It really is a whole human therapy.
Jae helps me center, ground myself, experience the now. I leave every session relaxed, comfortable in this skin, aware of the boundaries of this body, more in tune and in sinc with the world.
Underneath all that professionalism, attentiveness, judgementless treatment for all human bodies, is a dang good massage. In fact, Jae gives, hands down, the best massages I've ever had. She uses the strength of her whole body in addition to the focus and intelligence of her mind. She works with the connective tissues as much as the muscle and there are instant benefits to massage that includes stretching.

The massage was amazing and Jae made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Will definitely be back!
