I was a client and using jeanna and it was time for my routine botox. I couldn’t get the website to make an appt. So I reached out. She said she was fully booked and couldn’t tell me when she would have been available. This was a lie she blocked me from making an appt. I had a little issue last time and she seems to think I wanted more of it for free. Well she fixed it but now that it was time to come back for a routine visit i am unable to make an appt. Instead of speaking to me, she just blocked me. I had a friend try as well as my daughter in law and they both were able to make an appt a couple days later. She lied to me and was extremely unprofessional when I spoke with her. Do yourself a favor if you need a touch up she might block you too.

Jeanna is super friendly, very thorough, takes her time with you and answers any questions you might have. Her prices are also very reasonable and she has a really cute studio! Definitely recommend

I have been going to jeanna for my Botox for quite some time now and I can honestly say she is professional, knowledgeable but most importantly caring and listens to what you are trying to achieve and what concerns you may have! Her bubbly personality makes you feel so welcomed and the spa is in a perfect location with cute little shops and places to eat all around!

I wanted to soften my laugh lines so she suggested i fill the checks instead of the lines itself. Which did absolutely nothing for my face. She overfilled my cheeks making me totally lopsided even after swelling went down. And she refused to dissolve the entire filler knowing how unhappy i was with it (even knowing my wedding was in a few months) Stay away from this injector. I wish i had. Now i have to wait till it disolves on its own. I had to go to a more reputable injector and spend more money to do the job that she failed to do the first time. She shouldn't be taking money from anyone with how little experience she has. It shows in her work. I should have known by her instagram content only being silly videos of herself. I met Jeanna last night for the first time after I heard on one of her stories I had won a Botox session! She was super hands on texting and following up with me so I could come into her office. The office was super easy to find and her office is so pretty and lighting is really well! She did her consultation with me and made me feel as if I have known her for years. She explained everything I was consenting to and looked at my pictures so she could see exactly what I wanted. Made me feel very comfortable especially with everything currently going on with COVID. Jeanna answered every single one of my questions regarding other problem areas I have. I never felt rushed and she is truly a really good person. What an amazing first experience with Botox!

I was super hesitant/nervous as i am doing anything to face that cant exactly be undone!
This was my first time with botox and Jeanna was amazing.

She fully explained what she would be doing and what would be best suited for me.

With no numbing, there was very minimal pain, I would say a 2 out of 10, literally just a quick pinch and that was all. (I don't recommend that for most people as i have had cortisone injections in my face numerous times) Within 24 hours i could already see a difference!

Aside from her skills with a needle, Jeanna has a great personality and made me feel very comfortable and at ease with the whole process.

I will absolutely have more treatments with Jeanna in the future and recommend her to anyone looking to get fillers or botox. You wont be disappointed!
