Fun shopping at JCPENNEY! Sure I'll be back. They had more associates on the floor, more cashier's opened. Liked it more!

There is a reason "traditional" retail is dead. This photo department is no exception. Outsourced services to such an extent, nobody can give an update or relevant information on any part of your order when something gets messed up.
Missing an order? JCPenney will blame LifeTouch, LifeTouch will tell you to call Shutterfly, and round and round you go. Every rep will tell a new lie to get you off the phone, and in the end, sorry! All aspects are non-refundable.

Take a look at JCPenney's financials, and you'll see the reputation they've EARNED.

Nasiri was an amazing individual he had customer service skills that I haven't seen in 30 years got my son set up with a suit and all the accoutrements

Their Big and Tall section is great. Especially when the seasons change and their sale/ clearance racks are out. Great deals and walk out Happy!

The store is nice enough, but we went for professional photos with our kids and the guy literally just pointed and clicked. Zero attempts to make our little one smile, didn't make even the teeniest, tiniest effort to get her attention so she'd look at the camera. Just absolutely no effort at all. It was a waste of money. I saw and heard an adjacent photographer being silly, awesome, and engaging with the kids she was working with - bet they got some great shots. Wish we could have a reshoot with her instead.

Good quality, fair prices, good variety.
I personally like the liz Claiborne and Worthington collections

I've been shopping here for over a Decade. I really don't like to be harassed by associates for simply looking at clothes even after expressing that I didn't need help.

It is OK. I am less and less impressed with JCPenney. They used to be great. I don't come in often. People are always friendly though.

It was girls day! My daughter and I went to lunch and did some shopping.
My daughter found a pair of super cute Rebocks at a reasonable price.
I was very pleased to find a bag of Jellybellies.

JCPenny is my go to shopping place for clothes. I'm glad to see JCPenny is fighting the Town of Amherst's attempt at take over via eminent domain. Big government is overstepping it’s bounds.

Couldn't find any associate to assist. Finally found what we were looking for, only to be disappointed that very few sizes were out.

I was able to get what I needed. It might be because I am early for school clothes. I usually can't find anything because the racks are empty. But I am happy this visit.

My favorite Penney. Not sure if I like the new direction but it is understandable. Shopping here for over 30 years.

Staff was very good how about everything including price checking. Unfortunately, the store doesn't have the same reputation it used to. The whole Corporation needs a makeover big time while still maintaining a classic appearance. That would be a great way to come back.

Some of the best values I have ever found on classic dress clothes always new stock and styles.
