JCPenney is one of my go-to stores for a new outfit for date night, an interview, a day in the office or just to look good! They're well-kept and organized with very nice clothing selections and clean, bright fitting rooms well-equipped with hooks, mirrors and seats. The service was friendly even near the end of the day and the store wasn't crowded so it was a nice, quiet shopping experience with quick checkout.

Penny's can be a store with some bargains. However, one is required to listen to their piped in music. Although not as obnoxious as it has been in the past, most of it tends to drive me back out the door. Based upon the age of the shoppers I see in Penny's, I doubt it's them requesting this mind torture. To their credit, the restrooms are clean.
