Only one register is open in the entire store. Staff were not friendly and security was worse.

Shopping at JCPenny was delightful is good to be able to actually get out and physically shop and see a nicely lit well organized store with lots of items for all ages. Housewares as well. The could benefit from opening more registers that was the downside. Long lines make you want to just put the clothes down and walk out. Plus they had no bags. So JCPenny you lost favor for that. Otherwise good money.

Store is nice and clean until you get to the sales rack, even when you don't touch the clothes they keep falling. One of my pet peeves so I leave empty handed. Today I got some nice capris, would've gotten more but it was so hot I felt like I was going to faint, so we had to leave. I guess I'll go back in the winter.

The store had a decent sale on clothes and plenty of products available. Multiple fitting rooms were closed, as well as cashier locations. I noticed less staff than in past years.

Unfortunately, the overall experience with the outcome of the pictures was not that great. I was disappointed as I have twins so while I understand that its a challenge the photographer made zero effort in posing or ensuring they looked ok prior to taking the pictures. He just gave instructions to two six year olds and clicked away. For instance sit and cross your legs. While they know how to sit, sitting with dresses is not easy so I had to keep running back and forth to fix them. Then seeming it was graduation pictures I brought balloons. Major mistake! He just put them there on each side and both had different height so looked off. To make it worse on every picture the balloons are sideways and look terrible on the picture. I could have done better at home honestly instead wasted money to be unhappy with the outcome. Then he made zero effort to have them smile nicely. SERIOUSLY, Teeth sticking out, hands all over the place and while it may Sound trivial the balloons are an eye sore. Had the photographer cared about what he was doing would have shown in the quality of what he took. In the past I did pictures with Jordana and she was extraordinary and the pictures looked amazing however she is no longer at jcpenny at coop city and what a loss for them. Will look for a new place tired of the terrible pictures the staff there take and don't care. To keep clicking while I am in the way fixing then and then tlell me don't worry but yes you need to worry about every click because they count the amount of pictures and after 28 pictures they will not take anymore. AWFUL. Please try elsewhere if you have young children.

The store is very messy and unorganized. The girls working look overwhelmed not the best attitude while servicing the customers. Not enough cash registers open.

Store closes doors at 6: 50 despite closing at 7. I asked an employee if I can pay my jcpenny card in which she gave me attitude and was unable to due to the store being closed earlier then broadcasted.

There was a girl with a red wig in the home/luggage section who was extremely impatient and rude for absolutely no reason. Negative energy. It’s one thing if the store is closed and you want to rush someone out but there are ways to politely do so.

Thank you to the other woman and Divine for trying to assist. The other girl should take notes.

I love J. C Penny's I can shop for household items as well as clothing and footwear. The only down fall is that the check out lines are long.

I love JCPenney they always got nice sales and I always like looking around the store I really enjoyed myself and the employers they're very nice and polite

JCPenny always my favorite store for shopping for so many years. Atmosphere always pleasant. Staff very polite and friendly

This is nice store. Very organized and stocked with associates on the floor, ready to help. The sales are clearly marked and the seasonal items are clear to identify. They are following the social distancing with floor markers, security asking about masks and having them available. Hand sanitizer is around the store in sensible locations. In spite of what is going on, it was a pleasant experience to be there.

Horrible, they would not return a skirt I had with tickets because I did not have a receipt. I showed them the same skirt on the rack and they still would not even exchange for bigger size, although it had old store tag.

I had something to exchange and this really kind lady at the jcp exchange/return was extremely helpful! Her name was Atira or Atera (sorry if I misspelled) but she needs a promotion.

Sometimes successful, Sometimes not.my mom couldn't find a winter coat; she was also unsuccessful in getting place mats- unless they don't come in plastic anymore.
