Dr. Romanelli changed my life. This review is long overdue. My surgery was in May. From the moment I woke up I knew my life had changed. I could not recommend his office enough. The staff from my consultation all the way through to my final post op appointment were constant professionals with a caring, personal touch. If you ever considered a breast reduction look no further this is the PLACE, run don’t walk. You will NOT be disappointed!

My coworker just got a procedure there and spoke so highly of the doctor. I made an appointment excited to get a complimentary free consult. Both the office and I having limited availability I scheduled on a day where I specifically stated there was a chance I would have to change my appointment. Gleefully the coordinator noted all my concerns and made me feel that as long as I called it would all be okay. I accepted the NO SHOW rules of being charged and gave my cc info. On the day of my appointment (Monday) I had to cancel due to my work schedule. I called as soon as the office opened and informed them, I was told by a secretary that it was okay and that they would note my account. The next day I get charged a NO SHOW fee of $250. How? They state they charge a fee when you don’t cancel 48 hours in advance, again only stated to me after I was charged. Even though I was led to believe you get charged for a NO SHOW. Let’s be honest I know I’m booking a procedure that’s going to cost money but this was absolute absurd and deceitful. I will not reschedule to get my money towards a procedure. If I can’t trust your word making an appointment why would I trust to get a procedure that also involves money. Thanks but NO THANKS

I recently had a consultation with Dr. James Romanelli and was very happy with my experience. I was in contact with Jessica, his patient care coordinator, prior to the appointment and she was very informative and professional. Dr. Romanelli made me feel comfortable and very clearly communicated the procedure details and recovery process. After seeing other doctors, I have selected him to perform my procedure.

I had a breast augmentation done by Dr. James Romanelli and I have nothing but great things to say! He is so sweet and makes you feel really comfortable. From my consultation to the surgery everything went amazingly. I showed him pictures of something I wanted done and he delivered. Its only been 2 weeks and I feel great! I had a breast reduction in May 2022 with Dr. Romanelli and it was the perfect experience. I really feel like him and his staff really cared and took the time to walk me through the whole process and the whole surgery went smoothly from pre-op to post-op.

The office is probably the nicest office I’ve ever seen, it’s extremely clean and new. His bedside manner is perfect and he’s really calm; every nurse I interacted with was amazing and so sweet. If I asked for anything or voiced any concerns, they knew exactly what to say and do.

I’m very type A, so at the consult I came in with a list of a thousand questions ready to vet every surgeon, looking for the perfect one, and he happily answered all of my questions and was very patient with me. I wouldn’t change a thing. My reduction I wanted was pretty drastic. I went from a K cup to a DD (which looks great on my frame), and it’s better than what I imagined. My recovery was extremely easy and smooth. I felt better after just a week, which I wasn’t expecting at all.

I remember reading a million reviews before choosing my surgeon and doing my due diligence, because I know it’s a big surgery and I am so happy I went to Dr. Romanelli. If you’re unsure at all, let this be a sign to do this for yourself.

I chose Dr. Romanelli for my breast augmentation, obviously. Not only is his work is undoubtedly amazing and beautiful, but it truly is walking advertisement. Though I was a little nervous for this surgery, Dr. Romanelli and his team made me feel comfortable and secure. I am only 1 month post op and I'm completely obsessed. I feel feminine, more confident, and also pretty comfortable (movement wise) for only being one month out.

Had surgery done by Dr Romanelli on December 14,2021, which was by far the best decision I have ever made in my life. Originally a 40H, turned into a 38 double D in a matter of hours and nothing but an uncomfortable but painless two week postop period. If you’re searching the web for an experienced professional with great bedside manner and a knowledgeable in practice/ reception then this is your calling. I will forever be grateful for this life altering decision as well as pure luck to be in the hands of such an amazing surgeon.

I went for a consultation with Dr Romanelli who was the nicest man ever. He explained everything and was amazing up until it was time to deal with the coordinator Jessica. She informed me that there was no consultation fee but I was required to leave an $800 deposit and just pick a random day for surgery. I explained to her after finding out I needed 2 weeks of downtime that I had children at home and needed to check my calendar in order to be able to proceed. I told her I needed to figure out accordingly how to take my downtime. She then proceeded to tell me that if I did not leave the $800 deposit and decided to call back for a later date I could be charged $10,000 on top of what I was already quoted. I told her that I was feeling very pressured and did not like how she was making me feel. She then told me that this office was not the place for me. She had no empathy or understanding of my situation with children at home. If she would have just taken the time to be helpful rather than just charge me $800 she would have known that I was going to pay in cash for the whole procedure. Unfortunately the doctor seemed amazing but I will not be doing business there because of her. I would give this place 0 stars because of her but in reality the doctor was amazing when I met with him.

I recently had a breast lift and augmentation, also a hip dip fat transfer with Dr. Romanelli. It was the absolute easiest process from the very start. All the staff, nurses and front desk are the sweetest and extremely comforting. Everyone knows me by first name. My results are amazing. Everything looks so natural and like I always looked this way.

It’s been over a year so it’s about time I wrote my review.
I went to Romanelli at a really hard time in my life, wanting a reduction. He was so kind, calm and collected throughout the entire process, it made me feel so comfortable knowing that this wasn’t going to be a stressful or scary undertaking for him, he knew what he was doing and has a lot of understanding as to what his patients want even when they can’t put it into words sometimes. His coworkers were also very kind, the receptionists as well, everyone seemed to be well organized with a good memory. Everyone was very communicative with me, addressed any concerns I had along the way too. Surgery went well, he was very cool and collected, eased my stress. And everything came out looking amazing at the end of it all. The process of healing was a lot more intense than I thought it would be, I was not prepared for that, and I would’ve went smaller, but that’s no ones fault. I’m just so grateful I was able to go to him, wouldn’t have went to anyone else for something of this magnitude. I highly suggest contacting him if you’re considering getting any work or a reduction done. I’m forever grateful and blessed to have my new breasts, my mental health and self image has been changed forever.thank you Romanelli.

I’ve struggled with social anxiety and weight depression almost my entire life. I can officially say at 39, it’s a thing of the past. Dr. Romanelli renewed my life.
It all started approximately two years ago with breast reduction surgery. I was experiencing a lot of neck and back pain along with body depression. I heard a commercial for Dr. Romanelli and thought a consultation couldn’t hurt. His office is located approximately 45 minutes away but I instantly felt like he was such a genuine doctor via his commercial. Do you know how you get a feeling on something, I am so extremely happy I went with my gut on this.

The doctors, the nursing staff, the reception staff and the staff at Huntington Hospital where I had my procedure (s) done we’re all truly amazing. They walk you through the process and that process literally comes to life. My wife and went to Dr Romanelli last year for a consultation. We opted for multiple procedures for her and set a date for surgery. My wife is/was absolutely stunning, but after giving me two beautiful children, she wanted some firming up. She opted for a tummy tuck, lipo, and a breast augmentation.
