F-Pace is a nice 4 cyl.with a good giddy up with the tubo. It is not as soft a ride and you feel a lot of the road, but the sleek design and great gas mileage (24 HMPG) is amazing.

Went to auto nation dealer to sell a truck they quoted $ 50,500 on there website When I got to dealer to sell the truck to them the changed the dollar amount to $47,500 I told them I would have to think about it they told me you have 7days I was in contact with them for 1 week about proof of ownership the deal expired then I received a email the day after that said if I could do the deal today the would honor it the the deal for $47,500 I went to the dealer and then they told me the deal expired yesterday and would now offer $44,000 typical car dealer always trying to screw the customer

Fraud & Deceit characterize my experience. I have been repeatedly lied to about the purchase and delivery of my car. I was told if I didn't do a trade in and paid in full I could get the car from the show room delivered out of state. So I paid in full and now almost three weeks later I still do not have car. I am getting more excuses and delays and don't know if they will ever deliver. They promise and promise it will be delivered and still NO CAR! The dealership will no longer return my correspondence. Do NOT work with the White Plains, NY dealership under any circumstance as they are fraudulent.
What a fabulous experience I had buying a 2014 C7 corvette. My sales associate Raul was the best and helped me with every step of the purchase. Greetings. I have nothing but praise for the way I was treated by the staff at Jaguar Land Rover White Plains whilst purchasing my 2003 Mach 1. I drove from Staten Island, NY to Jaguar White Plains dealership to first see the car and take it for a test drive. The salesman, Raul Muela Moscoso and the Manager, Simon Parnis were more than accommodating as the granted all my requests to inspect the car by taking it for numerous test drives as well as a close inspection of the vehicle on the lift. They went above and beyond with taking care of me. On the day I picked up the vehicle, I called them to let them know I was going to be late due to traffic and they informed me that the car would be ready when I arrived. The purchasing process went as smooth as silk and they answered all my questions pertaining to the sale of the car. I could not be happier with the service I received and the trip from Staten Island was well worth it. We shopped around for a specific make and model for weeks. We went to numerous dealerships in the tri-state area and none touches the honesty and ease we had working with Jaguar White Plains. It was clear from the beginning that they were upfront and the people we would want to work with. There was no hassling, no funny business, just good, kind people who wanted to make our first car purchase easy and simple. There are no hidden fees or strange charges. Johnnie was so quick to answer any questions often responding late at night. We had a (false) pre-agreed upon price negotiated over the phone and internet, "just come in tomorrow to finalize everything". Upon arrival, price "adjusted" by $12.5K. Because these guys believe bait and switch still needs to be given a chance.
Went to the dealer to look at a used Volvo, I didn't end up buying the car though wanted to write a review to thank and praise Wilmer. He made the trip a nice experience and it was a pleasure talking with him. I wish all car salesman were like him.
I was really skeptical about buying my car from a dealership. I normally buy online and have the vehicles shipped to avoid the frustration and time at dealerships. From now on, I will only do business with Jaguar in White Plains. Specifically, I will only deal with Harold. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He communicated and kept me in the loop about what was going on with my car all along the way. He wasn't pushy at all and looked out for my best interest. Definitely a returning customer.
I bought a car at the beginning of December, and a month and a half later I am still waiting for my registration and plated. I was told when I purchased the car that I would definitely have my plate before the temp plate expired. My temp plate has since expired. I have been asking for a copy of paperwork for over a month, and keep receiving excuses that people are out of the office. There should be no reason that an alternate is not able to pull the requested paperwork. Overall extremely fed up with the whole situation.
Update: I have tried calling the manager after his reply on my review, with no return phone call from him. Can’t say I’m surprised, WORST DEALERSHIP EVER The salesman Harold Motah has done nothing to help, besides provide excuse after excuse.

I had originally admired this dealership and thought that when it was time to get a new car I would purchase it here. However, as a black person I should be as valuable as my white counterpart on the lot/property as I “would” be if I were sitting in the finance office buying the most expensive car. I do believe that a rotten apple can spoil the bunch and the customer service here is subpar.
I’m sure if he felt that my presence would have influenced/affected his pockets, the first impression he would have had an alternative storyline.
Love my new used car. They only sell quality vehicles on their lot. Couldn’t be happier. Akil was great to work with. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and responsive. Their finance department also got me a great rate. It’s nice that they took my word that I wanted The car with no deposit, despite the high interest in it. Also, they were ready for delivery in less than half a day, and built the pickup time around my schedule.
I had my 2017 F-Type's last factory service performed here. I was treated with cordial professionalism. My car was completed in less time than projected. The service-garage area is immaculate.

My sales guy Raul was great. However, I have several small issues with the car that I just cant seem to get them to take care of. Trying to get a service appointment for over a month.
It’s all about the staff. Heather Caligone has been terrific. Take care of your car as if it was her own. Plus, with many years of experience, she really knows all about my Jaguar XK. She was my person at the dealer I bought the car at (a different dealer) and I followed her to this dealer.
White Plains Jaguar is the best Jaguar franchise in the area. I always get treated well when I go there. Jeff (who is a new service manager) worked hard to get my XK8 running well again. My Jaguar XK8 was built in February of 2000 so it is soon to become a Classic. It is not an easy task to keep a twenty year old car on the road and running like new.
All vehicles shown had issues; dents, greasy, scratches, check engine lights. They offer no explanations or discount for these issues. Trade in was given amount less than three other competitors. Had to pass after they did not have most of the titles for the vehicles they recommended.

The staff and service at Jaguar White Plains is excellent. Always a pleasure talking with Heather, she is knowledgeable, attentive, efficient, and takes time to explain the work being done, and keeps me informed as to progress of service. She keeps good records of all previous service, providing continuity, which is a plus for me. Continuity of care so important today. The Jaguar service is exceptional. The building is beautifully appointed with clean and comfortable space if you need to wait while vehicle is serviced, with an excellent viewing area to the service garage. Really love the courtesy car wash. Luxury service for luxury vehicles. I highly recommend.
1) I made an appointment and had to wait 5 weeks out because that was there first availability for a loaner car.
2) I waited the five weeks and went to my appointment as scheduled. When I arrived I checked in and when I asked for my loaner car I was told that they had me scheduled as a “drop off” and no loaners were available.
3) I asked to speak to a manager and was told that no managers were available but if I wanted to wait another 30 minutes one would then be available.
4) obviously my time means nothing to this company and my complaint and frustration was met with an indifferent “sorry, it happens” type of attitude. I was offered a ride but when I explained that I needed a car for the day all they could do was shrug their shoulders.
5) I wrote an email to Aimee Novak, the company’s “Customer Care Representative “ requesting to speak to her. No surprise, I received no response.
6) I called Robert Teunisen the “service director”. No one answered and I left a detailed message. No surprise, I received no response.
I called both Fairfield and Darian Jaguar. But had loaner cars available within 10 days of making the appointment. I will be taking my business to one of these dealerships in the future. I suggest all who read this do the same
Excellent service! From the instant you drive into the parking lot. I was greeted at the front desk, and immediately helped by Raul. He was knowledgeable, prompt and fully focused on my needs. The purchase was direct with no hidden fees and no pressure to purchase. Shaun? At finance was also top notch. Highly experienced, professional, attentive and prompt. After the initial vehicle we inquired about wasn’t available, we were sent a list of great pre-owned options to check out. Raul and the staff were wonderful and helped us to purchase the car of our dreams. It was a complete surprise to us a Jaguar E-Pace could work with our budget. The whole process from start to finish was hand down five star service. The DMV feature in house was a huge plus as well and made the whole purchasing process seamless and easy. We will be return customers without a doubt. We couldn’t be happier with our car or experience.

The car did not come with equipment that I was told it would. Also the truck has scratch’s on it that was not fixed, they didn’t register my vehicle for 6 weeks. I could never get a manager to return my call until I filed a complaint with the corporate office. They did absolutely nothing to help. I would not buy a car here! BEWARE

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with this service center. On Saturday, April 10,2021, I brought my car in for an oil change and brake pads replacement. I was told that I must have my rotors replaced because "they say the rotors are too thin" to resurface. After sharing with the service advisor that I did a little research before I came and know that Jaguar rotors can be resurfaced, I was told they didn't have the machine to resurface the rotors at this location. I was told my bill would be a little over $1,200 before tax and I would receive a 10% discount. After waiting for over 3 hours to have my car serviced, I was too glad to pay the bill and go home. To my surprise, the bill I received was over $1300 after an alleged 15% discount. I feel like the cost for the labor and parts were increased to make it appear as if I received a discount. Did I say I'm extremely disappointed? Jaguar of White Plains, you must do better!
They cared, every step of the way they cared. We worked with Raul, he was absolutely wonderful. It's a gorgeous dealership, that was more than a bit intimating to this girl buying a used car. They treated my mother and I like the most important of customers. We bought a 2017 Honda Pilot Touring, and the former owner just happens to work there. He was absolutely wonderful, and very happy to tell us all about our new vehicle. I cant recommend them enough. I do wish to apologize that it's taken me a few months to write this review. This is a great dealership with excellent and professional employees from the lovely lady at the front desk all the way to the finance team. Noel is the nicest salesman ever. You could feel the comradery amongst their whole team as well. My only beef was the surprise $500 fee for out of state DMV service. I would have rather dealt with paying the taxes and getting my registration and tags in person. There was no mention of this huge fee.
