Wonderful experience getting a State Inspection, which took less time than expected. Comfortable waiting area. Friendly staff, Benjamin, who got me a clean cup for the water machine. I will return for our other car's inspection and for mechanical needs.

John, Jason and staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. They were professional and honest. I would recommend them to anyone with their car needs.

This Review is long over due… I started come here when I was back in 2017 after having nothing but issues at other auto mechanic shops. The owners John and Jason prove time and time again how amazing they are at what they do and that they are truly are looking out for ALL of their customers. Most recently got an inspection from them on a busy Saturday morning and I was in and out within 45mins which is great for how busy they were. I defiantly wouldn’t hesitate to come back here for future repairs.

Fast. Trustworthy. Won't do more than needs to be done to get you back on the road. This is where you want to go.

I had some work done on my car today. I didn't have to wait long to get an "appointment. " Bring it in tomorrow when we open at 8 am. The people were friendly, honest and did a FANTASTIC JOB on my car. I would recommend them to anyone.

Called in for a last minute inspection when another mechanic fell through. The staff at J&J were more than accommodating to my 3 year old and me! Service was quick and courteous. They even have a cool space for you to wait upstairs and that is a godsend if you have small kids! Another great experience at J & J! The team was super friendly, very accommodating with my schedule, and had great communication throughout. Very thankful to have someone I can trust with my vehicles so close.

I left to run some errands yesterday when I noticed my car's thermostat was reading that the engine was going to overheat. After calling around find out what it would cost to diagnose (Arlington Auto charges $130.00 just to diagnose the problem!), I called J&J and was told it costs nothing to get that done. I dropped the car off around 12: 30-1: 00 PM with the anticipation of it not getting worked on until a day or so later per the gentleman that answered my call, but around 4 PM the same day I got a call that the car was all set! It was a $109 repair and now my car is running fine again! Thank you J&J Auto for your fast service, reasonable rates, and how accommodating you are! I'll certainly be bringing my vehicle here again.
