Ivy Top Nails

Didn’t use correct sizing for my nails shape was pretty bad I asked her 3 times to correct it the 3rd time she told me to go home my nails are fine I told her no tip then and they charged me 75 dollars for the set that isn’t even close to decent then on top of that she cut me 3 times and then manager asked if I wanted a tip I would have if she wasn’t so rude she wouldn’t even let me see my nails to see if I liked the shape or size

Worst manicure I've ever gotten.this place is so disgusting it should be illegal.looks like a 2 year old did my nails.and i don't know how its possible but their colors are so off don't know what they add to the polish but the color was definitely not what it always looks like.

I called to make an appointment. The lady on the phone said walk in only. So I went inside and she told me to have a seat and wait. There was only one person in front of me. I waited about 45 minutes and at that time there were two other people that walked in after me. After the lady before me went she proceeded to take the people that came in after me. I politely said excuse me I was here first. And it is my turn. She responded that they are better customers of hers and she is going to take them before me. I was in shock! Complete discrimination. This place is highly unprofessional and extremely rude other customers there whitnessed this happening and were in total shock as well. DO NOT use this place

The lady name Judy she did an excellent job for doing my toes and fingers nails she cut them nice and she clean them well I am very happy!

Very unhappy. Paid for dip on my hands and the nail tech was so inexperienced that she did like 10 coats. They cracked. Like a broken mirror as soon as I got home. The gel on my toes dried thick and goopy and bubbly. Number 1 for worst manicure in New York. Top horrible nails should be their name. $95 bucks for a nightmare job. Do not go here. I never write negative reviews but this had to be said!

The staff was rude, the wait was long, the place is very dirty, and i cant get my acrylics off. Ive been sitting here, with my nails in acetone for HOURS. I will not be returning to this establishment and i hope no one else does.

Went to get my nails done with my girls and BOY was i SHOCKED by the state of the PLACE. I mean YIKES. The nails looked okay until i tried REMOVING them. Not to mention my EYEBROWS. They were as skinny as my thighs on last weeks paleo diet! Will NEVER go here again ruined my girls day.

This place it was a horrible experience. Not only is Tina the shops owner verbally aggressive with customers but she also likes to make up prices that differ from what is advertised. I would not recommend anybody go there as it is overpriced and the quality of the service that you get is never on time and you're going to end up wasting money anyway. Tina is rough with your hands and doesn't appreciate the business she has.

Bad experience service socks did waxing they have no clue how to do it left without even doing color for my nails left very upset I will no trecommand this place they over charge me price is 35 they charge me 45. I will never go back again.

Most of the workers in this salon are rude and not to mention rough with hands. My fingers were literally bleeding when my nails were done. They also used mma on my acrylic nails which is an illegal nail substance and made my nails a complete pain to get off. Overpriced. Do not recommend.

I've been going here for years and followed them when they moved. They keep everything clean, they are friendly and helpful. I've never had a bad experience.

I'm giving 1 star bc everytime my mom went to get a fill they charged her different prices but she didnt get anything different. It wasn't gel nail polish or anything. Besides that they do nice nails but you have to watch they make up prices.

I came here multiple times. My friends kid got yelled at very rudely. They made my nails thick and they cut me on my feet and hands. DO NOT GO FOR EYEBROWS. They made one higher than the other, I look like a clown. They are extremely thin and i hate it.this is not fair. There was hair in my nails under the nails and with the polish. Extremely unprofessional.

First of all this was done on a Sunday after 5pm. I needed to add this because most businesses don't stay open past 5pm. I called, spoke to Tina and was asked to come in. When I arrived, amazing is what's I need to say. The place is anti-COVID 19, you can most definitely tell the owner follows D. O. H.guidelines. I like them. They get busy on weekends so always best to call first. Even pre-covid they were very clean compared to many salons I've been to. Have only had positive feelings for all my nail appts there.

My pedicure looks like a 5 year old did it. If I could give zero stars I would. The owner is completely unprofessional and extremely rude. Please save your money and go anywhere but here. The owner said she would have my nails redone and once I come back she calls the cops. The sheriff comes and says that is like his 3rd time coming there because she calls police for the dumbest things when she could of just fixed my nails or simply gave me my money back

The customer service was ok. My manicure & pedicure looked like they were done in the dark. Waste of time and money. Horrible work, NOT pleased at all! My nails are the white polished ones posted in the photos. Terrible & messy!

I went to this nail salon to get Christmas nails done and they did an amazing job. Me and my mom got matching nails but different colors. I could tell the woman that was doing my nails had never done stripes before but honestly they came out Perfect. I’m very very happy with them. Thank you for these nails

I have been going here for several months and have been consistently happy. Mimi is great with acrylics and eyebrows and I love having someone local!

Tina is the best! I have a horrible OCD habit of picking my finger cuticles. A few of my fingers were bleeding when I sat down with Tina and she was super patient and actually helped stop the bleeding. I cannot thank her enough for her kindness and conversations! She's my go to girl now.
