iPark - Hudson Yards Parking

HORRIBLE. There is a sign of $21 an hr. Outside the garage. Got back 5 min before the hour & we were charged $40. Because “Our vehicle was oversized” we were never told there was going to be an additional charge. Just park on the sidewalk, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

$55 for an hour when outside it says $21
There was an “over sized vehicle extra charge of $15” DO NOT RECOMMEND

Reserve my car parking to midnight, they didn't mention no one there after midnight. They had my house keys. Had to wander until they open in the morning.

Nice place to park, and people are very polite and professional.
Make sure you don't lose your ticket and keep track of the hours you use the parking.

I definitely wouldn’t recommend this garage.

You can’t go by the price on the signs, it appears that they randomly charge whatever price they want at that time. The signs say don’t accept bills above $20, but then they tell you that they don’t accept cash at all.

I’d rather pay a uber/lift to drop me off locally next time than park here.

If you care about your car, just don't park it there, they lost my keys and scratch it twice in the 3 weeks.

I will never park here again. I was there tonight from 2: 30-5: 00. The man working there tonight was the most miserable and unhelpful person I have met. He was barking at me to pull my car closer to the wall as I pulled in. My rear view mirror was about 2 inches from the wall. The girl working with him was equally as miserable. When I got out of my car they both gave me nothing but attitude. When I came back to get my car actually said thank you and he looked down at the ground and didn’t even acknowledge me.

I parked my SUV their and when I went to pick it up, the attendent went to get my vehicle. We all turned around when we heard a bang and witnessed my truck backed up into another vehicle causing damage to my rear bumper. I told the attendent he should be more careful because he hit my car and told me he didn't because my sensor warned him. I told him that was a lie it's a brand new vehicle and the noise it made had us all turn around. That guy was rude and kept denying it, would've been nice if he was more compassion to the situation and the price for parking is a lie as well, you pay more than what the sign says.

This place is really bad they drive your car in a horrible way and give you the car on the slope with out even putting the hand brake on. They nearly broke my vehicle gear and the guy is speaking with a bad attitude. This place is not recommended at all and they are one of the expensive places to park at here in the area.

One of the worst places to park at! Expensive and the workers are so rood. There attitude is really bad and they drive the vehicle’s badly. Diffidently not recommended.

These two are the rudest customer service providers I ever seen. Rude as HELL and No service and their anger and tone the way they speak are intolerable.

They treat customers like hell and heard 3-4 more ppl there that these two are that way- always angry and rudest to customer

I have to agree with the other reviewers that the customer service in this location is really bad. This gentleman in particular was aggressive and confrontational as soon as we pulled up into the parking lot. He was arguing / bullying people on the parking line for no apparent reason. I also have to agree with the pricing comment, in that the rate card displayed on the wall and actuals DO NOT match. The management of this location should take note and address issues with their employees asking customers to park down the street. They may be overwhelmed and need assistance during peak hours.

I didn’t have a very good experience on 6/7/21.

I booked a reservation with MPG Parking on 530 West 30th Street, NY, NY 10001 and I believe my credit card was charged $40.

There were 2 garages very close together: MPG and and this iPark garage (Eleventh Avenue Garage Corp, 314 11th Avenue, NY, NY 10001) – License No. 1345891.
Apparently I went into the wrong garage.
I showed the attendant from iPark garage my reservation and he indicated to me, that I was in the correct garage.
I parked my car. (I was with 2 other girl friends)

When we got back (around 8: 30pm), I went to pick up my car and the attendant indicated to me that the number on my pass was not in their system. I knew this was a scam because he should of looked at the address on my pass and indicate to me right away that that pass was not for their garage… but he didn’t.

He was very, very rude and disrespectful.
They (there were 2 attendants working) took no responsibility for indicating to me that I was in the correct garage.
They basically told me, you have to pay $50 or you do not get your car.
We asked to speak to a manager but they refused to get one.
They did nothing about trying to understand or resolve my situation.
They basically started taking the next customer and rudely ignore that we were standing there.
This is not acceptable customer service.
The attendants would not give me their names.

I was forced to give them my credit card and get charged again, in order to get my car out.
At this time my credit card was charged $40 by MPG Parking (which I did not use) and $50 for iPark and I believe I was scammed.

DO NOT PARK IN THIS GARAGE.

I would give them ZERO STARS if I could. They scratched our BMW M3 and didn't say anything. We waited for the garage attendant to return so we can give them our tip AND THEY TOOK THE TIP WITHOUT INFORMING US THAT THEY SCRATCHED OUR CAR. THAT'S HOW UNETHICAL THESE PEOPLE ARE. I hope karma catches up to them. Don't leave your cars here, they don't know how to park the cars in the SMALL SPACE without damaging it.

Ive been parking here with a monthly and they've crashed my car TWICE. The first time my car the back bumper smashed into a column in the wall (which I have pictures of) as they tried to deny any wrong doing and today my wifes car a Mercedes parked hitting our front bumper leaving a dent. Both times insisting they've done nothing wrong even in the face of overwhelming evidence.

Be sure to pay extra. The amount posted on thr sign is not thr amount you pay. I parked my car for little over 1 hour and i have to pay $40 even though price listed 23.32 up to 2 hours
