The last time we lived in the USA in 2017, we're from UK, we leased a car from Ford in our local town and the whole process was unpleasant. At the time I saw adverts for International Autosource but we were too late to benefit from their service. This time we ordered the car before we left the UK and the whole process was professional, and it certainly removed the "stereotypical salesman/ car dealership" element from the activity. We collected the car a few days ago from a VW dealer and the whole transaction took less than 15 minutes at the dealer's desk. Obviously, there can be issues. Our car was late from production, but International Autosource provided a hire car, so no real disruption for us. I think what most impressed me in this process was the service that we got. Thanks to all involved.

Please do not use this company to source your car. Go somewhere else.

I placed my order in November 2023, arrived in the USA in December 4th and still don’t have my vehicle.

Communication is horrific and all their promises are empty. You can’t ever reach them by phone, they take 2 days to respond to your email, they don’t commit to a connection date.

The only thing they’re good at is the sales pitch. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and a complete stress source in my immigration journey.

Do not bother using International autosource, had a terrible experience with them, they did not explain to me that the cars would be built from scratch and only mentioned they would be delivered in 2 weeks. Ended up taking 3 months. They also offered to give me a car rental while I waited for the late delivery and agreed to reimburse me when I returned the rental and received the cars. Upon returning the rental, they notified me they would only reimburse half of what they initially agreed. Save yourself from the trouble and look for cars elsewhere, the worst experience ever.

After Sales service has been horrible experience. The moment you got the contract signed they do not care about you! They do not respond to your emails text and does call you if needed.

I had an amazing experience with IAS. It would have been a difficult journey from my arrival in the US until I got my first car just recently without their assistance. Kudos to Brian and Meghan! Great service! I definitely recommend this company for nurses immigrating and settling down in the US.

Order process at the start was smooth and the car was delayed but I was fine with that - they provided a loan car. I took deliver then the problems began - taxes had not been paid correctly. So here we are 3 months after I took delivery with a car I can’t drive as the plates cannot be ordered. I can’t really you how stressful and unresponsive they have been. I wish I had waited and just got a car when I got here rather than paying lease payments for a car I cannot drive. Reading the reviews I’m not the only one either.

Update: James got in touch with me after this review and after a few weeks it was all sorted. He took ownership of the issue and drove it to conclusion which was great.

Dont be fooled by the good reviews everyone, its not always rainbows and sunshine, you might be one of the unlucky people who gets stuck under them if you do.

I started with them around october 2022, I was supposed to receive my car december.

But suddenly there was a recall on my call MULTIPLE times and they said they could not give me an estimated time of when it will arrive and its feb and still no progress.

Dont be fooled by the free rental car they provide, its only free when you stay with them until the end, It could take how many months and for a car you dont even like, they have limited options and mostly standard options, mostly american brands.

Please save yourself the trouble and look for a car that you actually like, because the process with them has been frustrating and dissapointing. And poor communication, because I was speaking to a sales agent and delivery coordinator that didnt give me the same information.

In the end I decided to cancel the order and I had to pay the entire rental period for the car (they make you sign an agreement regarding that, thats how they try to lock you up).

Robert Seebach has been great, he helped me to close the deal and even helped me with a rental, with an special deal that I highly recommend. Unfortunately, once Robert is out, Meghan Nieland took over, she is often out of the office, she doesn't answer your questions, the car was supposed to be ready in February 24, it is March 7 and the answer (after several calls and reminders) is that the dealership is not calling them back. They already collect the down payment, and I have been asking an update on the car, not because I need it (again they gave me a rental) but because I was paying the insurance. I called customer service and they sent a ticket due to the poor answer from Meghan, but everything remains the same, I even offer them to go to the dealership to ask on their behalf, but again, Meghan does not answer. I think they are great help for newcomers, but I think they need to improve the customer experience.

Ps: they now gave me the car, I recommend the company, just expect delays on the customer service team

If you want a rude unprofessional support then this is one of top choices you may have. Their team should needs further training on how to properly communicate with your clients. They should be courteous and communicate properly in professional way. They are aggressive just care to get sales or profit.

Worst buying experience in my life!

After the relocation company got me in contact with International autosource I thought that it was the best to get a car. I made my initial deposit in Oct, 2 weeks before to move to the US. The delivery date was supposed to be at mid of Nov. They never told me that there was a delay until I asked. I´ve been asking every other week about an update and they just say that are waiting for documents from the dealer, we're almost at the end of Jan and still don't have my car, Have been in the US for 3 months and they can't even give me a delivery date. I'm tired of this, at this point I just want to get my money back, but they don't even reply to my emails.

Stay away from this company!

They were pretty responsive before the down payment. After that, the process turned into a nightmare. They didn't send me the appropriate paperwork to register the car and no one is willing to even respond to my emails nor phone calls. I paid for a car that I can't register and I'm paying insurance for a car I can't use. I'm an expat here and they are not helping me at all. I don't recommend this company.

Update: After mycomplaint, they got in touch with me and solved my problem.

They sell you the car with the expectations that you will have a car upon arrival to the US but that’s far from the truth. After sending the contract wrong by mail TWICE, INCREASING the price that was quoted and agreed, and waiting more than 6 weeks (even though I paid the deposit 6 months ago), I got tired of them, went to a Toyota dealership and the next day I was driving a brand new car with a similar APR as to what they offered. Unfortunately I didn’t get my deposit back.
My advice: look for a dealership that has programs for international people with working visas. You will get the same deal and save a bunch of time.

If you want a terrible service, poor communication and to pay over the odds then use IAS. The worst car buying experience of my life. Incompetence personified. Avoid if you value your time and money.

My experience as far as customer service is concerned, was excellent. Matthew was exceptional. But I wish you would stock a variety of vehicles and my car is ok just to move from point A to B, but it doesn't have any interesting functions. I look forward to getting something thats goes along with the trends these days even something as basic as proximity keyless entry, remote tailgate opening. Otherwise my experience with Matthew was exceptional.

Very unprofessional. Before getting the deposit, they call you everyday but after that their way absolutely changes. After waiting over 50 days i had to call and send emails to find out that my leasing has been rejected and they have submitted it to a different institute. They never explained anything and i had to call every 2 days to know if they need any thing from my side. The price at the end was higher than the quoted price since they never told me about the tax that will be added on top.
By the way, I am still waiting and i am thinking of cancelling the whole thing.

I have excellent experience with IAS more particularly Matthew Leprowsky. Great communication from the beginning. It is reasonably expensive especially with international driver license. However, I am still thankful for IAS for the assistance in getting our brand new car here in the USA. It was convenient as every transactions was done via online. While waiting for the new car to arrived we were provided with free car rental for 4 months free of use, which helped us a lot in every way to get us started here in the US. I highly recommended IAS.

Having just relocated to the United States by taking up a new position with my company, I was put in touch with IAS by my relocation department as they are specialists in managing the provision of lease vehicles to new and non-national residents. It is a very complex process which would be extremely difficult for me to navigate without the support of IAS. Once I contacted them I was immediately assigned a Case Manager who worked with me throughout the process, even following delivery of the vehicle.

I have them as a third party for my relocation to the US. Their job was ensuring I have a car over a 2 month period. Judging by the email chain they basically outsourced my communication to another company who literally sent me to AVIS.
The worse thing is, when they made bookings with AVIS they messed up, so I ended up wasting a lot more time than if I just booked directly with a rental company and skipped these 2 middle providers.

They offer various models from all the major brands, American, Japanese and European, the process is easy and smooth, their agents are very helpful and knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I moved recently to the US for business and I had no credit history so I could not get a loan to buy a car, nor a lease. International AutoSource offered me exactly that, a car lease, even without credit history, at the same rates that an American citizen would get. I would recommend this company to everyone, as it is really unique in this business.

The service is valuable and works. The full process however seems to take quite long. The list of vehicle brands is limited which means I could not get my first choice of vehicle. Overall, however, I would recommend the service. Gail and Douglas looked after me very well.

Graham Nolan, whom I met in Dubai, was great! I came to him with a printout from the Ford website after building a 2019 Ford Ranger. He took my build and beat their prices for every option so I went ahead with the purchase. He was true to his word about matching (and adding) incentives and rebates. I was pleasantly surprised to see a $2000 rebate applied to my purchase without my asking for it. The salesperson at the dealer I picked it up from even commented on the good price I got for the truck. Overall I am very happy with the purchasing experience using MAS.

Very good service from start to finish. Sales team is very patient and understanding, never pushy. I was guided through the whole process from selecting a vehicle to sorting out the registration and delivery at a local dealer garage. Emails were always answered promptly. The after sales service is faultless, the vehicle was delivered with a mechanical fault that, whilst not rendering the car unsafe, was noticeable. IAS arranged for replacement components through the local dealer.
