Infinite audio did a great job with my lift kit and tints. Had it done in a day, good price. My alignment got messed up a week later and they were able to take me in the same day to fix it. Colton ended up doing the alignment 3 more times to make sure it was perfect. I appreciate that.

I had to return for a blown speaker. I was told that it would be replaced and now I believe that this did not happen. That same speaker sounds blown. What are the odds of a new speaker being blown twice. I just removed that speaker and it looks like it was never replaced.

I’ve gone to this place a couple times with a friend because he needed some work done with having amps installed. They did an okay job. Except for one of the connecters came lose halfway home, so he turned around and went back. They fixed it, no problems since. My own personal experience has been awful. Went there one time to get a price on a touchscreen radio and installation and such. Got quoted over $600 for it, which seemed kinda outrageous and over priced. So I bought my own BOSS touchscreen radio to have them install it. They said they wouldn’t install it because they don’t work with that brand. Audio is in the name of the business, but yet they won’t work with all car audio brands. Never going to this place for any sort of work at this point.

Awesome job! I had a Rhino liner installed yesterday and the work was done to perfection. The staff was very friendly and the price was as promised with no surprises.

841$ for the Kenwood. The main reason I needed a new radio was the CD player. Part of the entertainment center. Picked up my car, no CD player, "c d s are obsolete". I'm not impressed. I know there are c d players out there. Won't EVER be back!

I called to get a trailer wiring harness replaced on my truck. I thought I was going to have to bring the truck in and pay for them to do it. The associate talked to me to figure out exactly what I needed. He order the part and the next day I came in and got it. I was able to put it on myself with out any problems, it didn’t cost me much either! Very honest shop, thank you!

Skip the online retailers and deal with the local pros here in Macedon. You’ll find their expertise is second to none regarding vehicle modifications including wheels / tires / suspension, etc.and you prob won’t save any money rolling the dice buying online anyways. Very competitive pricing but more importantly, great guys and amazing work!

I had work done on my Ford Ranger here in ‘94. Side and rear window tints plus 2 MTX 8”’s, an amp, and CD player installed. All held up great until I sold the car in ‘03. Service was excellent and fast. Highly recommend.

I've been looking for replacement speakers for my 2018 Kia Forte. Due to Covid 19, stock is extremely limited everywhere. I was told that they would contact their supplier and let me know when the speakers I wanted became available. True to form, I received a call 4 weeks later & I ordered them. They matched internet pricing & installation was reasonable and quick. Staff is friendly & professional. I'll definitely be back.

If you want a flawless tire installation on custom wheels and a perfect balance on your tires, come here. No scuffs, scratches, or nicks. They also have the best alignment equipment in the area. Really neat, clean audio installations. These guys are the best around.

Most definitely the rudest staff yet. The owner was rude, refused to speak with us, gave me attitude because I didn’t know anything about my car. He canceled my appointment 3 times. I will never return to this place again. Save your time and money.

Second appointment with infinite cancelled after they called to say parts didn’t arrive. Twice now parts ordered a week ahead of time didn’t arrive. Leaving me to rearrange my schedule a second time. Deposit that was required has still not been refunded. Went to Custom Truck Creations, they had the parts in stock and took me right away and for a cheaper price. Save yourself the disappointment of dealing with infinite not to mention getting ripped off for your deposit and go to Custom Truck Creations the first time.

Very personable and professional down home organization. Had a better experience with Infinite Audio than another shop in Rochester. Recommended by my Sales representative at Dorscel Kia Art Chase.

I had a faulty dealer installed remote start replaced. They waved the repair fee when they could not replace the faulty part. I had them replace the whole system for $250. That is a fair price. $100 starter retail price elsewhere, $50 for the bypass and $100 for just over an hour of labor.

Infinite Audio installed a trailer hitch and wiring on our 2018 Mazda last week. The tech did an excellent job all around, and we are really pleased at the way he neatly hid the wiring inside the corner cargo bin. The entire staff was friendly and professional, the cost less than having Mazda do the same work. Thanks to all!

My first time there. The business was recommended by a friend of mine. Jim, the owner was very attentive and his staff were very friendly. I was well pleased with the auto accessories installed, the work and price concerning my SUV. I would also promote his business and professionality. I have been using Infinite Audio since the early 90's, when I was in school. I have had nothing but positive experiences. Jim and all of the staff are always willing to share their time, advice (sorting through all of the options lol) and help.

Bought a family member a remote car starter for christmas it took them from 10 to 4 to install. Then it stopped working after 2 days. We took it back and they told us there was a defective part in it. Then they went to give it back to us and it still wasn't working. After another 1/2 hr the man came back with it and told us we pushed the button too many times and put it into vallet mode. And by the way they never even apologised for the defective part or the long wait for the fix. It is a brand new car They explained and not many had been installed. Oh and the owener never even apologised or even agnoliged that we were still there waiting. At 1150 he had told us it would b ready in 10 minutes. At 1220 I asked if it was ready and at 1245 it was finally ready. NEVER once was there anyone sorry for our inconvenience.

Jim is amazing. He had been so helpful to me since I’ve moved here last month. I got a remote start and 4 blizzaks. The Prius is a monster in the snow now. Thanks again Jim and all the staff.

Bought what turned out to be faulty radio and had it installed. After two returns trips to try and correct it, they refused to refund my money for the radio. Radio is less than a year old. Disappointed that they don't back up their products. Manager was actually rude about it.

It's the little things that you don't even think about that really makes a difference. This is my second remote start from Infinite and they far surpassed my expectations. The first remote start was for an '03 Silverado work truck installed three years ago. Has worked flawlessly for three years! The current install is in my '03 Tahoe which has much more electronics than the work truck. Although I was not expecting it nor even thought of it they set up the remote start to also turn on the seat heaters. Got in the car this cold morning and discovered my seat heat was on! Oh yea, it's the little things like this that will keep me coming back to Infinite Audio.
