They are so welcoming and kind! There was water and a ferrero rocher waiting for me when I arrived! Tatyana is absolutely wonderful and kind! I couldn’t have asked for a better haircut! She made sure everything was perfect and she listened to exactly what I wanted! She made it perfect!

I was visiting NYC and booked an appointment for a haircut because the place was recommended to me. It’s clear the business has it’s cancellation policy. However, it is unfortunate that for special circumstances such as getting sick (something you can’t control), they don’t even consider that. I called and explained my situation. The lady at the reception said she would call back and let me know if they were going to charge me or not based on her discussion with the owner. I was never called back and I was simply charged half of the service. They didn’t even have the decency of calling me back. Horrible experience for a first time client. Definitely not recommending this place.
