I had an ugly horrible lady named Celestia come at me in the most horrible way! Never coming here again!

Magical, wonderful place! We stayed during the Christmas period and they put us in an igloo to have a few drinks and we had a great time, the staff were super friendly and helpful, excellent food and drinks, wide choice on the menu and prices in the average for the area but not too high for the beautiful place it is.especially because it has a wonderful view of the Brooklyn bridge.in short, I highly recommend it!

Everyone that greated me and bae upon arrival was super nice. Our server was great and knew the menu. Drinks were good, I loved the little houses very cozy and enough space, I will be back with friends soon!

Really lovely and charming restaurant. Large groups will find the indoor space to be very roomy, and the bar area can comfortably seat you and your company. My favorite sitting is BAR. The best feature of this business during the holidays is its outdoor seating, which I chose this time. It has individual seating rooms that are house-like and can accommodate parties of up to four or six people, I believe.
You get to see the river and the natural light, which must be very beautiful at night.

Excellent service is provided. We really appreciate how friendly and attentive our server Daria was.
She made excellent suggestions for the drinks based on my preferences.

Food were all mid, this place is definitely leaned towards the social media folks who care more for pictures and atmosphere than the actual food (which is the whole point of restaurants!?)

I visted from Florida and my brother took me out for dinner. Atmosphere was great, food was excellent but what impressed me the most was their customer service.
It was raining and our Uber came to pick us up and I left my phone since I was rushing. I thought I had lost it while running in the rain but after messaging them since we left while they were closing, we got a call from Salestra after midnight letting us know my phone was found! I was able to pick it up the next day. They were very honest and professional and I was able to continue to enjoy my vacation.

The portions for the food is quite small, but. The food itself tastes great and the staff was so friendly. The service was 10/10 and the atmosphere was quite enjoyable too!

Lovely place to eat. The food was excellent, the service, was ok. The atmosphere is lovely you keep warm in the mini green houses. It's not a cheap place to eat at, but very interesting!

I’ll start by saying the server was nice to us. My friend and I went in for a lunch and we were quickly seated. We were told we’d be brought water and we waited 15 minutes before asking the server again for our water. She said it would be here soon. The whole time we dined, the water never arrived. Then the server made some modifications to their margaritas for us but neglected to mention the extra costs before doing so. We ordered the mussels as an appetizer for the table. It arrived with bread and our Pepsis served in a thin glass (finished it really quick). The bread was honestly really hard but the mussels were good. We expected the rest of the food to be good but little did we know. Our entrees arrived & we both had gotten the pan seared chicken and it was truly nauseating. It seemed like it was microwaved or just prepared lousily… The presentation was not aesthetically pleasing either. The smell was truly off putting. My friend and I could barely stomach the three bites we took. Because we barely even touched our plates, we asked the server if they could kindly take the entrees off our check. The server said she would ask her manager and they did end up taking it off of our check. We waited at least another 15 minutes for our check to arrive tho. The service was just unbelievably slow, and the food was ridiculously overpriced. For one appetizer of mussels, two margaritas, and two Pepsis we paid $90 roughly. This is NOT worth it and I would not recommend wasting your time here. The only thing nice is the view but it truly is not worth your money. Save your time, energy, and money and eat somewhere else.

Congrats to Industry Kitchen for creating the cruelest pizza possible. They managed to include both Caviar, the eggs from a pregnant fish cut open while alive, and Foie Gras, the diseased liver of a duck that has been force-fed via a tube down its throat to enlarge its liver 8–10 times the size it should.

All for only $2000. The creativity is remarkable. Good job.

$100 on a dinner and we left hungry and bought pizza. The portions don’t match the price. Im understanding of all the up-charging.if you can’t feed us, wow us with the service or offer something else so the exchange is fair.

Been here twice now, lunch and dinner. Great experience both times. Food is good - well portioned entrees and taste is on point. Drinks are yummy as well. Service is always excellent and of course the view of the water is unbeatable. They put a sparkler candle in the dessert (tiramisu cones) for my birthday which was cute and very much appreciated

The food was spot on. The fresh flavors and the menu selections were great. Something for everyone. The portion is generous and I think it can be smaller. Overall, I would recommend and definitely will come back!

My friends and I came here as a last-minute change due to the weather for a bday brunch. The food was pleasant, and the drinks were good. Overall, it was a good experience.

I loved everything about this place. We went for brunch/lunch and ordered Lobster omelet, Hunter Omelet, Big breakfast, and Artichoke Pizza. They all were great. Specially the pizza and the Hunter Omelet. The view was beautiful and we had a great time.
