I saw an oriental fellow with a ponytail from the Brooklyn branch in Manhasset. I know this because he stated it multiple times. What should have been a quick visit (I needed to get my pants altered) became a long wait. I tried the pants on, told him the problem and he made me wait. I don't know why he did this, he could have taken my measurements right then and there and then taken care of the customers who came in after me. After a while I looked at him and he just told me to wait even more. No apology, no time estimate, nothing. I got my stuff and just left as he went downstairs to ignore and waste other people's time. If you see an oriental fellow with black and white hair in a ponytail about 5'8" don't bother walking into the store. Wait until another Indochino representative is there to help you. You'll thank me later.
Came to get fitted for my wedding and Edgar was super chill and extremely helpful. The suits on deck are amazing and Edgar assisted me with every specification. Truly and highly recommend this place!
As a first time Indochino customer, I didn't know what to expect. Tailored suits are an investment especially at this price point. I've gotten tailored suits before, but it has been some time. I had ideas in mind on what style suits I was interested in from looking at the their inventory online, but without Edgar's insight & skills they would still be ideas.
Edgar was brilliant! Very informative and attentive to my wants from choosing the fabrics to getting the measurements down exactly right. Can't wait to wear the two three piece suits he helped craft specifically for me.
Ordered 2 suits and shirts today. The store has lots options. Edgar gave me and my family a warm welcome, and he is very professional and detail oriented. 5 stars!
It's clear there's a "i took your money and now i don't care about alterations" attitude at this store.my best advice would be to pray you get an employee who knows what they're doing at your initial appointment because it will be a lost cause trying to get any alterations done to your suit after the fact.my partner made 4, count them 4, trips to this store to have a simple neck roll in his suit jacket fixed and he still has to take the "final product" to another tailor to fix it.you can track your alterations notes under your account and my partner said on the 3rd alteration request, not a single note was made, indicating the jacket went untouched.the employees are lazy and don't care about customer satisfaction if they think they've done their job.customer service is impossible to reach despite multiple help tickets and an attempt to escalate the issue to higher management.
Four fittings for alterations to the jacket and they could not remove a roll in the back of the jacket around the neck.the rude employees at the showroom first said “oh it’s not that noticeable, are you sure you want us to fix it? ”. Yes, i’d like it to fit thank you.as it i was inconveniencing them.i have since been back three times and the jacket still does not fit properly.again, store employees tried to convince me that it was my imagination and my eyes weren’t actually seeing a roll in the back of the jacket.never again, this has been a four month process and i still don’t have a suit that fits.would give zero starts if i could.it looks exactly the same as it did when it got delivered.no issues were fixed, employees are rude, and customer service is non existent
Really great experience. Quick and efficient. The associate was very helpful guiding my decisions, while allowing me to make the decision. I appreciate his guidance as I wasn’t sure what the current workplace trends were. Will likely go back for shirts.

The attention to detail in this place was immaculate. I’ve never had a fitting before as good as the one I received at Indochino. I highly recommend and will definitely be back.
