Cool experience. Swift and seamless. Colby and staff at Broome at Broome Street were friendly, professional and courteous.

It was my first time ever getting a fully tailored suit and it’s for my wedding. The person who helped me was so kind and thought especially to some insecurities i wanted to hide. They made sure I was comfortable the whole way through and took time to explain things about suits I didn’t know. It was definitely an incredible experience.

I would strongly suggest going somewhere different than this location and different than this company.

The materials are very cheap, thin, and wrinkle if you sit for longer than 5min. The buttons are not properly secured and they do not include extra fabric for appropriate altering. For a suit that can cost close to $1,000 after all the customizations, this is not what you should expect.

The additional issues with this location specifically is with the manager as he is very rude and makes you feel like it is your fault if you choose to alter. The suit I received was too tight, short and not fitted correctly. They did not accurately measure and then made me feel like it was my fault.

Not a good experience, not a good suit.

Had a very good experience at the store. The person who assisted me was nothing less than amazing. All the info and suggestions that were made helped me get exactly what I wanted. Thank you all for your wonderful service. (Apologies, I cannot remember the name of the person who helped me, but they were impeccable with the service.)

First time getting fitted for a suit. Raymond was extremely knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. Would highly recommend

I had less than a hour hour break and was able to buy two custom suits and shirts in that time period. The suits are good quality and reasonably priced. Thank you indochino

I was really nervous before coming in this evening because it’s always difficult for me to get a suit that fits well. Usman was so confident and thoughtful. Nothing was a hard sell and I am excited to get my suit.

Agree with some other reviewers. Go in with an appointment, if not, they will treat you like a second class citizen. Walked in to look around some fabrics and ask questions, but the attitude of the folks working there are quite rude. Don’t expect an experienced, well-mannered person to greet you. I was hoping to get a suit from them for my wedding but I’m going to look elsewhere.

In 2018 my then girlfriend had surprised me with one of best birthday gifts I've ever received in my life - a custom fitted, bespoke suit. In the last 5 years, I've ordered 4 suits and each has fit perfectly. The last of which is a tuxedo for my upcoming wedding to then girlfiend now fiancé!
Since 2018, Alexia has been helping me choose materials, do fittings, alterations and what not - Every time I go the service I've experienced with her has been fantastic - efficient, productive and focused - go see her, highly recommended.
Yes, these suits are made overseas - expect 4-6 weeks from order to delivery. Pound for pound, these are the best suits you can get at this price point, custom built.

So my feelings about Indochino are a bit complicated. I'll say first that the suits are amazing and well-priced. I love the tux that they made for me.

THAT SAID, I feel like I had to move mountains to actually get them to tailor my tux once it was made. After I came in for the complimentary tailoring once I got my suit, I didn't hear from them for over 3 weeks despite being told that it would take about 10 days. When I eventually called them, the employee told me that it had been ready for a while but that her colleague had forgot to call people to tell them suits were ready. When I arrived, the suit still had the pins in it and had not been tailored! Cue another week of waiting for my suit, which eventually was ready and as I said above, very nice.

TL;DR: great suits, spotty service. I recommend doubling the amount of preparation time they estimate just to be safe, especially if you need your suit ready for a special event

Usmaan deserves a raise. He made my process of buying suits for myself and groom party easy and fun. Usmaan gave great recommendations on how the suit should fit and his measurements were on point. Delivery was on time as well. I would definitely recommend this location for anyone looking for suits in the upcoming future.

We drove in from Staten Island for a 5pm appt. Was told we have till
5: 15. Traffic was terrible due to
Christmas week so we called them and let them know we would be just a few minutes late. We drove two hours and arrived at 5: 31, and there was no one in the store but the two workers and they refused to help us for measurements.
We will spread the word never never never to visit this location!
It was purchased as a gift from my children to my husband, so I guess we will be visiting another location. The Broome Street is definitely a disappointment. Do not go there!

I had a superb experience using Indochino for my wedding. I went with an awesome green suit. The tailoring process in NYC was ridiculously easy. I loved the wide variety of options for the suit lining, button accents, etc. Regardless of which suit you choose, it's completely customizable to you down to the tiniest details. I even had my initials embroidered inside. On top of all that, this suit fits me better than any piece of clothing in my wardrobe including a tux and black suit I've had for years. As someone who buys suits somewhat regularly for my work as a classical musician, I can guarantee that Indochino will be my next stop.

The staff was very helpful and informative. Good vibes all around, I'd definitely recommend indochino if you need a suit.

Pretty much only go to indochino if you can't find the material anywhere else.

The ordering process is fine but when the suit I ordered from this store arrived it wasnt tailored to me at all. Short legs, short arms, with jacket, upper pants, and vest too baggy. Got it retailored in another store and still too baggy. Their tailors just aren't good enough to tailor it slim fit and make excuses saying if they take it in you won't be able to move/sit down. I've had other suits tailored slim fit.

Bought two suits and shirts and spent almost $1k on it. Everything is baggy and it fits pretty badly. Cannot get an alteration appointment for weeks. Wouldn’t go back.

The staff was very helpful, thorough in their explanations, & patient when making decisions. All around great experience.

This is my second time ever getting a suit and being measured (first was at suit supply). The detail to all the measurements was paid with the most meticulous attention. The staff (Raymond) was so patient and helpful, and explained the process each step of the way. On this service alone, they are 10/10, much more attention to detail and better than suitsupply. I have yet to receive the suit, but the quality of the fabric does SEEM to be of lower quality when compared to suitsupply, but still high enough, 8/10. They are also less than half the price of suitsupply. I would come back for my next suit for sure.

The staff at the Broome Street location are the best. I recently purchased a tuxedo, a suit and 4 shirts from them and the fit was perfect. I have referred my sons to come in to update their suits too.

I am a woman with a flat chest and wide hips. Raymond was great to work with and had a lot of ideas to make sure everything fit the way it's supposed to! Indochino is now making women's suits, but I wanted a masculine cut.

This is the second time I am at this Indochino. Jane was amazing and got me set up with ease and efficiency. Very easy to talk to and I am very pleased with the overall service. Would highly recommend and will be coming back should I have future needs.

This was a terrible experience, and I'd caution anyone against working with this company. I gave them over two months to have my suit ready, and they assured me – "promise, " was the word that was used, and repeatedly – it would be ready by the end of July. The initial suit arrived, but it wasn't very well tailored. I brought it in for a final look, and they assured me it would be ready within my time frame. The employee who helped me told me it would likely be ready within a week, but that two weeks would be the very latest. Again, the word "promise" was used.

Over two weeks passed, and I heard nothing. I called the store and was told that they hadn't even started on my suit. They hadn't had any tailors come in in weeks, I was told. Like what? Isn't this entire brand a glorified tailor shop? What does it even mean that they don't have any tailors for weeks at a time? They told me there was nothing that they could do. I asked if they could send it to one of their other NYC locations – this was in NYC, after all – but they said no. I asked if they could send it to another tailor and cover the cost; no. And of course, the company has no 1800 number. I finally got a live agent on their chat. She contacted the store, and they sent it to a location really far away from where I live. It wasn't ready in time, but at least I got it.

Lest you think this was a fluke, read the other reviews. This suit is for my brother in law's wedding. He also ordered one at the same time. His isn't ready either, and now they're refusing to give him his money back. Honestly, look elsewhere. This company is a scam!

When I first got to the Indochino location I was impressed by the professionalism and courtesy that they gave me. I would recommend the services to anyone.

Great experience — fast, and the suits fit perfectly. Jamie McArdle was our point-of-contact, took our measurements, helped us make style decisions, and managed everything so we left with perfect-fitting suits for our wedding. He was also flexible with our busy schedules. Very happy.

I initially ordered my suit online, but the suit did not fit very well for a number of reasons.

Usmaan did a fantastic job, remeasuring me for a replacement and ensuring the next suit was properly fitted. Highly recommend!

Appalling. If I could rate zero or a negative star I would: I got an email almost three weeks ago saying my suit had shipped. Nothing. I use the DHL tracker every day, and every day it shows the same thing: The suit left China weeks ago and is in Cincinnati. I've emailed customer service SIX times. Templated response offering me a menu of pre-baked Q&A. No real response. Nothing. The suit literally is a fiction. No one responds. No one cares. But of course I did get another boilerplate email asking me "how everything fits. " For a suit I don't have. I'm about ready to get my credit card company involved.

I went to the location in soho on Broome at location. The young man there was extremely nice helpful kind. There are certain steps I didn’t take when completing my order before I came in the get sized for my suit, he was very nice and willing to help me with that part, and also while taking my measurements he really explained everything to me to make sure I was making the right choice that I would like. Indochino has a great staff member I. Their soho location.

Possibly one of the worst experiences buying a suit. Went to the store to get measured and the suit fit like a children’s suit on me - so tight. Wouldn’t do anything about except offer a remake for the same fabric which was available 7 months out. Completely absurd.

UPDATE: (response to feedback)

The suit was altered and the new alteration made the initial terrible fitting slightly better but still not far from terrible. When I asked if there is anything else that can be done, the answer was no - this is the best it’s going to get. The response to the situation was zero care and rather “it happens” “no one else will notice” “only you can tell how bad it is”

Need reservations to go do measurement. Staffs were friendly and explained everything step by step. We are glad we went to the store to check out the fabric and style and to get measured in person instead of doing it at home.

This experience was absolutely atrocious. I ordered my tuxedo and clothing for my sisters wedding almost 4 weeks ago on the PROMISE from the rep that I would get it in time. I obviously wouldn’t have purchased an expensive tuxedo from there for my sisters wedding if I wasn’t promised it would arrive on time so i triple checked before making my purchase. It is now a few days away, and with no other options, i was told by the location it hasn’t even shipped yet. The Indochino corporate customer service phone number doesn’t work, and the live chat agent said there is nothing he can do. Same with the location itself. I now have nothing to wear for my own sisters wedding with no time to have a backup option.their services and customer service is atrocious I would recommend everyone stay away.

This place has horrible service. The sales associates are indifferent, rude, and have poor attention to detail. Given the limited price differential, I would suggest just going to Suit Supply down the street

Good product but if you need alterations they have a ridiculous process where you pay a tailor for alterations and need to get reimbursed. The tailor should bill the company directly.

After 3x rounds of alterations and my suit still looking off (1 week before my wedding), the manager's response was "it looks better than before".

These suits are cheap. They don't fit well. Not worth it.customer service doesn't exist.started the process 2 months before my wedding. With one week to go, I'll be buying a suit that's actually quality elseware.

Worst store ever, worst customer service. Especially Chris. They don’t give about there customers. Never answer the phone and stonewall there customers. Besides the fact they take forever to get work done. STAY AWAY!

The sales associate that help me was so pleasant and nice and comforting, I’m a big guy and I felt a little awkward because I’m a bigger guy and she made me feel right at home and really help me find a great fit for my size.

They were very professional. They took my measurements fast. They had all the fabrics laid out to compare and to make it easier to choose. They have a lot of options to choose from to personalize the suit. I had a great experience.

You can spend all your money at this location. The service is excellent. The fabrics are awesome and overwhelming. The measurements are spot-on. The most important aspect of this location are the two salespersons. They are great. For me, this is why I return. I am five suits in prior to last weeks purchase of two more.

Chris was kind enough to give me an appointment last minute on the same day and even notified me when his preceding appointment was done early. The attention to detail and making sure my overcoat was exactly what I wanted it to be was amazing. I’ve never felt so taken care of. It definitely felt like a luxury experience.

I came to Indochino to get a suit for my wedding. My experience was fantastic! The whole process was smooth and quick. Usmaan was super professional and knowledgeable about everything. He helped pick the perfect suit for myself through all of their different materials and styles. All proper Covid-related procedures were covered. I felt safe and comfortable in a clean environment. Would definitely recommend Indochino to anyone looking for a proper suit for any occasion.

Bought a suit there last year was very happy whenI saw an ad for a sale last week scheduled an appointment.when we got there they told us that they did not have any of the sale material in store and there was no way to see what the fabric would look like.we left without buying, wouldn't buy a custom suit without seeing the fabric first

My friends and I had a wonderful private fitting. Usmaan is a gem. He's professional, considerate, and an expert. Every detail was important to him, and we both came away with exactly the suits we need.
